Good to stay for a short break, they clean the room everyday and tidy up our bed too. Accessible to restaurants and shopping centres, don't need a car as I always ask the staff to ring a taxi for me if going longer distance. Well recommended.

I can't Fault this Hotel it's Central to Palma & Son Espases Hospital where we needed to be . The rooms are Modern with everything you need. The Staff from the reception right down to the cleaners. Are Expecptional attending to all of our needs, I can't Thank them enough for the Care & Attentiveness that was shown to my Husband & I. Excellent. We Will Definitely Return.

Well it's not a 5 star hotel, but I'm giving it 5 stars because of the price to quality comparison. Which, if you're paying $100 for a night like I did, is very good. The rooms are simple as is the bathroom but both very nicely done. Feels new and clean, tho not luxurious. And the fact that they have a little bar fridge for you to keep your own water or whatever is fabulous. All hotels should do that. And as a bonus it even had a nice balcony with somewhat of a view. It is central and in a nice area but not close to the sea front. That is about a 10 or 15 min walk. All in all, for Palma, this is a gem for the price.

Nice hotel in Palma. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean with a great aircon. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the room was very small for 3 people. we barely had space to open our cabin luggages but would be ideal for 2 people.

The location is very nice, a 10min walk to the old town and a 10min taxi ride to the port were all the bars and restaurants are at night.

Breakfast was very simple but really good, no hot food unfortunately but with nice choices of pastries and bread.

They offer a water gallon all day so we can have access to drinkable water during our stay.

Staff was very friendly and really helpful at all times. I forgot my sunglasses in the room after my stay and they were very helpful when I tried to manage UPS to pick it up and send it back to me.

Basic but good hotel. Friendly staff and I did like the location, a bit out of the touristic center in a not-so-busy street but many restaurants and pubs nearby and everything else on walking distance.

Hotel was simple but really clean, 24 hour reception with lovely and very helpful staff. Nice bathroom, good water pressure. I stayed for 5 nights while attending a wedding, great value for money, would stay here again.

+ The staff is very helpful. You can store your luggage after checking out. The location is very good. Our room was tidy and quite comfortable.
- Remember about paying the local tax - 2,20 euro per day from each person.
