We booked the executive suite for three nights. All in all we had a fabulous stay. The food is amazing and the place is very child friendly. The pool is very nice and the beach is located directly at the hotel.

Mina and his team, especially Kirollos& Enjy from the reservations department, for their great effort and outstanding service. They truly cared about making sure the group was happy and comfortable

The room was in generous needing of improvement. For example, the bathroom shower wasn't too clean and the water temperature was not warm at all. The fixtures and decor were a little outdated

The service and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Even though our room was not a pool front or beach view, we still had a nice view of a small garden and enjoyed watching the birds

All in all, it was a nice place to go. The food was decent with a generous buffet for breakfast and dinner. The pool was large and there was no shortage of help from the staff!

The location of the hotel is excellent and ideally situated just one hour from Cairo. The property is surrounded by stunning scenery, with beautiful mountain views on one side and the sea on the other

The level of discipline, cooperation, and outstanding service exceeded my expectations, starting from the reception and reservation teams to the security staff and car parking attendants

- The food tasted great; however, there wasn’t much variety due to the low number of guests. -Thanks to Mohammed Abo Zied and Hassan Mohammed from housekeeping, they truly know how to welcome guests

- Check-in was completed in less than five minutes, which was very efficient. - Our room was spacious and had an amazing view. - The beach was absolutely wonderful, sandy with a lovely green area

But you will need a water shoes for safety, We truly enjoyed spending time there. A golf cart was available to take us there in about three minutes

- The hotel has a parking area conveniently located right next to the main entrance, and the bellman was already there to help us with our bags

- Special thanks to all the restaurant staff, they were also wonderful, Mr. Hisham, Mohammed, and the rest of the team

- Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and friendly smiles

The private area where 3 hotels Stella di mare are located felt very secure and secluded. You have the pool, free transfer to Stella Grand and their beach, different options for sports and entertainment

they are taking care of landscape. nice place for families, young kids as it's very quite. terrible house keeping management, rooms are so dirty as always.

The beach was amazingly beautiful, you could even go snorkeling and enjoy the beautiful fish right under your feet, they have a safe passage for swimming as it was a rocky one but only for a few meters then you can find the sand

It was a really nice experience at the beach. It also had a bar for food during the day, they offer drinks, pizzas and Sandwiches. The restaurant chefs are so welcoming and the food was truly delicious

The hotel is perfect for families, couples or even solo travellers 😍 With its amazing beach, delicious food, spacious rooms and it just has everything at a very reasonable price

Hotel is not clean, not recommended for long vacation but for day use is good, services are poor, unprofessional people, but kind they are so rude sometimes and good at the same time, toilets are disaster i can smell it from miles

Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Not to say the rest of the staff didn't because they were also awesome. The beach being so close was awesome for the afternoon before unwinding at the pool

This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine

A beautiful stay with lovely buffet. The staff always went above and beyond. Among them were our lovely cleaner, Ahmed (room 1107), and the two other Ahmeds who helped us when we needed it

The pool was nice and cold, but the water level didn't reach the skimmer, so there were lots of things floating on top. Final note, there are crows everywhere, murders of them. They stole a piece of pizza from me

3 pools and 3 slides "aqua park" for the kids don't use the yellow slide you'll hurt your kids. Rooms are spacious and air conditioning is great

Room service and hygiene must be improved to get a 5 stars. I had to call the reception 5 times to get extra towels and toilet paper, But it's nice place for family

The best thing that it isn’t really crowded, It’s always peaceful and quite.

The balcony was dusty, there were no towels provided, and no drinking water available. We requested assistance from a housekeeper (a short man with ginger hair), but he never returned, so I had to go to reception myself

The aqua Park has interesting and nice slides (not all of them working)and starts usually at 11 am. Aqua Park waves is nice too but works for one hour

They have two beaches, one for owners and one for hotel guests, both are great. Also, breakfast and dinner were above expectations. They have 2 large swimming pools that look very well maintained

The food is really tasty and the pools are very decent and the beaches are fantastic! I really love the mini supermarket,bakery,gym and walking in there at night feels like your walking peacefully with no disturbances
