Rooms were outdated they need a lot of maintenance. Long lines at the reception. Pools and bars are fine. Beach is great. Coffee shop, pizza shop and ice cream are a plus. The buffet needs more options. People are fighting to get seafood or any decent food. Buffet is always packed with a lot people.

Very nice atmosphere, good customer service. The only complaint I have is the food there wasn’t a lot of options. I wish there was more authentic Dominican food but overall it was a nice place. The rooms were a bit outdated. Beach is very nice, pool is good. They close the pool at a certain time which sucks.

Service was great overall! The staff that were in charge of all the water activities were very nice and helpful when it came to informing my family and I about the banana boat and kayaking. One of the guys who helped us the most is named Rai and he made the experience super smooth and fun as well!
