We stayed as a family in room 1133 during Eid holiday (June 2025). Excellent stay! and super friendly helpful staff. Room was luxurious with a nice pool view and side sea view

Pool is super clean with mega aqua, and beach is well maintained with golf car available to go to beach in 3 min. Variety of tasty food and drinks

We particularly liked kids activities, kids drawing and play room, face painting, kids cinema at night and very talented animation team that kept everyone engaged

The food at al Fanar restaurant was exceptional, tasty and proper. There is also a free shuttle to the beach with golf car. The aqua park was good, it was not heated so we couldn’t enjoyed it too much

Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Not to say the rest of the staff didn't because they were also awesome. The beach being so close was awesome for the afternoon before unwinding at the pool

Seemed an odd place to save money, especially since all body care products were Jaz branded. At the beach, they told me they only sell pizza, but later saw them deliver chips to another guest

For example, the beach was more than a half a kilometer away but no one told us we could call for a golf cart to take us there. The rooms were clean with a nice balcony

This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine

Also some of the one time use kit was empty on the first day, not that I need to use it but a bit weird to see an empty box. Also the first aid kit half empty & rather old 😅 please get a new one

The beach was amazingly beautiful, you could even go snorkeling and enjoy the beautiful fish right under your feet, they have a safe passage for swimming as it was a rocky one but only for a few meters then you can find the sand

The hotel is good. There is a mini water park, a heated swimming pool and a sandy beach 🏖️ mountains are visible on the beach. The apartment is large, 2 rooms. The service is not the best. I didn't like the food.

The rooms are clean and elegant and wifi is available inside the rooms. A mini-bus is available for free for transportation from the jabal hotel to Porto sokhna hotel. I would definitely go for it again

The balcony was dusty, there were no towels provided, and no drinking water available. We requested assistance from a housekeeper (a short man with ginger hair), but he never returned, so I had to go to reception myself

The beach is very poor with so much rocks and pebbles which is not suitable for kids to play or adults without beach shoes. the shuttle is not air conditioned

We had an issue with the booking, our mistake, but was sorted out patiently by the front desk. On the other hand the aqua park facilities needs better preventative maintenance to maintain the asset

Location is perfect Rooms medium quality, it was ok. Loved the aquapark,we enjoyed it. called the room Service many times and our requests NEVER done. was above average for me and that was so good
