This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. The half board was so good. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. Not very friendly for baby strollers/wheelchairs.

The staff were very hospitable especially Ahmed at the reception, Ahmed the pool attendant, and Zaki who drives the golf cart. We felt very welcomed. Food was very tasty and fresh and a good variety. The rooms were a little outdated but clean and very spacious.

A relaxing and fun place, aqua park is huge and diverse, amazing place for a family fun, food was nice, staff in general are welcoming and friendly particularly front desk Mohd Abdulrahman, Viola and others. As a 5 star hotel, there should be 2 big Water bottles or 4 small water bottles per room. They only put 2 small water bottles so make sure to take water with you as the charges for water is high here. Their buffet is nice with limitted variety. It's a nice place for vacation. You have ATM, if you are lucky it's not empty. But don't worry, you can pay with card everywhere. Internet is working except when it doesn't. Stuff is kind and respectful, yala. Pool is clean and you have transportation if you prefer beach ⛱️.

Honestly I've surprised with this quality of everything, rooms, cleanliness, variety and delicious food. Room service and hygiene must be improved to get a 5 stars. I had to call the reception 5 times to get extra towels and toilet paper, But it's nice place for family. 3 pools and 3 slides "aqua park" for the kids don't use the yellow slide you'll hurt your kids.
