The WiFi and the swimming pool need some adjustments.
Overall ,The food is really good and diverse including some items I wouldn't thought any hotel would serve ,like good quality sushi platter. The room service are really helpful. We asked for a plug adapter and they provided it right away.
The beach was so beautiful and the facilities there makes it a whole different experience. We really enjoyed our time at the beach.
Finally, big thanks to Mr. Ramadan for giving attention to our demands and the classy handling of any issue we had.

Really a great hotel starting from the reception and service until the day of departure, everyone here is cooperative, the food is delicious and wonderful, and the entertainment team is very nice. Many thanks to Mr. Ramadan from room service.

Definitely a great experience and we enjoyed the time there.
clean rooms, friendly staff and warm vibes suitable for families and kids. The most thing I appreciated is that there is mosque inside the resort and is very close to the lobby.
Two nice pools especially the one for adults.
Great food quality and variety.
The beach wasn't perfect as it is full of pebbles and rocks.

Booked a private villa solo, the pool was nice and was cleaned everyday, rooms were clean, air conditioning was nice, food was nice and with a very good variation.
I had a problem as well and the staff helped me with an exception from the manager to solve it.
Thanks for the manager who presented the solution.
Def. Would come again and would recommend it.

The hotel is so perfect because the service is so good, friendly, and cooperating. The team show is so good and friendly they make us feel so good and comfortable. The house keeping is so good, so clean they use good cleansers with high quality, and they permanently came to the rooms and clean it in a Harry. The food is so delicious and has high quality and diverse I really love it so much because it tastes so delicious and perfect. The sea is so calm and warm. The pool also is so perfect and huge and there is two pools main pool and jacuzzi pool is so perfect I really appreciate this hotel it fulls of many facilities. I recommend it to everyone.

This place is hands down the best resort I've ever stayed at. The customer service was outstanding. They meet you from the gate and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort.
Once you are there you are greeted with warmth and smiles. The rooms are incredible. The pool was right in-front of my room. The animation was a cool feature. The beach is less than a minute in front of the resort. The messages were first class. The care of kids was amazing.
In addition the location of this place better. Right near lots of bars and restaurants. The food was very clean and tasty. Thank you cancun and go ahead.

The operating staff is highly efficient, especially Chef Tamer.
He has the highest morals and taste. All thanks and appreciation to you.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service. The animation team was amazing, cool, and so friendly. Food was good too. I was very pleased with my stay.

Great hotel, very clean, good food selection & quality. Our second visit here and they have made some great additions since 2020. Infinity pool by the beach is fantastic.. Highly recommended..
