Hotels All-inclusive in Alcudia

We've been here 4 times now and we always have a great time. My 2 teenage children love everything about the resort. The food is amazing for a 3 star hotel

Not for a quiet holiday as to much going on during open seasons. Rooms a decent size and views are great. Balconys not that big but plenty big enough for a chill out. Food is repetitive but decent

From the staff to the facilities inside it - I give it 5 stars! This was my first time coming abroad and we stayed here in 2017. It’s a great place for kids as they do kids club here

There’s lots of entertainment here too so it’s great for all. Our hotel room was nice and clean and the chambermaids were lovely and polite

The entertainment is brilliant the staff are very friendly and helpful and work like crazy to make sure you enjoy your holiday

Good selection of food from breakfast through to tea. Food available from 8am to 12am Decent entertainment and activities throughout the day and evening. Free water park access is fab Great place to visit as a family

Restaurant serves mouthwatering dishes in a buffet system. So happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back

This hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve been to. Lovely caring staff and brilliant facilities including a spa, pool, wifi and TV area. Rooms are comfy and have good views

The only negative was the price of the drinks bill each day, however this is due to the low exchange rate currently in the U. K, however some of the drinks were overpriced. Would definitely go back to the hotel

great breakfast (we only had breakfast, so I can't speak for other meals); nice staff, small but convenient clothes dryer on the balcony

Been here couple of hours well impressed. Day 5 still liking hotel very much. Only criticism food is not hot at anytime!!

Pool is a good size with baby pool. Shops not far either to walk or taxi 4. No kettle in room so bring your own with your own tea and coffee. Lidle is not far from the hotel. Plenty choice of food at hotel

Very nice resort, clean, nice staff. We had all inclusive and it's worth the price! Very good meals. Perfect for families with children. Only 4 stars because of the old equipment in the rooms.

Upscale place with great value for money - breakfast was quite nice and the spa area was nearly perfect, especially the view over the pollenca bay. The room was clean and spacious, terrace comfy and sunny

Hotel area is quite large - great for walks. The atmosphere overall suited me quite well, I'm going to visit again. Oh and good luck finding a parking lot:)

The territory of the hotel will leave the most positive emotions. Many different greenery, ponds with various animals. There are children's rooms of all ages. :( The food is great, although a little boring with time

The hotel is a little remote, with a 15 minute bus ride, or one hour walk to the port and it's a similar distance to Alcudia. The hotel is popular with cyclists and I can see why as there are some lovely views

The hotel is situated in a secluded place. In the hotel there is no beach, although the sea itself is in walking distance. The beach can be reached by free Shuttle bus or it is better to rent a car

All inclusive buffet and other restaurants were good quality and the staff were all very friendly. Our room was very nice and well furnished. It was right next to the entertainment area and was very loud in the evening

We had a fantastic family holiday. Lovely all inclusive resort. Our 2 and 4 year old loved it. The food was great and varied. The staff were incredibly Helpful. This was our 3rd stay with Zafiro chain. Would recommend.

We were provided with a courtesy room. We were informed we would be telephoned as soon as our room was ready. Just as promised we were, an unusual pleasant surprise

However the treatments were very good. All in all an excellent holiday thoroughly enjoyed by all members of the party

The daily “war of the sun beds” are quite stressful, and even though the hotel has a “one hour reservation” , no one seems to care if 6 beds are reserved but not used for 3 hours

The hotel was great in every way. There are clubs for children and good pools where you can spend time. Evening program every night and a nice little playground for children

Our family (4 years & 7 months) had a great time at Zafiro. We enjoyed the food and drinks. My older son loved the outdoor playground, and both children loved the indoor swimming pool (which was heated)

Definitely Recommend All inclusive and may get expensive if self catering

The all inclusive buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner offered reasonable variety, tho endless iterations of pizza and pasta became less appealing as the week went on

Never enough fresh vegetables but a good selection of salads and fresh fruit always on offer, The a la carte restaurant is well worth a visit

