We are visiting this hotel for the third time, 2013, 2019, 2024 . Everything is perfect each time. We forgot expensive contact lenses in the room, and these fell down somewhere under the bed. Hotel has searched the room twice on our request, found them and sent it to Latvia! Many thanks for the hospitality! Our kids liked very warm pools a lot!

Great place to stay. The Spa is very nice. The breakfast is extensive with fruit, sweet and savory items. Excellent coffee from three self-service Swiss coffee machines so never a queue. Easily walk to the centrum and to the castle. We had a very relaxing 3 night stay. For us sort of a vacation after 2 months in Europe with one to go before returning home to the USA.

Rooms has NO COFFE or tea !( Bathrooms needs REMODELING !
Mattress is not comfy to rest ! the whole vibe from the room is BACK TO 90s past century ! Due to theses issues is OVERPRICED ! Should costs 50 EURO MAX ! The rest is OK !

The hotel and spa itself are nice, breakfast decent, restaurant good, even though the portions tend to get smaller and smaller. Do not expect to get full stomach from only main course if you are a grown up man. Rooms need an upgrade. At first we were accommodated in a room where there was no aircon, even though everywhere is stated that they have airconditioning. We discovered it very late at night and thought that opening door to balcony would do it, but it got really noisy very early in the morning. So after a bad night and complaint we could change the room. I appreciate that, but why would they accommodate us in a no-aircon-room in the first place if there were airconned rooms available? Unfortunately the worst thing to happen to us was that money from my husband's pocket went missing. Luckily it was not big amount, but still really bad experience. We were looking for the safe in room, but there is none!!! After filing complaint we learned that there is possibility to keep your valuables somewhere locked up in a lobby, but this is really not convenient, is it. I cannot remember the last time staying in a big hotel where there was no safe in the room. The answer from the hotel was not really satisfactory either, we did not expect to be compensated, but getting an answer "no cleaning lady confessed and we trust our employees" felt like they claimed we were lying about the money taken. Just bad communication. Rated as one of the best hotels in Kuressaare, it let us down.

Gospa offers an excellent experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. The rooms, though slightly outdated (some are already renovated), have wonderfully comfy beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep. The treatments are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had, which is rare for me as I’m usually quite picky. I also loved the seasonal products they offer, adding a unique touch to the stay. One small tip: adding tables and chairs to the balconies would make it even better. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway!

The Hotel has updated some rooms which now are more decent than the others who needs to be updated. Still, balcony’s lack comfortable chairs. The restaurant offers very good lunches and dinners with a nice terrace. Breakfast buffet offer is fresh and ok but not outstanding. Spa is good with both indoor as an outdoor pool area with different saunas. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and professional. The Hotel feels like a family/ large group resort. During peak are breakfast and Spa/pool areas very noisy.

We were dissapointed when we entered our family room for our family vacation. The room was dark and poorly furnished, unrenovated and overpriced. The bathroom was also unwelcoming. There was no air conditioning in the room, so our clothes from swimming were drying indoors and the air next day was unpleasantly moist. There was a nice size balcony, but as the weather was rather cool these days and there were only 2 uncomfortable wooden chunks to sit on, we did not use it to its full potential. And there was NO KETTLE! Which I think should be in every room. We have a one year old and needed to make formula. I needed to go ask for it and then it was arranged to our room.
The pools were OK, better for teenagers and grown ups. As we were there with small kids, there was not a safe shallow place for them to dabble.
The lounge, bar and restoran on the other hand were really nice. It was a really nice flow from the lounge to the bar and to the restoraunt. There were many places in the lounge to sit and gather around with friends, many board games that could be lended from the bar, the staff and food in the restoraunt were splendid. Also the view was really nice from the resraurant.

Excellent service s always. Special thanks for preparing our room earlier and made the first experience with massage for my sons perfect:) Rooms are clean and fresh. Food in restaurand is exceptional. We travel every year and enjoy all the services and your hospitality. Aitàh!

1 week accommodation, few days in superior room, few days in standard room. Superior room was beautiful and really nice, just renovated. Standard room was also OK. In both rooms in balcony there were some kind of wooden block as chair, which were horrible to sit. Spa was clean and tidy, very few people in the beginning of June. Few saunas and pools. Spa treatments were really good, tried massage and pedicure. Pedicure was super good! Breakfast was average, good, but nothing special. Only thing I can complain is that personnel in restaurant seemed to know nothing about glutenfree food. There were some products with allergy signs, but some signs were in wrong places. It came out when I checked and was suspicious. They also told some products to be glutenfree, which they were not. Hotel is situated a bit outside town, but in short walking distance. Personnel in reception were all very polite and friendly.
