My second all inclusive hotel on this trip so far so good. We were permitted to check in early. Nice beach and the hotel does not seem to be too busy.

We had a stay there in January of 2020. We ended up upgrading to the Select VIP side on day 2 due to how busy the other side was. They will also likely stick you in an unrenovated room, and give you broken remotes (for a TV that has choppy cable), non working telephone, a shower that barely has pressure, and 4 stories high with no elevator. New garden is a popular Hotel for Sousa. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. Restaurant and swimming pool available here. I recommend this hotel for single men, couples who are open minded. This is definitely not a family structured hotel. If you have kids stay elsewhere.

Soon as I got there the toilet didnt work. It was gurgling back up whatever you had flushed and sometimes didnt flush at all. I complained to the front desk and they went to look and said "yup its flushing slow" and that's it. They didnt switch my room or fix the issue. I stayed one month. I had my original apartment changed. And was moved to an apartment with best ocean view. You can hear the waves. Breakfast was included and was good. I've been in many accomodations, but nothing like this one. The personalized service is the big difference. The infrastructure is first class. Everything is take into consideration for the comfot of the guest.

Lovely ambience, very good food but service was excruciatingly slow. We were told on arrival that there was a problem in the kitchen and that things would be slow but over 90 minutes to get our main course was still very frustrating.

Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Short walk to train station, local supermarket and bus stop. Local amenities include pharmacy, doctor’s surgery and public park. This place provides you with all your needs. A driver to pick you up from airport & drive around town. The drivers are nice. Pepe was very polite & safe driver. I needed birthday surprise decorations & they provided it for me. The set up was nice upon arrival and the villa was clean & beautiful. The chef food was delicious. Great stay.

Spent a week here in March 2024 and had an absolute blast. Rooms were clean and in great shape. Our room had AC, not all rooms do - something to keep in mind. The closeness to Kite Beach, with Kite Club Cabarete right next to it was great. Where they were really helpful launching and catching the kites. And Kenneth the portier was really helpful taking our luggage to our room, giving us tips on where to eat and where to buy food for the room. If we had any questions he gladly answered them.

Super conveniently located right in the kite launching spot. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room was spacious enough to manage all the kiting gear. Next to the Kite Beach Club which is a great plus.