We had the opportunity to do rifle shooting, archery, volleyball and Pilates which where all amazing! She also gave us some great suggestions of things to do during our time in Mallorca which I wouldn’t have thought of if I hadn’t have been told Emilia was also great! A very kind and bubbly person who is a great asset to the kids club

All the staff were fantastic, in particular the lifeguard who took a shine to my son and gave him a huge inflatable to use in the pool and checked in on him each time he saw him. Less than 5 mins away from the beach

The buffet was very good - something for everyone and different options everyday. 5 minute walk to the beach and 20-30 minute walk along beach to bars, restaurants etc

Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly

We stayed self catering, wouldn't recommend all inclusive as the food was pretty average and there are quite a few decent, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance

The pool was great and staff are excellent. Will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family. Made our stay even more enjoyable

The bar shuts fairly early, not a problem for us but wouldn't suit others. Also the main bar staff are pretty slow and not the friendliest. Unlike the pool bar staff who are great

Several possibilities for dining within the compound or a wide range of restaurants nearby with really good food (just Google the area and they comes up)

Great value hotel in a great location. 5 mins walk to beach. Loads of restaurants and pubs nearby even in off season. Cold pool. Really clean room with nice balcony with a sunset view over the mountains. Would recommend

Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. We as a family have never done all inclusive or stayed at the viva sunrise but wow I was blown away by all staff at the hotel

The entertainment team really are the best they get involved with the children and for a parent with a child who has struggles they really put in the effort and even got her dancing and joining in which was amazing to see

Viva Sunrise is a great hotel with (child) friendly staff. Everything is perfect. Juan Carlos, Manuel, Marta, Tony, Pedro, Jesus, Jonathan and all the other people, thank you very much for this amazing holiday.

The rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless, they are cleaned down daily and once you leave they are steam cleaning the whole room. I really could not fault this hotel or the staff on anything…

I've been in three 4 star hotels during my trip and Viva was the best. What I liked was a lot of space in the studio rooms. Felt like I live in my own apartment for a while

Stayed on cycling holiday, good location with shops, restaurant, chemist nearby. They have a garage for bikes and provide locks. Breakfast is top notch. Only complaint is the beds not terrible but not great.

Breakfast (which starts from 08:00 so not the best for very early risers/cyclists/runners) was sufficient but evening meal (buffet) wasn't great

No children allowed in the hotel and baked bananas for breakfast - what more do you want? :) Didn't use their dinner buffet, as it was 15 EUR/pp and closing by the time we got to the hotel (21:00)

The breakfast was very good with a very wide selection and good quality. It seems every room has a nice balcony, facing either the pool or the street. There are some chairs as well

Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Nice pool and spa. Close to the beach. Breakfast is unreal, everything you can imagine.

The drinks options on an all inclusive were good and the staff do keep guest entertainment in the day and evening with bingo most nights, quiz night one night, live singers and karaoke in the evening

Great spot near the shops and beach. I had a single room at first which was a bit small so I changed to a twin room which was much more roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful and the all inclusive food was great

I didn't always eat there as Alcudia has lots of great restaurants

The Globales Condes De Alcudia was where we stayed during our week long visit and the hotel itself was clean, staff were friendly and it was in a good location with very close access to the beach and a number of restaurants

However, the food at the hotel leaves a lot to be desired but would be on the level you would expect for a 3 star hotel. No meals we had seemed to be hot, more lukewarm, even when it was fresh out the kitchen

We did find a microwave in the main restaurant near to the end of our stay which I made use of as I like my food hot

Great breakfast served in Sa Mossegada restaurant (just 100m from the hotel). The only disadvantage was an air-condition which didn't want to set into mid level - it was either switched off either freezing us

The rooms are beautiful and really clean and the food served in the restaurant was incredible. All guests were given a gift on Christmas morning which I thought was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here

The hotel is very nice, friendly staf, very good breakfast and lovely menu for lunch and dinner. In a nice surrounding area. We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights it was a lovely time. We are coming back.

