We were supposed to stay at an apartment near by and because of our delayed flight there was no one there to check us in. Nice owner, very welcoming place. Great price, and great location, short walk to river side, museum and food. They fixed us up a little something for breakfast since we had to leave early at 7am. The hotel staff and the restaurant inside are amazing!!!! the only problem was the room. very basic and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. I wish next time they have improved because the location is very convenient , the staff very helpful, they even sent a taxi if you ask to transfer you. They just need to take care of the cleaningness of rooms.

No pets allowed, which I think is ridiculous, the rooms are nice and spacious. Very clean and tidy room, staff are also approachable.

Went there for a dinner (Indian cuisine), found the quality good and taste of food more authentic than some of the leading chain of Indian restaurants operating in Cairo. Would highly recommend to anyone who craves for Indian cuisine.

The place is amazing, the staff is polite and very welcoming, the pool is always clean, and the owner is very friendly. Everything there is just perfect. We sat outside by the bar and the view was breathtaking, music is great, and the food was on point.

Taghaghen Island is the best spot for sunset in Siwa. It's a peaceful, private location on Lake Siwa, far from the crowds. The service was pretty good, and the room was decent too. However, there were no slippers or toiletries provided. Hot water sometimes took a while to come on. The location is good, making it convenient to get around.

It is much better eating in town. The prices are very high for simple things like coffee and meals. The room door handle was broken so I had to lock it every time I entered or left, it would just swing open, very annoying.

Yeah there are scammers waiting outside but thats how egypt is and not the hotels fault, air conditioner sometimes stopped working, they will fix it for you in just a minute if you ask. It may be a luxury, but I wanted free water. I thought there would be some, but I went in without buying any, so I had to go out and buy some. The toilet seat wouldn't stop, which was a problem. The location is great, making it easy to go sightseeing and shopping.

Reception desk needs the most work. There was a lot of noise from outside. Didnt have toilet paper, and there was a whole situation with the heater. At the reception they wanted us to pay in dollars and only accepting cash, that is the most absurd request knowing the law in EGP, wifi was ok and the breakfast was incredible, almost wanting to go back for that.
