Very nice place, but be warned of the glass shower in the middle of the room. I’m a modest person and was quite embarrassed to use the shower in there. We booked a poolside room and that was fun though. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we didn’t get to experience all of the amenities. I would go back if I could get a room with a more private bathroom.

INNSiDE hotel is located near to the main street of Mallorca Harbour. Had comfortable stay, breakfast taste could have been better, for those who are vegetarian or vegan, they have no option. Its mentioned as 4 star but still could have been better and not to the mark of 4 star.

The Rooms and hotel location overall are very nice, but the reason for this review is for the excellent experience in the hotel restaurant, the food was really good and fresh but the service was something else..
I was served by Shakir this gentleman is very nice always looking for the comfort and quality of the service I was very impressed with the treatment that was really not expected. Congrats and keep it up👍🏽

We loved this hotel when we stayed here back in April so we booked again! Nothing to disappoint 2nd time around, everything works well, rooms are big, the beds are super-comfortable, breakfast is extensive, the pool is busy but not crowded, the gym is excellent… we had a great time! The hotel is located a short distance from the busy beaches and shopping centre… but far enough away to feel relaxed.

Me and my wife spent 1 week at this hotel in July and we are definitely coming back. Since the very first moment we felt the staff was taking care of us, rooms were amazing and the facilities made our stay unforgettable.
We also had dinner in their in-house restaurant and we really commend it.

Stayed last week with 12 golfers and enjoyed the hotel. Great public areas and very friendly staff particularly the bar staff. Good local beer and plenty of choice at breakfast. Perfect for our needs. It is about 20 minutes walk to the old centre but not a real issue for any of us and taxis are easy to arrange thru reception.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, I highly recommend it. The service is super kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, food is delicious and pool is very pleasant. You can enjoy your holidays to the fullest. I would come back! :)

Not bad but not great, a short walk from Palma centre but if you’re not up for a walk there’s barely anything nearby, although taxis from reception arrive pretty much within 5 minutes of asking for them which is great! Bit disappointed with the layout of the pool area as if you want to be in viewing distance of the outdoor pool you most likely won’t be getting any sun until at least 1pm due to the way the building is surrounding the pool, there are also cabanas but you have to pay for these which is odd considering you’ve paid for the hotel stay. Okay for a few days but probably wouldn’t want to stay longer, breakfast was lovely but sort of limited options also!

Business trip but would stay here for a vacation too. Nice albeit simple room. Could use a bigger TV but that's a minor issue...you're not staying in Mallorca to watch TV. Very personable staff. Great food at the restaurant. Pool, work out area, sun decks. Some rooms with balconies.

I recently visited a spa complex and was thoroughly impressed with the service and atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.

The range of spa treatments was diverse and well-curated. I opted for an aromatherapy massage and a session in the sauna—both were incredible! The massage therapist was a true expert, and I felt completely rejuvenated afterward.

The interior of the complex is modern with natural elements, creating an extra sense of tranquility and harmony. It was especially delightful to enjoy a cup of herbal tea in the cozy lounge area after my treatments.

Overall, my visit to this spa complex exceeded all my expectations. I left feeling completely relaxed and satisfied. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a place for complete relaxation and rejuvenation!
