Came for the saunas and pools.
Pretty good experience with the saunas and pools. Though a lot of the sauna’s were closed.
Paid almost €5 for a quarter of a cup of coffee and got attitude from the staff when I asked for milk. I understand that pay more for these kinds of things but I can’t accept a quarter of a cup of coffee.

This was really bad experiences.
Rooms was like from 2000s
Tv was smartTV but at remote was working only few buttons.
Asked for another remote get nothing.
Both administrator was not interested to help nothing.
Spa was really boring and dirty.
,,A la cart” restoran was very bad choice.
Food was very low quality: dry and unsalted.
Picture of 16.5€ burger what was disgusting.
Breakfest was all from frozend stuff.

Hotel with a spa-area. Different saunas to choose from and different temperatures for pools/baths.
Nice size rooms, ok enough breakfast (nothing special about it), location is close to the center (less than 1km).

Went there this year for a day spa with my mom and grandma and chose 3 treatments. The service was great: kind, warm and with a sincere smile! We were well welcomed by Terje and Tetiana. Thank you very much.
PS! If you walk in the lobby, you can also see the vacant treatments and times available for the current and the next day - if you like being spontaneous. Good idea.

I only went to the swimming pool, so my comment deals only with it. I usually come here to swim from time to time, but the last time it was not nice nor relaxing because of the music everywhere: in the pool and jacuzzi, in changing room, in shower and even playing very loud in sauna. And when I asked the lady at the reception why music was everywhere while we come here to relax, she told me - not nicely - that it had to be this way and nobody was complaining. Well, I am complaining. And apparently, the staff does not care. So, do not go there if you don't like noisy places.

Very friendly staff- pet and baby friendly. Spa is outstanding- clean and spacious. Lot of choices for kids. Highly recommended place.

Visited with my husband, the experience was mutual : very nice spa with friendly service, clean changing area, plenty of saunas and pools to choose from. Recommend the salt sauna especially! Felt like had a new skin on me after . Also recommend the self-server bar food, easily understandable way to work it, reasonably priced tasty mid-day snacks, quick delivery. Very nice garlic bread and tasty tasty icecream cocktail.

It's an okay hotel. The breakfast/lunch offering is substandard though. Gym and pool games. Good aqua spa. Depending on your room there's a very nice view as well.

Won't reccomend this hotel, the men's shower and rooms are very dirty, we orderd food and here was one random buissnes meeting and they got every meal what they orderd with in 10min and we waited 1h and 50min and we didn't get anything and we ended up leaving the restaraunt, the spa was also dirty.Don't even think about stepping your foot in this hotel.
