I like the food it was very good and the stiff was very nice and the room was very big and clean and good music

The property was nice but the rooms have not been updated in a while. The hotel seems to cater towards a more european tourist base as the rooms have european outlets rather than the standard voltage of 110-120V. The beach was very rocky and the shore had a lot of seaweed. The evening ambience was very nice with music and performance to keep you occupied through the night.

I enjoyed my stayed especially the beach so relaxing. Entertainment is on point great job to the staff. also have acess to other resort for coffee, icecream, pizza, pool and beach etc.. The downfall is the rooms is outdated and no wifi. I would definitely come back.

The room turned out to be small. I booked a room for an adult, two teenagers, and a child, and they gave me a room with only one bed. It was really a bit uncomfortable to have all four of us sleep in one bed.

The facilities are very good on the outside, but inside the rooms they should renovate everything, very old, the food is average, very average, at the buffet, always the same food, they didn't have sugar-free Coca Cola in the restaurants or saccharin anywhere, a problem for me since I am diabetic.

Overall it was great, but at some point the AC in my room did break. Asides from the the service from everyone was impeccable our roomkeeper Maritza was phenomenal and very attentive to us!! Went there for valentines evening meal and entertainment. Food and Service was excellent the waiter/waitress made sure we were all taken care of and we were a large group of 34 persons. We just came back from this hotel and I have just one word to say..AMAZING. The whole family had fun. All the staff were so friendly. I have been to this property probably at least 7 times, i love nearly everything however the rooms need to be checked prior to checkin, i almost always have experienced an issue with wifi, refrigerator not working or AC just not cold enough. Don’t have high expectations, it is a simple hotel and far from all inclusive Mexican hotels , the beach isn’t great, the room was smelly. The food was ok. I do not recommended if you are looking for a nice beach and hang out there since there is no beach service neither a place to hang out there.
