It was a very nice stay, many families. Staff were very nice, cheerful and helpful. The employees helped quickly when you needed them. Many fun activities for the children, in the evenings for adults. Security guards at the doors and at the pools were attentive. It is recommended if you want a nice holiday with your family. I am very positive about this hotel.

Stayed during Eid alfitr, reception toilets were a mess with tissues so scattered around bins, no welcome drink, just a lousy detox, rooms need renovation, aqua park was good with guards always on watch, food was satisfying, entertainment could be better, especially poolside and beach, service was generally ok, loved the serene lake at the back of the hotel.

It's awesome how they are super friendly to children! The rooms are awesome filled with flowers when we go in, The service is wonderful, and it also includes the kids' show! Sadly, it's a little too far away. That's the problem but it will be worth it soon!

The stuff is cooperative and helpful, but actually the hotel itself is not good. No suitable food for babies under 2 years, only 2 small water bottles for a room daily. There are swimming pools and aqua park, but the beach is about 30 minutes far from the hotel. In addition to the fun valley, which is suitable for 3+ years kids. I think this hotel is lower than 4 stars class.

Fairly good room and food. The hotel is part of a resort area that attracts families with children. There is an amusement park, dinosaur world, and water park all right by the hotel. But it is in a bleak industrial hinterland near a commercial port.

Honestly I've surprised with this quality of everything, rooms, cleanliness, variety and delicious food. Staff are so friendly especially Mr. Abdo in reception who gave us a room with very good location, staff of kids club who was kind with my daughters and dessert chief who made us special kunafa. This is almost the best family hotel in Ain Sokhna, the pool is very close to the sea beach where you can go in between many times. Very safe for children, food is not excellent but value the prices, with huge variety. Also you can get extra benefits of being close to Suez for a quick very good fish restaurant visit or buy fresh fishes.

Definitely a great experience and we enjoyed the time there. clean rooms, friendly staff and warm vibes suitable for families and kids. Booked a private villa solo, the pool was nice and was cleaned everyday, rooms were clean, air conditioning was nice, food was nice and with a very good variation. We stayed in one of the pyramids' apartments, it was fine! Clean, comfortable, well equipped, but not all are well furnished. Some of the rooms furniture is weary. The staff is friendly and helpful. The walkway is great, with wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and entertainment booths. The beach is good not so well organized, but it is fine. So many water activities are available, but a bit overpriced

Room service and hygiene must be improved to get a 5 stars. I had to call the reception 5 times to get extra towels and toilet paper, But it's nice place for family. 3 pools and 3 slides "aqua park" for the kids don't use the yellow slide you'll hurt your kids. The staff are really caring for guests. Everyone works in this hotel seems caring and passionate about doing his part. The cheff is very good and the buffet is well thought and performed. This hotel is the top rank (I stayed in 60 different hotels) for the speed of room service. Room is large and there are several pools and nice aqua slides. The Sokhna beach is known for nice and calm waters.