I stayed here over Christmas and cannot fault the hotel. Joanna and all the staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay

As we recommend it as a very nice hotel, we can't recommend another hotel from their chain - Hostal Ventura in Santanyi which is one big misunderstanding. So go to Can Simon, stay away from Hostal Ventura

* if you’re all inclusive you may well have the chance to dine in the à la carte restaurant…this a lovely dining experience with very attentive waiting staff

A comfy bed is an absolute must ~ and this bed did not disappoint, so comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and well decorated though a little scuffed and showing signs of seasonal wear

Food was plentiful and all drinks were branded which is great on an all inclusive, however the food was a little on the repetitive side and quite uninspired if you’re a vegetarian though fresh salads and fruit went some way to soften this

The bathroom was compact, the toiletries were plentiful and the towels were replenished frequently which is just as well as the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used

Desserts were quite dismal, didn’t taste fresh and were an assortment of dry cakes or wobbly offerings, the saving grace being the ice cream which didn’t disappoint

A lot of mopping up would follow this and even though it was reported to reception it didn’t seem to elicit any kind of follow up

We had a drinks events at the Seasoul Beach club last week, and we had the best time! The staff were very professional & the venue was set up perfectly! Thank you for all your help!!!

The only negatives were slightly dated rooms (although I think some are renovated and much better), not the most comfortable beds and fairly simple, repetitive food in the restaurants

The food was excellent, we've never had an all-in hotel with so delicious and high quality food. Especially the evenings with the theme 'mare' were sublime: oysters, prawns, lobsters, mussels and so much more

Our daughter (2 years old) was crazy about the minidisco and the entertainment team was so enthusiastic and nice. All the staff in the hotel was very friendly. The beach is really close to the hotel

One day we took the express bus to Palma, which was only about 45-50 minutes and the bus stop is nearby. We highly recommend this hotel!

Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. The Hotel is in a very central location near the Sea, Port, Great Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Bus routes to Palma and More. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful

Rooms are very well looked after with AC, daily cleanings, pool, Buffet Breakfast, Bar and more. Definitely recommend and be coming back soon !

The food is very nice though not very varied. The pool area isn't big enough for the size of the hotel and if it were running at full capacity it would be a problem. The staff are very nice and friendly

The next day I opened the door and part of the frame came off and landed on my head so I requested a change of rooms. The receptionist was very sympathetic so she got us one very close to the lift

We arrived and were given the last room in the hallway. Very long walk from the lift. The lights went off so we had to go to reception but the lady was nice and had it fixed nearly immediately

Sara, our maid, was fantastic. She did everything I asked immediately

Breakfast is in the restaurant around the corner and very complete, natural juice, coffee, tea, water, cold cuts, bread, croasant, jam, butter, fruit. All very kind and good service

Great location in the heart of the old town close to restaurants and shops. Check in was very smooth.

The next day we went to the bar that the hotel has for breakfast and it was also fabulous. Very friendly and the food is delicious. In addition, the environment both in the hotel itself, and in the bar, is very beautiful

We arrived late since we were coming from the peninsula but there was no problem and we were attended to immediately. We were quickly able to access the room to rest. They are very nice and very well equipped

We were only in the bar for a little refreshment. It was perfect and delicious. The service was good too. Above all, we found the ambience in the back yard to be very pleasant and inviting

Besides, the location is excellent since it is in a walled area with an exquisite environment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Island was perfect for adults not wanting involved in pool/kids entertainment at main pool. Within walking distance of shops, beach (hotel gives free lifts if needed)and restaurants

Food was varied and nice but definitely could have been warmer ( I found the microwave so used it heat meals). Shop onsite but not open every day

Based on the price we paid this is easily a 5 star review. People leaving lower reviews seem to be expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel. Food is good, absolutely loads of options and variety. Breakfast was especially good

First time we have stayed at this hotel however we will return. The staff go above and beyond to make you welcome. All areas are spotless as staff are constantly cleaning. The food is delicious and very fresh

