From the moment you step into the hotel, you're treated like a valued guest. The warm welcome, love, kindness, and smiles from the entire staff make you feel right at home. Every request is met with a smile, and the team's hospitality is genuinely heartfelt. The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is well-equipped with everything you need. Although the furniture is somewhat outdated, it's well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the internet connection in the rooms is a bonus. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very old I used to visit it back on 80s. It has the most popular restaurant with specialized dishes. I decided to stay the 2 nights in Alexandria as Nostalgia for this hotel.
The hotel is vintage and cozy, the building is old facing the sea, the rooms are clean and have all what you need in the room. The restaurant is excellent and the coffee shop as well. You may have international cousins and specialized Egyptian seafood.
Things made my unhappy that smoking is allowed in every corner of the hotel.. at restaurants, hallways, rooms, and rest areas. 😡
The hotel is unfriendly for handicapped people.. stairs only to access the hotel and obe tiny old style elevator between floors.
The location is awesome and so many restaurants and cafes around. Staff are very friendly.

I wanted to stay at the hotel, but when I entered, the security guard asked where I was going. I told him I needed to use the washroom first. He informed me that it was only for guests. I asked him if he was sure, and he just looked at another guard, who confirmed that it was only for guests. They really need to train their staff on how to deal with customers better.

Had one of the worst experiences there first of all we discovered that there is no AC in the rooms without informing the guests before booking, under the pretext that they are doing maintenance in the winter, knowing that the rooms are extremely hot
Secondly when we arrived we found out that there is no towels in the rooms and when we asked for towels they gave us only one towel and we were two persons and the housekeeper were extremely rude she told us that she will see if there is extra towels or no , at night we found out that the flush is not working and we spend the night with the plumber till we convinced them to change the room
They claim that the hotel is not new and it needs a lot of maintenance so this is normal ! We were reserving only 2 night all gone in arguing and fixing stuff in the room

All the pictures posted on the website are very old ones. Now the hotel and the rooms are very old and worn out. No renovations or maintenance. I was disappointed to check in in this hotel. The only good thing is the staff, are they are so friendly and polite.

Nice place from old Alexandria with a history, it has an excellent location with a beautiful view, staff were very friendly and helpful, service was good.

Food tastes so bad, service is even worse, and the waiters are so rude. Totally don't recommend this place for anyone to go to even for locals.

Nice place for old fashion people who's always Attached Alexandria .. but for sure it's much better in winter

We didn't try the hotel rooms, we just went for quick lunch, the place is old but not historical, the view is amazing full sea view and the famous stately bridge, they offer very old fine dining experience 😀, they have rich menu and offer delicious food, we tried several items and all was fantastic.
The experience is nice, and it's typical Alexandria 30 years ago.
