This is truly a five star resort and walks the talk. The food was really good and the options were so many that it got overwhelming at some point. We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window. It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options.

Location was perfect, cleanliness was good, however service was terrible, had to call room service multiple time for coffee or vanity kit and still they did not provide. The room service staff was not very pleasant to talk to. They should also have spa facilities.

Location very good, 12mins from airport and (by car) and 10mins from the Sea with private access.