It wasn't our planned honeymoon but none the less was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were so helpful in the COVID-19 guidance and supportive for paperwork to get us home

Entertainment was great - we have kids aged 8 and 10 - and all 4 of us were kept well entertained by the fantastic, friendly and talented team

The pools are lovely (deep) and the views are stunning. The food was good during our stay and the staff all friendly. The snack bar is basic for all inclusive but it was all we needed

The hotel offers a little shuttle service which is great as it is a little far out and taxis difficult to get (didn't see any buses either). The beach at Puerto Alcudia is really nice

We stayed as a family of 3 and I would say that the 3rd bed was a bit squashed in and made it difficult to get to the wardrobe but we didn't spend a large amount of time in the room

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff. Room a little dated however it was so clean it didn't matter

I would stay here again but only if I was going for 5 days just because of the distance between the hotel and Puerto Alcudia

So as maybe a solution to that the hotel could maybe get fibre Wi-Fi which can house a lot more people, but other than that the hotel is outstanding and I would encourage you to go there on you next holiday, it's a beautiful place

When we were there, the price for two weeks was the same as we have paid for one week at other hotels in the past. A funny thing - the doors have keys. Yes KEYS (the ones of metal) - not key-cards

So sleeping is not easy, since the windows cannot be left open due to a lot of aggressive moskitos and noise in the early morning. We kindly asked, if they could turn on the aircondition, which was denied

Well thats a policy we can kind of support, but not fully. Anyway, the hotel is great, but they do not care about guest issues. FINALLY After several people asked for aircon, they turned it back on

Beautiful, clean and modern. Great pool and beach bar. Best location right on the beach. The hotel is fully renovated so don't get tripped up by old photos here!

The receptionist told me, that the aircondition is turned off this time of the year. He even agreed, that temperatures are very hight right now, and he is fully aware of the moskito issue

So, they do not care if guests sleep well or not. They offered us ventilators instead. And by the way: if you wanna exchange your beach towel, you pay 5 EUR per towel each time

Great sized apartment, staff very friendly & cleaners came everyday. Can go self-catering or all inclusive. Very touristy area so be aware the supermarkets & restaurants nearby charge top notch

55 to travel to Old Town Alcudia where more restaurants and even better prices. Always choose to pay by € if paying by card as shop exchange rate is shocking. We saved over £15 for a family group of 9 meal

Not tried food here yet but if not inclusive you can pay to use restaurant. Lots of activities around the pool and also on a night. Plenty of places to eat in and around the hotel

The food is good and the staff are really helpful. The hotel is excellently located for easy access to the beach, countless bars and restaurants and several supermarkets

Great location only five minutes walk from the beach. Usual Brits abroad and folk setting their alarms for about 4am to secure a sun bed forever. We've found you can always get beds with an umbrella after lunch

I have been to many hotels in diffrent countries they weren't like Panormic Alcudia, the stuff were very polite and helpful ,they never hesitate helping and leading you ,food was really great different meals and many choices, the restaurant clean

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff even helped me charge and store my electric bike. Everything was clean, well ventilated and comfortable. The pick-up personal laundry service was a nice plus

Checking out ,you check out at 12 PM and you can leave your luggage until you leave and you can have lunch also after checking out ,we had 7 amazing nights in this hotel

Location by the beach is nice and you can walk 25 minutes to get to another nice beaches, if you wanna get to Alcudia old city it takes you about 13 minutes

i like the set up of the hotel. people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything. as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once

The drinks/cocktails were delicious and affordable which is quite rare to find these days, my only minor gripe is that the room door could be a bit more sound proofed because you can hear outside noise quite easily but other than that 10/10 would come back again for sure!

Special people and service outstanding. The room was cleaned every day, the staff welcomed us every day when we arrived for breakfast and there was even a card and cava delivered to our room celebrating my birthday

What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we remember now why we choose this hotel

Room was spotless and cleaned everyday + new towels. Gym had everything you would need. Breakfast was our highlight - amazing buffet with plenty options (& fizz!). Staff very helpful and friendly
