Cheerful welcome, easy check in process and very helpful staff at the reception. We stayed 5 days and really enjoyed the stay in the city center. The rooms are clean and maintained quite decently. We are here for two weeks. We love 💗 our stay. Much better than Airbnb’s. Very Clean. Friendly. Coffee available 24/7. They clean our room once a week which is fantastic - I never liked someone coming in my room every day - I love the new policies with hotels.

Stayed for one month as temporary housing when I first got to the city. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. However, it's a rather no frills place so expect nothing more. No complains overall.

Nice relatively cheap accommodation in Barcelona. Has a nice rooftop area with a pool which is 0.8m deep, so child can swim in it. Quite big apartments with queen sized beds. For cooking you have two hobs and a microwave and two sets of everything. You are really close to a metro stop (about 150m), which makes it easy to get to other places in Barcelona. Nice Hotel option when visiting the city Centrally located. Tons of cute restaurants a short walk. Great for larger groups of families about a 10 min walk to major shopping area and sighseeing tours as well as right on public transportation.

The host is very friendly and requests are answered pretty quickly. The apartment is v big with two bathrooms and a balcony. The apartment is very near to train station and walking to Pg.deGracia is also possible, nice and safe. I like the restaurants nearby - good food and reasonable price.

It is a lovely place to live! A great place to call "home". The office staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Great location, near everything you need for a comfortable stay with a lot of amenities you need for a longer stay. We'll come back for sure! ;)

The host of these apartments is super nice, I made booking by mistake, and I was charged large amount when cancelled. He agreed for full refund. I will rent place with this company when I’m back in Spain.

So we were in 101 which has 2 bedrooms, the staff at the desk are excellent, the cleaning staff gets 6 stars. We ended up sleeping in the small room and giving the grown up kids the back room. We stayed here as a family of four for 5 nights. Let's start with the positive aspects. The apartments are well located and there are restaurants, supermarkets and transport links nearby. Good place, we lost access to the keys and contacted them in the late night. Someone came all the way around 4 am in the morning and helped us get it. Lovely gesture. Kept our belongings safe with them at free of cost after our check out. The apartment has everything that we need to stay. Overall a very good experience.

Good quality overall. We stayed for 4 nights and had problems with a loud neighbour during the night, there was a reception service by phone 24/7 so they handled it. The next day they even reimbursed the cost of that night. Will go back for another stay in Barcelona as the location couldn't be better. As a budget hotel goes, it was well priced. Rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. Hotel is located is a decent location with good access to transport and local sights. Staff looked after our luggage until our evening flight. They were friendly and spoke good English. Would stay again!

It's 5min walk from the closest subway station(Rocafort), closed to almost anything actually. Very convenient location but, we find the room dirty. It wasn't cleaned properly. The room was dusty and lots of hair. The water in the washroom stinks. It has a off smell like drainage like smell. Perhaps because they don't have a air vent that's why everything stays inside making everything smells musky...

We had a pleasant stay during our short visit to Barcelona. The room was spacious and had everything we needed! In addition, the apartments was located in a great area close to the metro station and several supermarkets! One thing that could be improved would be the cleaning.

Stayed 3 nights. Could not fault the front desk staff one bit. The rooms were outstandingly clean and included a double bed as well as a bunk bed and balcony. It also had a shower/bath and a decent sized kitchen. Located in a decent area next to all amenities. Would go back again if visiting Barcelona.

Apartment and location is great, close to the subway station and quite enough to rest. Service tho, very bad. The clerk who assisted us doesnt know what service means and it was very rude. She is there in the mornings, the clerk at evenin is awesome.

Booked an emergency apartment when our bags went on to Barcelona instead of stopping in Madrid where our air bnb was. The office let us check in early when we landed at 12pm which was very nice. One issue was we had to get a cab to the office, then another to the apartment due to luggage. Also, the shower flooded the bathroom and the hallway so we just abstained from using it. From the check in till the check out, our experience has been nothing but amazing. We were expected and the apartment was beyond our expectations. Extremely bright and clean, well equipped and large. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. To be honest we couldn't find fault with it at all. The apartment is in a great location near to all Barcelona's sights. We stayed in this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpfull and the apartment amazing. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much. We were a few minutes walking from a lovely park and from the main attractions of the city. We loced our stay in Barcelona!

Don,t know how to rate this. People there are super nice and helpful but the hotel has some issues. You can hear with ease your neighbours talking rooms are small. No do not disturb sign if you sleep in. Etc. A few small issues that creates discomfort during stay.

I have to say that is is a budget hotel that meets its expectations but goes above them for a budget hotel. The room is small but it is clean, the water is hot and the staff are friendly and helpful

A fabulous staff and awesome location! I loved to use a washing machine and dishwasher. My room had a terrace which allowed me to drink some tea. I will definitely use it again.

Great location, the staff is super friendly, apartment is clean, cozy, well equipped. They have a secured closet for luggage if you want to leave them after check out. Internet is super fast. Mai 2021 - We stayed 15 days at one of these apartment and I must say it was perfect. The next time we will come to Barcelona we will stay here but we will take one flat with terrass. Staff is very nice and friendly, the Housekeeping team is very respectful of your needs. The flat is large and very well equipped.
