Bad treatment from all employees and from the owner
Dirty look from all employees staff for girls in swimming pool
Employee making a hight noise with extremely bad music till 4 am
Air condition is very old
Very small rooms
Breakfast is very very small

Location isn’t 2nd row from beach, it’s 2nd row from the walkway
We can’t see the beach from anyway

Pro: internet connection seems to be quite good, breakfast was fantastic!

Cons: very noisy, unwelcoming, the staff took my passport for a long time just to make a copy I was not comfortable with that, trying to scam us when we are checking out.

Experience: extremely unhappy with its service attitude. On checkin the staff took my passport and I was waiting for him to make a copy, then he went on drinking/chatting with his friends. Toilet paper, towels weren’t in the room, I had to ask for them. Room was very noisy, A/C was leaking, dripping water all night. Worst of all, when we try to check out at 12:30 (according to the checkout time on Agoda, where we book our room) the staff said check out time was 10:30 and one guest left because of our late check out so we have to pay more!
I ask for manager and he said the manager is sleeping?! Afterwards I insist on seeing the manager. He left for 5min and came back saying that he was mistaken for another room and we are free to go… come on! That’s not the way to treat your customers.. don’t try to scam tourists!!!
I will NEVER come back here again! But their Egyptian breakfast was extraordinary, it was lovely!!

Last March I went there with my two brothers for one night. We had to change room two times, first room had the fridge beside the head of a bed, and fridge was noisy and vibrates which would make it very hard to sleep for whomever is sleeping on that bed. This cupboard was in the door way, honestly who puts a cupboard in the door way! The second room was a little bit narrow and had an irregular shape which made it difficult to align beds and made it an eye sore to look at it, not to mention that stool of the bathroom, as it was not stable and had a little jerk to it much like the third room. Third room had water leaks all over the bathroom, but by that time we lost all hope and stayed in it anyway. Beds by the pool were very dusty and old.

On the flip side, room was quite clean, no foul smell nor smelly sheets and yellow lighting was very good inside the room, felt so cosy and warm. Cupboard had a little box hammered into it (though this was not the case in one room which made no sense since the box is just lying freely to be moved any where) with a lock for treasure, which was a nice touch. Pool was good an clean. There were lovely cats and a dog. The guy working there was friendly and immediately responded to our requests kindly, he seemed a little bit annoyed but kept smiling and did his best to wear a friendly face.
