Isla Mallorca & Spa

First hotel for our stay in Mallorca and it was really special. Rooms were perfect, staff lovely and all the facilities were nice and clean! Pool and bar take highlights here as well as the breakfast which was much higher quality than other hotels.

Liked the location and was a great launchpad to go and explore Palma!

I am not sure I would recommend the spa. It was nice for one visit but there were some areas that weren’t fully functional and because the jacuzzi isn’t isolated it can be quite noisy.

Really lovely hotel, the rooms are a bit basic (no kettle and were only given 1 bottle of water for the 4 days we were there) but the staff are lovely and the food is great. Really good location within walking distance to most Palma sights.

The hotel environment is good and the price/performance ratio on the island is quite high.

Enjoyed our stay at Isla. The rooms were great and we enjoyed our a la carte breakfast.

The gym is very well kitted with reasonably new equipment, enjoyed a good weights session there.

Parking was fairly easy to find in the street around the hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her as she was on her phone. And when we asked her a question she gave us a very short answer with no explanation and immediately went back to texting on her phone! Other than that, great hotel.

This is our 5th year coming back and we couldn’t recommend enough. The reception gave us an upgrade on arrival and bar staff remembered us from previous years and treated us very well. Not many places that allow you to feel totally relaxed. We will always come back and have loved every minute! Thank you for your service and kindness x

Everything is Good

Beautiful hotel in Palma. Just close enough to walk into the city (30mins ish), but far enough away that it was quiet.

A couple of issues with the room, such as really dreadful shower (that barely dripped!) and doors jamming on the wardrobe rendering them almost useless. Apart from that, they were spotless. Comfy beds and great changeover in the afternoons. Lovely balcony and expected mod cons, such as fridge and safe.

Breakfast was absolutely huge and plentiful. Lots of options and really delicious and fresh. The pool and bar area were nice. As was the welcomed spa on a cloudy day.

Staff were all very friendly and the Pina Coladas were great 😊

Would definitely recommend to visitors to Palma - perhaps better suited to adults and older children.

Nice hotel in a good location with off street parking.
Good services, don't hesitate to book.
