Hodelpa Gran Almirante

Last weekend I stayed at this hotel and I liked it very much especially its view of the city is beautiful, it is central, incredible attention, it is in the city and its location is perfect.

I liked the place very much without a doubt I could return without thinking about it if I have to stay again in the city of Santiago.

A very good hotel with a very good environment. I especially recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The service is very good. There is a ** when you turn right when you go out. I didn't go in, but it looks good. The surrounding is very safe. There is a Friday steak house when you turn left when you go out. The price is expensive, but the taste is good.

I been staying here for a while and I have to say that I'm so happy with the staff specially one cleaning lady. Her name is Yajaira. This woman is just amazing. I only had to leave a note once explaining how I like the bathroom and bed to be and since then it's been just perfect. In the details you can see that Yajaira really cares about the guest of the hotel. Even if she sees me walking in the hallways she ask me if i need anything or if everything is ok in my room. Also her supervisor Mr peña is excelent.

After checking out on Thursday, I noticed there are some names I need to mention as well in this review. Every company, every place, has there good and bad apples, unfortunately hodelpa is not the exception and there is 1 lady at the front desk that she was not very welcoming towards the guest and it was uncomfortable for me if i had an issue having to speak to her. But Arami from the reception and Gustavo from the entrance made that uncomfortable encounter go away. These guys made me smile my entire stay at the hotel, which was very long. Arami and Gustavo were always friendly, attentive and courteous. I would definitely miss having a laugh with them the most.

Very good, very clean, very nice

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it for others too. I stayed here for two nights and received excellent service. In the morning I went down and had a delicious breakfast, the fruit was the best quality I’ve since I was in Brazil two years ago. I loved the breakfast so much that I came back to try their lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Pedro, Hilary, and Yadilka took great care of me, their service was professional and made me feel like I was at home. I went to the pool which had a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. We spent hours at the pool getting drinks and ate delicious steaks. The environment was terrific at this hotel and I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Santiago.

Wow what an experience! I’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts especially in Dominican Republic. I can truly say this hotel is top notch. The quality in everything from rooms, bathrooms, service, all has been amazing. As soon as you walk in, everyone is glowing with smiles. The food was great at the restaurant too. We needed an airport shuttle at 5:40am and will miss breakfast but they provided us breakfast to be ready before the shuttle took us to the airport. They took care with every request. Looking forward to staying at Hodelpa hotels in other locations as well!

This hotel is located on a busy street and right across from T.G.I.F restaurant. It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor infinity pool. The food is delicious and the bar is excellent. This is my go to hotel when I'm in Santiago. Service, Food and location are all great.
