The hotel works on system "all inclusive", is located close to the capital Palma. Near the hotel is Marivent Palace – the summer residence of the Royal family. 300 m from the hotel – tourist zone with restaurants, bars and shops. To the beach runs every hour a free Shuttle bus. Recommended for young active travelers who prefer budget stay close to the city's infrastructure.

Beach: public, sandy (Cala Mayor) is 650 m from the hotel (3 coastline). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Shuttle bus to the beach: free of charge (in high season 5 times per day). At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 300 m.

MLL Blue Bay offers some of the most breathtaking views you’ll find in Mallorca, perfectly perched above the beach and conveniently close to a supermarket and port. The setting feels like a peaceful haven, far from the city’s buzz. The swimming pool is a nice addition, though it doesn’t quite share the same stunning view as the hotel itself.
The rooms, however, could use a bit more attention—especially the beds, which weren’t the most comfortable. The buffet is decent, but a lighter touch on fried options would elevate the experience. The staff were polite, and the service was smooth overall, which added to the relaxed atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a uniquely positioned retreat with unparalleled views, this hotel is a solid choice.

However, there are some drawbacks. The rooms lack a fridge, electric kettle, shampoo and shower gel bottles, tea and coffee facilities, and even water. Additionally, you have to pay extra for amenities like billiards. The hotel's location is also a challenge, as you need to walk up many stairs to reach it, which can be tiring. Also, check-out is at 11:00, and if you want to stay until 17:00, you need to pay an extra 45 euros.
The staff is amazingly friendly and make you feel at home. I have been coming on regular basis, since I discovered this hotel and can totally recommend it.

I booked a room for a night. When my partner and I tried to check in, they said there was no reservation. We showed them our printed reservation confirmation and told them I had already paid for the room. The female receptionist even confirmed the papers.
BUT they still didn’t let us in and claimed our reservation number had been used by someone a few days ago.
Like what? Why and how?? After a long day of traveling, and since we were checking in at midnight, we were exhausted and just wanted to rest. We even showed our passports and all the information we could provide. I felt like they treated us like scammers, even though we did nothing wrong.
In the end, I had to pay a deposit of the same amount I had already paid just to stay there. After paying, they finally provided us a room, and we could take a really really short break thanks to them.
In the morning, the receptionist told us a manager would come to explain what happened, so we waited. The manager did not show up on time, even though we had to leave soon. There was no respect or sense of apology. When the manager finally showed up, he asked me to write my bank account number to send my deposit back and provided an email address for further assistance.
After checking out, I sent an email to get my deposit back, BUT HE DID NOT RESPOND. I waited for a few days and just couldn’t wait any longer. I contacted MLL Hotels, and someone finally wrote back. They sent the money, but I had to pay an extra fee. Unbelievable. Since I am Japanese and was traveling from Japan, they transferred the deposit to my Japanese bank account, and I had to pay a fee to confirm the international transfer.
They should have covered that fee because they treated us so badly. I will never come back here and wouldn’t recommend staying here while on vacation.
