The check in process takes only half an hour The rooms are very clean with a good view to the lake The housekeeping is good, as all the rooms had been cleaned during the breakfast time The location is perfect as the hotel first line and only one hour and half from cairo The beach is sandy not rocky but there was ebb and flow, so you can enjoy the sea from morning till 2:00 pm only The food was delicious...

The rooms are large, well maintained except for the air conditioning in some of the rooms. The pool is great as well as the beach area. There was a show at night of dancers from Ecuador which was really great

The hotel itself is good, but the location isn't; it's in the middle of nowhere, no sea view nothing, and the surrounding area lacks services, but to be honest it's a bold step from the hotel owners to provide such a service in this place, given that the Red sea beaches are half an hour far

There are swimming pools and aqua park, but the beach is about 30 minutes far from the hotel. In addition to the fun valley, which is suitable for 3+ years kids. I think this hotel is lower than 4 stars class

Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is bad and has no variety. Beach is far from the hotel. Pool and kids area are not clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming

Giving them five stars for always heating their pool. Other hotels' pools are freezing and not swimmable, but jazz make the pool super comfortable and warm. Their buffet is also quite good

The staff were very hospitable especially Ahmed at the reception, Ahmed the pool attendant, and Zaki who drives the golf cart. Food was very tasty and fresh and a good variety

It's a cozy resort with limited room availability, so the service is provided for a small number of guests. That's why you will feel distinguished. Tha beach and pool are fantastic

For example, the beach was more than a half a kilometer away but no one told us we could call for a golf cart to take us there. The rooms were clean with a nice balcony

The pool was nice and cold, but the water level didn't reach the skimmer, so there were lots of things floating on top. Final note, there are crows everywhere, murders of them. They stole a piece of pizza from me

If you come, be prepared that it is a resort and the stay will be inside. There is a small super market nearby though. Sea is really good, not too deep and not too shallow (depending on the ebb and tide)

Only main issue is that the beach area is totally closed after sunset. Otherwise, stay was really good

Abdo in reception who gave us a room with very good location, staff of kids club who was kind with my daughters and dessert chief who made us special kunafa. This hotel became my special destination in Ain Sokhna

We had very good time at this resort. The rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Finally the food was beyond our expectations at every meal.

It is nice seeing a place that is really trying to be good, and they are doing things well. Location is not far away from sokhna, but there is not much outside

You will enjoy the food from the buffet a lot. Workers are really nice and polite. It is not easy to find workers with such good attitudes and kindness

Came here to attend a wedding and stayed at the resort. Location/property: about 2 hours from Cairo, the property is vast, plenty of pools at the hotel (5 or more) there is also a full children area

The pools are heated -starting December which was a tad bit disappointing as the water was so cold when we went we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful large pools. There are multiple sport spaces

The private area where 3 hotels Stella di mare are located felt very secure and secluded. You have the pool, free transfer to Stella Grand and their beach, different options for sports and entertainment

The beach was amazingly beautiful, you could even go snorkeling and enjoy the beautiful fish right under your feet, they have a safe passage for swimming as it was a rocky one but only for a few meters then you can find the sand

The staff are very helpful and responsive. Even though they have a sign saying that swimming is at your own responsibility, the beach staff went as soon as possible to save a child once his mother requested help

We had an issue with the booking, our mistake, but was sorted out patiently by the front desk. On the other hand the aqua park facilities needs better preventative maintenance to maintain the asset

Location is perfect Rooms medium quality, it was ok. Loved the aquapark,we enjoyed it. called the room Service many times and our requests NEVER done. was above average for me and that was so good

And there was a terrifying payment mistake from their side,we hardly managed to solve it few days later. Overall we can give it another try some other time

3 pools and 3 slides "aqua park" for the kids don't use the yellow slide you'll hurt your kids. Rooms are spacious and air conditioning is great

The place is located in the East of Egypt and it's a beautiful place to spend a pleasant time through the Year
