The hotel works on system "all inclusive", is located close to the capital Palma. Near the hotel is Marivent Palace – the summer residence of the Royal family. 300 m from the hotel – tourist zone with restaurants, bars and shops. To the beach runs every hour a free Shuttle bus. Recommended for young active travelers who prefer budget stay close to the city's infrastructure.

I stayed at MLL Blue Bay Hotel in Palma and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall service. The room was dirty upon arrival, the floor had dust everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets didn’t smell fresh, and the bathroom was shockingly small and filthy. There were black and yellow stains on the bathtub walls, the shower curtain had marks on it, and the sink had dried mucus stains on our first day 🤮 not to mention it was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly.
The hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary bottled water, we had to pay €2 each time for a small bottle from a vending machine at reception, which is unacceptable considering the heat. There was also no mini fridge in the room. Parking was an additional €10 per day, even though the parking area was just an open street below the hotel.
The poolside restaurant served frozen paella for €13–15, which was disappointing for a Spanish hotel. The housekeeping staff only changed the towels and made the bed, they did not clean the floor or the rest of the room during our stay.
There was only one small soap provided, which had to be used for both hand and body washing, and we had to buy shampoo separately from the vending machine.
The only positive aspects were the nice view and the friendly staff, which helped us tolerate the stay a little. But overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never return to this hotel.

As the hotel itself states, it’s a 3-star place – and if you keep that in mind (e.g. no fridge, kettle, or bottled water, and a bathtub instead of a shower), then everything else is honestly good!
The rooms were clean, the location is great – with bus stops right outside, shops and restaurants nearby, and a nice pool to relax by.
Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety to choose from!
But the biggest highlight and a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to the amazing, always helpful staff – especially Katia and Agustin.

Disappointed with Our Stay – Not What We Expected
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not what we had hoped for. We had booked and paid for a larger room, but were given a noticeably smaller one that did not match the pictures or description online. This was the first letdown of our stay.
On our first night, we were approached by the receptionist at 2 a.m. because a neighbor had complained about us smoking on the balcony. We were unaware that this was not allowed, as it wasn’t clearly communicated anywhere. The way the situation was handled felt intrusive and quite frightening, especially since it was so late and it startled both me and my sister.
Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. After eating, we each took a cup of coffee and I grabbed an apple to take with me. One of the staff members informed us that we weren’t allowed to take anything out of the dining area unless we paid extra—specifically €0.50 for the apple. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
On top of that, the key card to our room stopped working several times during our stay, which added even more frustration to an already stressful experience.
Also you can smoke only at the bar at the pool and if front of the hotel on the street. As i saw a lot of people smoked on the balcony but we couldn’t because they told as so.
Overall, this stay fell far below our expectations. The combination of the room mix-up, strict and poorly communicated rules, unprofessional handling of issues, and technical problems with the room really affected our holiday. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It is up quite a few sets of stairs from the beach, but the view from the rooms and the pool deck was incredible. The service was excellent, it had a 24 hour reception so there was always someone available. We opted for breakfast included, the food was good, with a wide veriety of cold food, fruit, breads, and hot dishes, although mainly pork. The bread was always fresh and the churros where excellent. It has good bus links into palma and is walking distance to shops and beaches.

Great hotel and I'm surprised it has such a low rating.
The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation. Moreover, it was one of the cheapest hotel near Palma that I've found, and it was a wonderful stay there. We had room in 7th floor and the view was fantastic!
The best part was breakfast. We had it included in our booking and everything what I tasted was delicious. They add some other meal every day, so we were able to taste even some Spanish stuff. Food is periodically supplemented.
Overall, I'd add 5/5.

MLL Blue Bay offers some of the most breathtaking views you’ll find in Mallorca, perfectly perched above the beach and conveniently close to a supermarket and port. The setting feels like a peaceful haven, far from the city’s buzz. The swimming pool is a nice addition, though it doesn’t quite share the same stunning view as the hotel itself.
The rooms, however, could use a bit more attention—especially the beds, which weren’t the most comfortable. The buffet is decent, but a lighter touch on fried options would elevate the experience. The staff were polite, and the service was smooth overall, which added to the relaxed atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a uniquely positioned retreat with unparalleled views, this hotel is a solid choice.

Lovely location and views from the balcony, the rooms are quiet dates but honestly really clean, the beds are really comfortable and all the staff are very friendly, they brought us a suprise bottle of wine too if room when then knew that it was our anniversary. The pool area is spotless and is very lovely. another bonus is the breakfast it's amazing, with endless smoked salmon! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

We spent three nights in July 2024 at the MLL Blue Bay Hotel and had a generally positive experience. The hotel is very nice and clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was amazing, although the sweet corner was not very varied or rich. The view is fantastic, and the swimming pool is big and clean, though it closes at 18:00. They offer swimming towels for use at both the pool and the nearby beaches. Additionally, the bus stop (number 4) is very close, making transportation convenient.
However, there are some drawbacks. The rooms lack a fridge, electric kettle, shampoo and shower gel bottles, tea and coffee facilities, and even water. Additionally, you have to pay extra for amenities like billiards. The hotel's location is also a challenge, as you need to walk up many stairs to reach it, which can be tiring. Also, check-out is at 11:00, and if you want to stay until 17:00, you need to pay an extra 45 euros.
