The service is not 5 star, the staff’s attitude is really not the best, their food was bad, everything is super expensive and for nothing, the beach is not that good either. But it looks luxurious Eh ;)

We stayed as a family in room 1133 during Eid holiday (June 2025). Excellent stay! and super friendly helpful staff. Room was luxurious with a nice pool view and side sea view

Pool is super clean with mega aqua, and beach is well maintained with golf car available to go to beach in 3 min. Variety of tasty food and drinks

The beach was clean and well-organized, though it was a bit too cold for swimming. However, simply relaxing by the sea was more than enjoyable

The open buffet offered a wide variety of options, but my personal favorites were the bakery selection at breakfast and the desserts at dinner, especially the oriental sweets—I highly recommend not missing them! Regarding activities, the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, which is perfect for winter, while the outdoor pools, including the aqua park, are not heated

Mahmoud in the restaurant, who consistently checked in with us during every meal to ensure quality service and taste. Additionally, Abdel Galil at the pool and aqua park took great care of all our needs

There was also belly dance show and live performance by the pool at night

and the friendliness of the staff, specially, the pool lifeguard **** who was like the second guardian of my kids was protect them all the time them and them friends

Staff members are excellent and professional, the place is clean and well organized and quiet, the food was excellent the only drawback is too quiet and lacking night shows

However, on the final day, I encountered an unexpected issue with a front desk staff member, *** ** ****** whose attitude lacked the courtesy and flexibility I had experienced throughout my stay

Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Not to say the rest of the staff didn't because they were also awesome. The beach being so close was awesome for the afternoon before unwinding at the pool

This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine

A beautiful stay with lovely buffet. The staff always went above and beyond. Among them were our lovely cleaner, Ahmed (room 1107), and the two other Ahmeds who helped us when we needed it

The hotel room are spacious They have a heated pool The food in the restaurant is quiet Good One of the best food experience I ever had in hotel and I visited many Only the sea little far away need golf car to go But it is available all time Really recommend it

The staff were very hospitable especially Ahmed at the reception, Ahmed the pool attendant, and Zaki who drives the golf cart. Food was very tasty and fresh and a good variety

Came here to attend a wedding and stayed at the resort. Location/property: about 2 hours from Cairo, the property is vast, plenty of pools at the hotel (5 or more) there is also a full children area

Beach is very nice and sandy except the entrance of it has some stones. Pools are ok. General Cleanliness is not the best. Food is average. Overall good if you just want to spend a day or two for relaxation

The beach is very poor with so much rocks and pebbles which is not suitable for kids to play or adults without beach shoes. the shuttle is not air conditioned

A relaxing and fun place, aqua park is huge and diverse, amazing place for a family fun, food was nice, staff in general are welcoming and friendly particularly front desk Mohd Abdulrahman, Viola and others

We had an issue with the booking, our mistake, but was sorted out patiently by the front desk. On the other hand the aqua park facilities needs better preventative maintenance to maintain the asset

Location is perfect Rooms medium quality, it was ok. Loved the aquapark,we enjoyed it. called the room Service many times and our requests NEVER done. was above average for me and that was so good

And there was a terrifying payment mistake from their side,we hardly managed to solve it few days later. Overall we can give it another try some other time

The hotel is good. There is a mini water park, a heated swimming pool and a sandy beach 🏖️ mountains are visible on the beach. The apartment is large, 2 rooms. The service is not the best. I didn't like the food.

3 pools and 3 slides "aqua park" for the kids don't use the yellow slide you'll hurt your kids. Rooms are spacious and air conditioning is great
