Nesima Resort

The rooms were totally different than what I saw on booking beds very old with very dirty covers bathroom dirty no water there is insects everywhere 😳 very bad experience the staff said the photos were selected by booking not us they were trying to give me another room but I have to wait till they clean it I came back after one hr still they didn't clean it and I told them let me see it I have gone with them to see it was worst that time I decided to leave the place cancelled my booking even if I lose one day better than I stay in this place not good at all

here's what happened to me

one of the receptionist was very disrespectful , we already had a reservation and we came at 11 am , he said check out will be 12 pm and check in will be at 2 pm , but other guests came after us and even before the check in date and got their rooms , when I tried to talk with him he spoke with very mean way and insisted to get the room at check in date while like I said other guests got their rooms way before 2 am.

The room style is very different from the photos that have been shown in many web sites , videos , or even reviews.
the room is very small and tied with no balcony and very very very bad view .
when I asked about the shown photos the reply was these photos are triples and completely full . so it was very negative image of the resort.

My conclusion

If you have a reservation in this resot before you get the room , ask them to show you the room , check every single detail size , view , every thing and if you already convinced , wait until check out date ( they already have a written sign says check out at 12 pm ) and insist to have your room , and if not call the police of tourism to guarantee your rights .
