Le Meridien Dahab Resort & Spa

The place is amazing for its tranquility. The hotel is located near Dahab. 5th arrival, no pomp, for connoisseurs of conciseness and expensive simplicity. The area is a little windy due to the space. Perfect for those looking for privacy and comfort.

I love the vibe. The hotel is full of hidden gems. It has 2 salt water pools and one fresh water.
The rooms are spacious and very pleasing.
Several restaurants offer breakfast and dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Meridian Resort in Dahab on a guest day. The experience was truly five-star. The resort boasts a stunning pool, a relaxing sauna, and a picturesque beach, all of which added to the luxurious feel of the place.

The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a comfortable stay.One of the highlights was the food. The buffet offered a diverse and delicious range of dishes, catering to all tastes. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional, reflecting the resort's commitment to providing a top-tier dining experience.

The only drawback of La Meridian Resort is its location. It's somewhat far from the main city of Dahab, which might be a consideration for those looking to explore the town.

However, the resort's tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle could also be seen as a plus for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Overall, La Meridian Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service in Dahab. The serene environment, combined with top-notch amenities, makes it a memorable destination.

This is a great resort, fully accessible by golf carts, multiple pools and restaurants, views from beach front rooms is amazing. Stayed for 5 days and have seen 5 wonderful sun raise from the room...

rooms are amazing, food is very delicious. they have 4 pools, and long beach where you can do snorkelling. I would advise you to rent snorkelling fins and goggles for 30 egyptian pound each from city center for 1 day. And you can do snorkelling all day in hotel's beach. Person who showed us room looked at me with eyes "give me tip", but I didn't give tip. It is usual that everyone thinks that we are welthy to give tip for nothing special, just simple service which is their duty already and included in price of hotel.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! This was the second time we've stayed in the Meridien Dahab and each time just gets better and better.

I stayed for 5 nights with my boyfriend and we had an overall pleasant experience.
The location is beautiful and worth the visit. The outdoor pool and beach areas are adequately serviced and well staffed. The room itself is dated and appliances can be wonky but for the price and area I can say the accommodations are 4 star. Rahma at the front desk is a rockstar and deserves to be recognized for her competence and kindness. At the resort there are other kind and competent staff such as bellman Hakeem and spa coordinator Moustafa. Mody who coordinates rides is an interesting fellow but crucial as a starting point for transportation. But there are others who are not as kind and truthfully are not respectful of women. Clear service differences for the same requests when I asked vs my boyfriend. But it is a different country and culture so be prepared. Food was mostly good but I think because of funding, supply issues, and staff items listed are not always available and food is repetitive. The food and bev manager works very hard and tries his best but is clearly overworked and overwhelmed please provide him the support he needs to operate sanely and smoothly. As goes with back of house kitchen. Cleaning staff was kind and helpful despite the language barrier. Outside of the resort Dahab is a small and beautiful community who rely on tourism. I never felt unsafe within reason. But I do not know if I’d travel there again as a solo female. For foreigner visitors please do your due diligence and learn about where you’re going. This area of the world is beautiful and unique and I’m so glad I went and experienced everything I did. I think I’d learn some Arabic for next time too. Safe travels!

Will always love this place, it's everything you'll need basically, rooms are stunning with various views you get to choose from , some of the pools have sea water , apart from the amazing lagoon , and the jacuzzi with it's view. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Never the last time , everytime 💗

The hotel is incredibly amazing, huge property area with friendly staffs, the receptionist was very warm and accommodating, the SPA is super spacious, posh and very relaxing, over looking the ocean.( Great place to swim). The SPA staffs are eager to please, "Ali" the massuer was super good and excellent. "Islam" the room cleaner was so helpful and always has the smile on his face. The hotel is a quiet location, safe, and secured to stay for the entire vacation, security is up the front which is good. To sum up, we had an amazing and memorable time, highly recommend and would definitely come back again. Shalom from 🇮🇱
