First of all, the cleanliness of the room was very poor. When I first checked in, I found obvious stains on the carpet, the faucet in the bathroom was leaking, and the overall hygiene was not up to standard. Secondly, the service attitude of the hotel was also unsatisfactory. The front desk staff was indifferent to the needs of the guests, and the waiting time during check-in was too long without any explanation or apology. The most disappointing thing was that the breakfast options were very limited, the quality of the food was not good, and it didn't feel fresh.
Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations of this hotel at all. I hope the hotel management can face these problems and improve them.
The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable, which ensured that I could enjoy a good sleep every night. I especially liked the view from the room, which was really refreshing.
The hotel's catering service was also excellent, with a rich variety of breakfasts and unique flavors, and every meal made me linger. I especially recommend their buffet, which is fresh and delicious and definitely worth a try.
In addition, the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are also very complete, allowing me to keep exercising while traveling. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay and I sincerely recommend it to everyone! I will definitely visit this hotel again.
