Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Room was nice and clean and the bed, omg sleeping like on the clouds. Loved the breakfast selection. It was small but perfekt Also kids have two playrooms and they loved it. Small walk outside and you are already in the Kuressaare oldtown🤍 Thank You Gospa and we will see you again soon.

Location excellent, (almost?) all rooms with seaview. We were especially satisfied with the spa-facilities: three differnt saunas and welk functioning water-massage "machines". Breakfast was ok with some local twist - which is always a bonus in my mind. We did not have dinner at the hotel - there are many good ones in the center and even closer.

From the moment we arrived, every single person we interacted with, has been amazing! Every additional wish was taken into consideration, always happy to give suggestions on how to make the stay better. The views from the room were wonderful, so beautiful and peaceful. Really enjoyed the SPA area, multiple pools, saunas, bar area and outdoor pool. Also when I went to buy some things from SPA reception, the communication was very guest oriented and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and also the breakfast was simple but fulfilling!

Really nice place, at an excellent location with ok food but really bad wifi, so if you plan on doing any work while staying in the hotel, you will need your own wifi hot-spot. SPA is ok, with both warm and cold pools. There’s even a kids playroom and kids entertainment programms.

he best hotel experience in a long time! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my room was spotless and cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. It was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. So warm, inviting, and unforgettable – truly the best solo stay I’ve had in recent times. I can’t wait to return!

We are visiting this hotel for the third time, 2013, 2019, 2024 . Everything is perfect each time. We forgot expensive contact lenses in the room, and these fell down somewhere under the bed. Hotel has searched the room twice on our request, found them and sent it to Latvia! Many thanks for the hospitality! Our kids liked very warm pools a lot!

Great place to stay. The Spa is very nice. The breakfast is extensive with fruit, sweet and savory items. Excellent coffee from three self-service Swiss coffee machines so never a queue. Easily walk to the centrum and to the castle. We had a very relaxing 3 night stay. For us sort of a vacation after 2 months in Europe with one to go before returning home to the USA.

Mattress is not comfy to rest ! the whole vibe from the room is BACK TO 90s past century ! Due to theses issues is OVERPRICED ! Should costs 50 EURO MAX ! The rest is OK !

The hotel and spa itself are nice, breakfast decent, restaurant good, even though the portions tend to get smaller and smaller. Do not expect to get full stomach from only main course if you are a grown up man. Rooms need an upgrade. At first we were accommodated in a room where there was no aircon, even though everywhere is stated that they have airconditioning. We discovered it very late at night and thought that opening door to balcony would do it, but it got really noisy very early in the morning. So after a bad night and complaint we could change the room. I appreciate that, but why would they accommodate us in a no-aircon-room in the first place if there were airconned rooms available? Unfortunately the worst thing to happen to us was that money from my husband's pocket went missing. Luckily it was not big amount, but still really bad experience. We were looking for the safe in room, but there is none!!! After filing complaint we learned that there is possibility to keep your valuables somewhere locked up in a lobby, but this is really not convenient, is it. I cannot remember the last time staying in a big hotel where there was no safe in the room. The answer from the hotel was not really satisfactory either, we did not expect to be compensated, but getting an answer "no cleaning lady confessed and we trust our employees" felt like they claimed we were lying about the money taken. Just bad communication. Rated as one of the best hotels in Kuressaare, it let us down.

Gospa offers an excellent experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. The rooms, though slightly outdated (some are already renovated), have wonderfully comfy beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep. The treatments are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had, which is rare for me as I’m usually quite picky. I also loved the seasonal products they offer, adding a unique touch to the stay. One small tip: adding tables and chairs to the balconies would make it even better. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway!
