Panda resort

Their behavior is not good ... They always talk with their clients so bad word like accusations of his appearance... and also so bad service with so bad food ... Rooms not clean and so dirty ... Not recommend that hotel to anyone

“The place is terrible. The rooms are uncomfortable, with no working air conditioning or TV. When you check in, they claim everything is in good condition, but when you report issues, they just say they will send someone to fix it and never do. They completely ignore complaints until your stay is over. Very poor service and not recommended at all.”

I waited for about two hours in very crowded reception without AC to enter my room even though I came with a bus provided by them, when I took my room I found the AC is broken, and my bed was wet because of the AC, some lights also was broken, the door was broken and couldn't close it well and finally spiders on the walls beside the smell of the room.
They changed it for me with another room after that. It was better not the best but I was very tired so I accepted it .
Breakfast was not good 😕
The recipients were trying to do their best, but it was an administration problem.
I was ordering for bus to nuweaba from the beginning of the reservation and was asking about the time that the bus will pick-me-up day before, but they weren't replying to my question, and on the last day I kept asking without response till found the recipient call me to leave the room and when I asked them about the bus they told me it's not our problem magic tripe is responsible about replying on our page so call them we are not responsible we need you to leave the room.
The only good thing is that I didn't have any comments, was the beach sandy clean, beautiful.

I would've given better rate except for the reservation manager, we were inquiring about availability to extend our stay but they confirmed that all rooms are already booked and when we checked booking we found one room available with same period we inquired about, when we informed reservation team about that they have denied it and closed the booking for us, the manager didnt even apologized for what he did which is terrible, we have never faced such service before, however, this will be the last time in this hotel for us. We would like to give a very special thanks to khalid, he was very helpful, nice and cooperative man, definitely would recommend to have more staff like him.

I would have given better rating if not for one thing and that BED BUGS.... Abaloutely unacceptable and not up to standards.
Also the frigde smells like something died in there and the bathroom leaks water.

Room smelled so bad Bathroom was not clean There were no cover on the bed Found the cover in the closet dirty and had blood on it The bed is not comfortable at all The AC was really loud and i had to stop it so i could sleep I didn't feel safe in the room at all especially i was alone The door lock is not safe at all The breakfast is terrible and real disaster, i throwed up and had a very bad stomach ache I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS HOTEL NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Don’t expect much more than a good beach only

Rooms are 2 stars , Toilets are 1 star
Location is good

Breakfast is awful
They need to work on the hotel

Ground rooms are much acceptable than higher floor
