Hodelpa Garden Court Mini-hotel

Hodelpa Garden Court is my home away from home. This is the place I will always choose to stay at when in DR. Their staff is incredible. Super professional and knowledgeable, their service is top notch specially Hansel who provided us with the best service ever. Every experience at Hodelpa Garden Court exceeded past expectations.

And don’t get me started with their Food and Cocktails just the BEST of the BEST.

I always choose to stay at Hodelpa Garden Court! Whether it’s a quick trip to visit family or a short getaway for 1, 2, or even 3 nights, this hotel is my go-to. Yes, the hotel is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, but the real reason I always return is because of the people—the exceptional service!

The staff always remembers us and treats us like family. Diana at reception, along with Adiony (aka Arcángel—you know why!), and the entire front office team are absolutely incredible. I even had to take a selfie with them because they’re that amazing!

Our favorite servers and bartenders—Joshua, Hansel, Vicente, Ivelisse, Julissa, and one other whose name I unfortunately forgot—always go above and beyond to make our stay special.

I also love the sustainable garden on the property; it’s such a beautiful touch. My favorite drink is the mojito, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic—the pastries are a must-try! For lunch, the chivo is absolutely delicious every single time.

Another great perk: if you head into Santiago, you can dine at Noah and other participating restaurants, and just by showing your hotel key, you’ll get a discounted price on your bill. Such a thoughtful feature!

The only thing I’d wish for is a bit more entertainment in the evenings, especially during happy hour—maybe some live music or a singer to add to the ambiance.

We were there to gather for my father’s 90th. and we got exceptional service. They made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff is professional and willing to work to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Loved it

The rooms are nice, but it's inconvenient to get a taxi here. Uber can't get a driver. The location is very close to the airport, and the hotel has a car to drop off at the airport. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor gym. There is no kettle in the room, you can get water from the water dispenser in the gym.

The hotel is right off the highway so getting in and out is very easy. The rooms are huge and the beds are minimum queen size. The only issue I have is the TV, the TV is super annoying that it’s so frustrating to change channels and even to turn it off I had to completely unplug it. The service is great and room service is until 11pm. There are car parking areas and the pool is of decent size. Bathroom amenities are pretty comprehensive although the shower is a bet old fashioned with the low small tub.

Not very satisfied, and I wanted to check out early but it was not accepted. I didn't want to waste money, so I gritted my teeth and continued to stay. Unpleasant hotel experience
