Hotels All-inclusive in Puerto Plata

The resort is a pretty quick ride from the airport which was nice. The staff and service we received was excellent and very friendly. The nightly shows are well produced and were a lot of fun to go watch

The beach is fabulous with plenty of lounges and day-beds for VIP. The beach bar was very handy too. Beware the locals on the beach who constantly try to take you too their market

Fast check-in, very clean room end environement, hot water at all time, air conditionig working perfectly, vera really large and clean pool and nice beach, three bars well supplyed, good food at the buffet and a la cart restaurant served by friendly and helpful waiters, professional dansers and good enertainment team

We stayed here for 7 days for our honeymoon. The location is amazing - being only 20 minutes from the airport. We received amazing service, especially from Roberto, the drinks were nice and strong

The hotel is clean, friendly staff. The food In buffet is very good and a lot of variety every day. Good entertainment at the pool, plentiful beach side and pool side lounge chairs

This is my first time at this resort (January 2024), and all is wonderful so far! The food is great, food is always stocked and fresh at the buffet, the restaurants are delicious, and there is a lot to do! The entertainment crew kept us super busy during the rain yesterday which was amazing! The bar tenders are nice and make great drinks and the beach is beautiful and clean

Japanese and Italian restaurants are very good. Good entertainment at all day long. Thank you King Kong for a nice entertainment and Satos the server in the buffet

Best dances and shows at night! The workers here let you have the best time and will make you laugh! Food is amazing from breakfast, snack, lunch and to dinner! Enjoy every moment here

Beautiful facilities and grounds. The Japanese restaurant is the best at no additional expense. The main buffet has a large amount of seating and very good food

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good

The housekeeping staff for the new room was amazing and very attentive. All inclusive means all inclusive. Food was good but changed daily

Must have a golf cart if you want to go anywhere comfortably. First room we had, housekeeping was sub-par. Due to terrible May rain, our room flooded but the desk gave us a new room the next night

We chose this location out of several other locations for our honeymoon; you’d think that would matter, but it doesn’t if you’re not a member, haha! Don’t get me wrong – I can appreciate the exclusivity of a membership and the perks it would bring, but to make 75% of the entire resort ‘members-only’ is ridiculous, especially because it’s not even clear when you book, and this resort isn’t cheap for...

Again, I have mixed feelings because we made the most of our honeymoon and enjoyed most of the facilities we were allowed to use, but there is a fine line between blatant, nonsensical exclusion and exclusivity

The gift shop had anything you needed on the fly but was fairly overpriced. The resort grounds were perfectly kept and the gardeners were sweet. The restaurants and snack huts were great and the food was always amazing

Same goes for the restaurant staff. The bar is great and bartenders so nice and accommodating. The beach front was magnificent and a beautiful view everyday while eating el fresco

For all-inclusive the food is really great we especially enjoyed the buffet food, it was top notch for a buffet

The shows on the stage are super fun and the pool staff and games are awesome :) lisselotte was my favourite staff member! She is super fun and brings up the energy for everyone! The beach bar is fun at night and they have snack bar open if you need

Great part of the hotel. Nice employee and great atmosphere. Calm and relaxing holiday you will have for sure. And if you like business and entertainment you walk 2 min to the other pool and you can enjoy that

People need trip advisor to let them know this resort is closed. And has been sold by Amasha Marina and is currently being renovated by its new owners Hopdela. They as well own and operate Emotions

Don’t have high expectations, it is a simple hotel and far from all inclusive Mexican hotels , the beach isn’t great, the room was smelly

The complex is enormous and you will definitely need a golf cart to get around which is costly per day but worth it! They were super helpful in getting everything I needed planned for my 40th

However, it did take a long time to get drinks and they were not that good. We went to the rum factory and got some bottles and drank those, they were delicious

Totally different than Punta Cana. This has a way more Dominican vibe, more music, more local people on vacation, and an excellent array of food and beverages

The reception area was outside as the lobby was under renovation. The reception personnel were polite, but not particularly enthusiastic about helping the customers. I had to wait nearly an hour to get my room key

I stayed here for 3 days in April 2018. The reviews about disrepair are accurate and some of the food is just average. That said, the staff was perfectly polite and helpful. Despite the disrepair, the place is immaculate

I've visited this resort a lot and I simply love it. The best thing about it I would say is the environment, which has an incredible positive vibe

The property is beautifully kept, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff go above and beyond, theyre truly amazing. Snack bar by the beach is a nice convinent touch

Do recommend bringing beach towels, only one supplied in room and no where to exchange it or get a second if there is more then one guest in the room

Food is amazing different taste of every country, free restaurants with reservations, china food, Italia and seafood. Security guards everywhere as well cameras. Comfortable rooms with fridges rechargeable

Wifi for a fee is no longer up to date and should be included. Alcoholic drinks in the all-inclusive offer tend to be cheaper and lower quality. You pay extra for better quality

Some evenings we had dinner outside in front of the pool and that was very nice and beautiful. The vibe was very romantic and nice. The beach is very close and a beautiful walk , The place is super nice and clean

Ernesto from the tours was great we had a wonderful experience at paradise island it’s a must do. Specially on a Saturday when it was very busy. Hendry was very friendly and welcoming

Compared to other resorts we been this one is small and everything is close by. Gym staff Adonis were also great and very motivating. And we will definetly be back

Viva Heavens is a small resort with a long walk to the beach. The buffet for breakfast and lunch and snacks are subpar to say the least however the restaurant food was really good

Staff is very lazy, food is not good and few variety. Impossible to get reservation to Restaurants. The only good thing is the room and pool.

The resort is remarkable! The views are perfect, the food is lack luster, the grounds are amazing! The problem is they dope you into a tour to sell you a product much like timeshare sales though they tell you it isn’t

If you aren't a member they treat you like second class. The bathroom had mold and roaches. The food was subpar at best and the restaurants had set menus you could only pick out of 2 or 3 dishes

It’s the same so avoid the tour and free gift it’s not worth it. The place however it great and worth trying a second time
