Great place to stay. The Spa is very nice. The breakfast is extensive with fruit, sweet and savory items. Excellent coffee from three self-service Swiss coffee machines so never a queue. Easily walk to the centrum and to the castle. We had a very relaxing 3 night stay. For us sort of a vacation after 2 months in Europe with one to go before returning home to the USA.

Rooms has NO COFFE or tea !( Bathrooms needs REMODELING !
Mattress is not comfy to rest ! the whole vibe from the room is BACK TO 90s past century ! Due to theses issues is OVERPRICED ! Should costs 50 EURO MAX ! The rest is OK !

Gospa offers an excellent experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. The rooms, though slightly outdated (some are already renovated), have wonderfully comfy beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep. The treatments are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had, which is rare for me as I’m usually quite picky. I also loved the seasonal products they offer, adding a unique touch to the stay. One small tip: adding tables and chairs to the balconies would make it even better. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway!

We were dissapointed when we entered our family room for our family vacation. The room was dark and poorly furnished, unrenovated and overpriced. The bathroom was also unwelcoming. There was no air conditioning in the room, so our clothes from swimming were drying indoors and the air next day was unpleasantly moist. There was a nice size balcony, but as the weather was rather cool these days and there were only 2 uncomfortable wooden chunks to sit on, we did not use it to its full potential. And there was NO KETTLE! Which I think should be in every room. We have a one year old and needed to make formula. I needed to go ask for it and then it was arranged to our room.
The pools were OK, better for teenagers and grown ups. As we were there with small kids, there was not a safe shallow place for them to dabble.
The lounge, bar and restoran on the other hand were really nice. It was a really nice flow from the lounge to the bar and to the restoraunt. There were many places in the lounge to sit and gather around with friends, many board games that could be lended from the bar, the staff and food in the restoraunt were splendid. Also the view was really nice from the resraurant.

NO AIR CONDITIONING !!!
It got as hot as 35˚ C (95˚ F) outside. They gave us a small fan to move the hot air around. We could not open the window due to mosquitoes.

Great weekend getaway place. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee 25€/day and get a snack bag and 2 bowls in the room. They are not so welcome in the restaurant though and must stay in the room.
Spa is okay with 4 saunas and pools but spa treatments are excellent. Definitely recommending massage with stones from Saaremaa.
Restaurant has great food and drink menu. Friendly and attentive service.

Nice rooms with spacious wet rooms. Beds a little annoying as its a mattress topper on a bed base, so the sheets untuck and the topper turns during the night which isn't great. Breakfast is varied and interesting. Very nice pool and sauna area to relax in. Sea view rooms have a great aspect, and a nice little balcony.

The staff: its classical Estonian. You'll have to say "hello" and "thank you" yourself before being recognised, otherwise you're a fly on the wall.
The room: it's a bit outdated but the view is nice, the bed is very comfortable. There's no balcony furniture which is weird, why can't you be comfortable outside? Also no towel cleaning policy or any sustainable policy rules communicated, speaks of 90s.
The breakfast; good selection, but seldom available during peak hours since the staff are busy with "looking busy". So there's sometimes tables available and sometimes not. No croissants were available during my 30 minutes there. Also a a lot of kids screaming and running.
The spa: modern and nice saunas. Quite cold though, especially the outdoor pool. Also a lot of kids running around and shouting so don't count on getting any relaxing experience.
