Excellent all-inclusive hotel services

A family member’s bag was confiscated upon arrival because it had shisha in it even though they had no intention of using it during their stay. They refused to make a second key card because they said “their system wouldn’t work for two key cards”. Upon entering my room, my toilet seat had dried urine on it, mirrors had black stains on it and need to be replaced. There was an alive bug in the bed upon pulling the covers back when we arrived. Pillows are pilling and are worn out. No pool or beach views. Location is a short 5 minute walk to a shopping mall but not much else to do here. We ended up staying elsewhere for the evening due to the state of the room upon arriving.

The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

Stayed for three nights. The staff and receptionists are really friendly, but my room's bed sheets were very dirty, and toilet facilities are old. In addition, my biggest problem was that the room was very smelly from inside (something wrong related to the maintenance in the ventilation system or sewerage), also, the wifi connectivity was very limited and couldn't be connected to my phone most of the time. I complained of course, first two nights nothing happened at all, and I was offered to change my room at the third night, which was at a very late stage. Overall, the hotel is really overpriced comparing to what you will get, and not recommended, unless a proper maintenance will be made. There is an extra fee for an outdoor parking at Pharos University (Did not understand why we have to pay for an outdoor parking), and one bottle of water is offered for the whole stay.

2nd time staying, and I'll be back. Amazing experience starting from the staff recognition, special welcoming, to all of the facilitation to make my stay comfortable.

Not good and not bad.
Overpriced compared to service quality.
Food is acceptable but I had better experience in other hotels which are supposed to be lower quality than this one.

A shopping centre is 5 min walking, out of that... No entertainment provided and taxi required to move somewhere else.

Excellent breakfast with an extensive buffet, polite and fast staff, slightly average new furniture, but overall comfortable. But Wi-Fi was slow. Distance from the center and airport.

Excellent facility. Good hospitality. Felt home away from home. The icing on the cake was the Welcome note in KISWAHILI. The most kind staff. Will definitely be back.
