A great location on the beach with access to the end of the coral reef by a jetty they even drive you to the end of on a buggy so that you can get in the water and snorkel amongst some amazing fish

This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. Drinks are included in the price and came with lot of options

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

The room was clean and hygienic. We added an extra bed for our child at no extra charge, converting the twin beds into triples. We had a great rest, but the bedding wasn't very comfortable

The food was mostly beef, chicken, and fish, with a lot of fruit and desserts, but it was standard. The drinks were mostly blended, and freshly squeezed juice was available for a fee

This is an all-inclusive hotel, with different meals every day. It also has a private beach with snorkeling right on site, which is fantastic. on the day of our arrival, and we weren't even allowed to check in at 2 p

Every morning, I enjoyed watching the sunrise from our private balcony—a perfect way to start the day. The private beach was another highlight

The all-inclusive hotel is really family-friendly. It has its own beach, its own pier, and the Red Sea is so beautiful. The service is very efficient, especially the restaurant waiters

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There's no need to leave the hotel because there are plenty of activities available at all times. The staff at this hotel were friendly and their service was excellent

The receptionist offered me an upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, especially the Oriental and Indian restaurants

Finally, if you have children aged 3 and up, they'll have a great time

The reception and check-in are also sitting, which makes people happy

Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe. The biggest complaint was regarding the room

On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company

It’s a really good place, food was good, has a lot of options and every day changes the options. Has really good atmosphere is really family friendly. It’s a little far from the airport

The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

Beach is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean and food was great too, there are many different options for everyone

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The hotel is surrounded by a small piece of sea, which is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. When I flew from Cairo to Hurghada, I could see the hotel at a glance

All meals are included, drinks are available all day, table tennis, open-air gym, beach volleyball, swimming pool, and performances at night. It is very suitable for lying flat. Pin is generally worth the price!

There is enough food in five restaurants. You always can find what you want in one of the restaurants. The beach is big, a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is enough space on the beach

The hotel is very large, the swimming pool is also very large, the landscape has the sea leading into the hotel and the swimming pool, the environment is super good, and there are many facilities to play

I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent

The main restaurant has several restaurants, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. There are Chinese people in the restaurant. This hotel is super enthusiastic towards Chinese people~

What satisfies me most is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, which saves us extra time and energy to find the fun of the seaside

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave

The pool and beach area is lovely but you cannot enter the sea from the beach. Any snorkeling or swimming in the sea has to be done from a jetty

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

The hotel claimed they make all the necessary health checks but whatever the case, the stanard is not up to the expected Sheraton standard. The hotel is showing its age but they are repainting and maintaining it

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD

While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests

It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful

Booking a massage in the spa is an absolute must, this is one of the reasons I keep coming back… I’ve never had a massage like it! Whilst at the airport about to come home, our flight was cancelled and easyJet put us up in a lovely hotel in Nabaq Bay

They remembered us from when we stayed in May 2025, even down to names and one of my friends being South African (mind blowing when you think how many people they have met in the last 6 months)

Three points that I am not satisfied with: 1. Kempinski and Hilton have no rooms at all, so I booked a second choice, the price is about 1800 per night, but the bedding is pilling, and the facilities are a bit retro! 2

Our personal favourite evening spot has been the Zaza Bar which had a great relaxing atmosphere, alternative cocktails/drinks to the all inclusive package with the best service from our favourite Karim Ahmed who was never late to get us another round of drinks and recommend great places to eat!

This is our second time in Sharm and we are very pleased with our stay there. The hotel accommodation is very good and comfortable. The hotel service is at the highest level, we were treated very well

This resort stands out as one of the finest I have experienced in Sharm El Sheikh. Its prime location makes it an ideal winter destination, particularly with the benefit of a heated pool

The hotel environment is good, the facilities are a bit old, it is relatively close to the city, the beach is short, you can go to a hotel next to it for sightseeing and snorkeling, the coral reefs and underwater ecology are well protected

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming

The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful

Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty! Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily for its snorkeling spot. Unfortunately, the snorkeling didn't quite live up to expectations, with severe coral bleaching, scarce fish, and murky water

The front desk staff, however, seemed completely indifferent, offering no apologies for this outdated and un-updated door access system

However, the tiled floors were extremely slippery because our shoes would track in water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers

The hotel grounds are expansive, with various room types designed differently; those closer to the sea are generally newer

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was efficient and smooth. The facilities were good, and everything worked as expected, making it a reliable choice for our overnight stay

Great hotel in Luxor with beautiful views of the Nile. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was quite good, and the Wi-Fi was excellent

We loved spending time there, and the pool staff was always attentive, professional and happy to accommodate any request. We also tried the laundry service which was excellent, fast and very convenient

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend Jolie Ville as a reliable and conveniently located hotel for travelers needing a comfortable and hassle-free overnight experience
