Calm and small resort for a family getaway. Very close and easy route. Around an hour and a half from Cairo. Fishing isn't too good, but then again, it's all about the relaxation and the open sea. The sand is rocky, so beach shoes are preferable. Not too many facilities outside, but you'll find the basic pharmacy, supermarket and restaurant. This place is fantastic, the staff were amazing. The half board was so good. After a morning of golf to come back to a great meal was very refreshing. The lounge made every evening a great place to unwind and have a bottle of wine. Siad Ali was the man he took care of us ever step of the way. Location is very good from Cairo ~1:15 hours. Sea water is shallow and boring for swimming. Staff are super friendly (special thanks to Mr Mohamed, the resturant manager). Facility is clean and prestigious but with few resources (one swimming pool, and one resturant). Service is very good. Nearby supermarket, but pharmacy is faraway. A relaxing and fun place, aqua park is huge and diverse, amazing place for a family fun, food was nice, staff in general are welcoming and friendly particularly front desk Mohd Abdulrahman, Viola and others. As a 5 star hotel, there should be 2 big Water bottles or 4 small water bottles per room. They only put 2 small water bottles so make sure to take water with you as the charges for water is high here. Their buffet is nice with limitted variety. Room service and hygiene must be improved to get a 5 stars. I had to call the reception 5 times to get extra towels and toilet paper, But it's nice place for family. 3 pools and 3 slides "aqua park" for the kids don't use the yellow slide you'll hurt your kids.
