Well, it was our first time but probably the last, as for food quality it’s average, didn’t like it at all, aqua park is also average and not so clean at all, adults pool is better, the fun valley and dinosaur world is the best experience there for the kids, the beach that the shuttle bus takes you to it, is the worst beach at all, water is not clear, very rocky and no water activities, consider the hotel has no beach at all! my kids had so much fun but not me actually! yet the staff are very friendly and helpful, my daughter lost her puds case and they returned it to her so quick.

Aqua park is okay
The hotel's beach is not bad but at the same time it's about 25 minutes away from the hotel and not worth taking that distance to go there
It was really a very good experience that i would like to try again soon

Excellent and very family hotel from my point of view .. The first advantage is the proximity because it is outside the gates of Sokhna. respect .. We are all Egyptians Thirdly, the water is beautiful and the children really liked it. Fourthly, the amusement park and dinosaurs associated with the hotel are also beautiful, even if they need more attention and spend the rest of the holiday games and it will really remain a myth. The disadvantage of the relative is that there is no difference here, but for many it will definitely be different because the beach is far away and the buses run every hour following the hotel. Finally, the food is not very varied, but it is not invalid .. and the price was a bit expensive, but it may be because I booked the room only two days before, so I did not have many options in front of me. To summarize, regarding the hotel in Sokhna, I mean TEDA ☺️🤩

Very bad experience, Managment is very weak and bad . Service isn't in a well shape . Staff is miserable due to bad management. Prices over rated for such a 2 star hotel. Pool is not well maintained at all , aqua park for non star hotels full of rust and very bad hygiene . Food is not well prepared cheap and very cheap ingredients. Recommend not to go there. If necessary day use only will be fair.

No drinks (Juice or Canes) on dinner
Few number of Tissues in the room
The pool view is on the building of workers' rooms which drew weak image
Bad plumbing of the bath room's closet
Limited number of towels in the room despite we are family of 5 persons
Very bad comment was said by one of the staff in the fun valley. He said that we - as Egyptians - are guests on the Chinese property and owners.. Which stunned us.. Are we guests on our homeland.
The fun valley and games for kids are made for totally commercial purpose..
The family rooms' zone, the Candy World zone have very low interior design features and materials.
Trees and flowers are very few in this hotel.
The restaurant service and food amounts are poor and don't serve the number of guests, who keep waiting by numbers for a while to be able to enter the place.
Overall, this hotel is not recommended.
Only for emergency, staying one night can be more than enough.

Iam extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The beach is very far from the hotel it's about 30 minutes in bus!!!!! , and it is full of stones and sharp objects that hurt our feet. It's supposed to be suitable for kids.. but
unfortunately it's not. The location is misleading, . Additionally, the amenities and services provided do not match the advertised standards. On top of all this, it wasn't cheap either, making the experience even more frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel at all. This is my first and last time staying at Teda Swiss Inn Sokhna.

This is not recommended at all. This hotel is really bad 👎 the money I spent is a total loss. Food is bad, taste bad 👎 no cold water at all even if you want to buy. The beach is horrible, there was garbage in the water and I asked the workers to clean up, they said the hotel didn't give us supplies to clean the garage with. I came this hotel as they mentioned it is the kids hotel but it isn't safe for kids to play in the fun valley, it is dark, not clean, no maintenance for the rides, very poor cafe. Can't tell about the indoor playground in the first floor, there is no AC, everything smells bad.

First of all the decorations are very ugly, the hotel itself looks like a low rated hotel. Definitely not up to Swiss in expectations.
In an industrial place!
The food is disgusting, the service is horrible and they wanted to charge me extra for breakfast even though i paid for breakfast and dinner.
overall 1/10 would definitely not ever book it or recommend at all!!

The stuff is cooperative and helpful, but actually the hotel itself is not good. No suitable food for babies under 2 years, only 2 small water bottles for a room daily. There are swimming pools and aqua park, but the beach is about 30 minutes far from the hotel. In addition to the fun valley, which is suitable for 3+ years kids.
I think this hotel is lower than 4 stars class.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is bad and has no variety. Beach is far from the hotel. Pool and kids area are not clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming
