The hotel location is good on the sea. Rooms were too small and tight to contain a couple. Old fashion room decor. The food qualify and variety were very good. The staff was high comptent and Friendly.

food was very good at the roof's restaurant .but they mentioned in the menu there weren't taxes neither charge but when check was coming i found both .and two type of tax they weren't honest unfortunately

Breakfast is nice with too many options and the view from the restaurant is awesome. It’s near to everything you need. Rooms are clean and cosy..

Great Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.The staff is consistent and the hotel is always very clean and well maintained. I always feel safe, and supported by the hotel team . This hotel always executes at a 5 star level. The rooms, the food, the housekeeping, the staff in general make the experience every time for me. Highly recommend a stay here.The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again. Thanks Romance The most luxurious Hotel

The service is horrible when it comes to waiters attitude and customer service, i was invited to an outing in the 12th floor roof cafe..
The worst experience ever, i ordered 16 pieces Sushi plate it took them 2hrs and 13mins just to come with 8 pieces mentioning that someone else took my order to go!
After waiting so long i asked them to wrap it up for me to take it home, the sushi chef used his bare hands to move my food with no gloves as he doesn't know anything about health&safety standards!
The receptionist attitude and behavior is not meeting with any standards at all!
Would never ever recommend this place to anyone or even go again.

I have loved the place with its all features the place is amazing, the breakfast in esp in the rooftop is incredible and the food is pretty delicious 😋 all things except one of the restaurants serving stuff that ruined my day but the overall experience is good and deserve repeatability

My second day into this hotel, the location is superb, with amazing Sea view, the kindness of the stuff, and the breakfast is one of the best open buffet breakfast in town.
The rooms is good bed is comfy, the furniture is old but still good to go
The bathroom needs more attention and maintenance, this is the only negative point.

The hotel has a great location, nice food, and nice people.
I would consider it a high 3-star hotel rather than a four star. The rooms need some real work.
