We loved our stay here. The owners were so welcoming and made the most delicious breakfasts and coffee. The rooms are lovely, the location perfect. Highly recommend! There are also gorgeous hikes right from the hotel doorstep.

Magical place in Mallorca. We had plans to leave Banyalbufar each night for dinner but instead found ourselves cancelling and coming back to son Borguny. Just been for dinner. The food was very tasty and arrived promptly, lots of veggie options which is always good. It's a lovely setting, clearly a lot of thought, attention and care has gone into the courtyard setting, and the gentleman serving us offered truly exception service, through a combination of personal recommendations, humour and charm - thank you!

We had dinner here twice during our stay on the outskirts of Banyalbufar. Best food we had in Mallorca, by far the best service I’ve had in a restaurant for some time, and certainly best in Mallorca. Booking recommended as they’re a small restaurant, but the host was so attentive and caring. Have as much from the specials as you can, and anything homemade!

A beautiful little family run boutique 'bed and breakfast' tucked away in a small local village with views onto the ocean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the in-house restaurant was fantastic and the general atmosphere was befitting of the quiet and authentic location.

We didn’t stay overnight but popped in for a coffee and a snack. The terrace has a beautiful view and the midday sun was tickling our nose. Even on a windy day it was quite protected there compared to the Main Street cafes. The service was flawless, coffee excellent and the snacks tasty. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel after arriving from the United States. It was an incredible experience. Beautiful and the hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the hotel. If you like saunas they have an excellent one.

Hotel is beautiful and so are the grounds and its location in Mallorca. However, the staff is either poorly trained or don’t care. They have zero attention to detail and no awareness level, especially in the restaurant and pool area. The other reviews that point this out are correct. Unfortunately, I didn’t heed their advice.

Es Moli is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the grounds are beautifully maintained & everything is spotless and full of charm. We had the most fabulous Family holiday in Hotel Es Molí. Great little hostel, tucked in a charming (albeit challenging) corner. Great views and gorgeous patio, specially at night. All the furniture and decor consisted of antiques and country-chic pieces, like a proper mallorcan country home. Ask for the room off the main building.

The best is the view, however room, toilet were small, breakfast also not so special. Parking is a bit away from the hotel. The advice for owner - to put a sign, that clients could see that this parking lot belongs to villa verde, otherwise you way not notice it. So in general you pay for mountain view and old style room.

Costa D'or is a beautiful hotel just outside Deia. The setting is stunning with amazing views of the sea and the coastline. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were really friendly. We loved spending time on the terrace and taking a swim in the sea, too. The food was great and reasonably priced. We found it a great place to relax. It's a real gem.

horrible check in procedure Hotel was fantastic but check-in procedure was horrible, worst I've ever encoutered and 3 of us work at hotels. It took for ever to check in, every single person had to fill in their life story in order to check in and it was on a single ipad so they could only do one at a time. Very good service and very happy

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and soul and history. The staff is very friendly and nice. But the beds are hard as rocks. I didn’t even know they made beds that hard. You can hear every sound through the walls, there was an engine outside my room that made a lot of noise and showering took forever cause there was no water pressure. Cannot be recommended if you want to sleep or shower.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean with very helpful staff. A bit of a walk to what I consider the main part of town but personally I enjoyed the stroll either along the water or through the streets. It also meant it was peaceful. They hire excellent bikes too.

The hotel looks nice and is in a good location, a bit off the main road and not far from the city centre. The downside is that the walls are extremely thin! You can hear your next door neighbours all the time and the staff is not pleasant, at all! which is a shame because the overall experience was stained by it.

A fabulous hotel only 5 minutes from the marina. Very comfortable clean rooms but it's the staff that add that extra something to the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good for the price and had lots of options. Parking was available in a lot down the street.

It is very close to the beach and major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The nearby buses are not far away and can be reached on foot. It is very convenient.

Other than long check-in lines, a lovely place staffed by very accommodating people.

Nice hotel Breakfast in the hotel was good, had plenty of choice. The pool area and restaurant/ bar was excellent.. The location was good, nice walk into palma old Town. The room was very basic and noisy, and the beds were uncomfortable. One particular girl on reception was rude and un helpful

Renovation of the promenade in front of the hotel was unbearable. From early until late. Hotel should have had that in their details when booking.

Harbor View and walking distance to everything! We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Mirador. We were able to check in right away in the morning when we arrived. We received a great room that had a balcony that overlooked the harbor. It had all the amenities that I would want( a fridge in the room; rooftop pool with a great view and staff that went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, professional...

Perfect City Break Hotel Efficient and affable service. The staff were highly competent. The family room was great with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was fabulous and all was managed in a calm and discreet manner. The rooftop pool and bar was a delight, Pedro working there was a true legend and whilst I didn’t try the spa my wife and children spoke highly of it. We were delighted with our choice.

Comfortable bed, pillows-soft towels quiet on back street. Great food, breakfasts, dining areas looking over the marina with Cathedral views.. recommend it. Walk easily to attractions.

The room was a bit on the small side and the pool definitely needed a bit of music and table service and more staff but apart from that, it was a great stay. Reception staff were great and all the guests we met were super friendly too

The room was spacious and modern with a balcony over looking the road then the harbor. Pool on the 3rd floor and lounge chairs but closed early so I never went. Also the restaurant closed early so we never went. Definitely a modern city hotel without the hours.

Should really be a 3 star Hotel. We stayed at the Costa Azul several years ago & whilst it's been refurbished since we last stayed we feel it's now way overpriced & given the facilities is closer to a 3 star Hotel. Great location but it's unlikely we'd stay again. Sorry but for us you're way overpriced.

We stayed one night only and checked in late. The room was very good - quiet and clean. Shower was excellent.

What can I say they made my birthday most relaxing break the staff cannot do enough for you most thoughtful gesture on my birthday they bought in processco and a card even though no mention of my birthday was so so touched . Great location, and onsite parking is a massive bonus considering parking in Palma is virtually impossible! Would be helpful if they had a system that allowed you to park up before checking in though as there isn’t always room to wait outside the main door

I was impressed by the friendly service. The room condition was clean and spacious, which was satisfactory, and the location was convenient for moving to the city center and other tourist attractions.

It was a great hotel, great staff and the breakfast was very special. You could even order a la carte for breakfast: We had a rental car that you could park in the underground car park for 15 euros per night. Very satisfied all round!

Considering the starts and reviews I had my doubts but this place is excellent value for money from the quality of the room to the location to the rest of the city I really can’t fault my stay and would happily stay again and is a perfect stay for a weekend!

Stayed in a lot worse, check in easy, 24 hour reception, electric key card,works in the room for the power as well,lift worked fine,room was ample spacious, fridge, phone, air con and heating, hairdryer, 40 inch tv on the wall,2 single beds together, terrace 2 chairs, shower plenty of room,constant hot water,and the adjoining rooms were quiet, wifi work fine.

Excessive price for a 2-star hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and quiet.
