Overall, it's good. The parent-child room is reasonably set up and the air conditioning is comfortable. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it's enough. It's close to Montjuic Mountain, and those who like to walk can walk directly to the top of the mountain.

It was clean and the reception staff was friendly. There was a problem with the filter shower, but the staff resolved it even late at night, so I was very grateful.

Location was near a metro station and some restaurants in the area. It did the job for somewhere to sleep but wouldn't want to stay longer than 2 nights. The couch changes into a second bed which allows the apartment to sleep 3-4 people. Almost perfect place to stay for our recent trip to Barcelona. We loved the location close to the metro and nice cafes. Small issues include no stopper so we couldn't use the bath and the mould in the bathroom which can be dangerous if not cleaned. The staff were friendly and tried to help and the value was amazing. The size was fantastic value. I would definitely recommend

My daughter and I stayed here when visiting Barcelona for a couple of days. The location is central meaning you are never more than about a 35 minute walk to the main attractions. The metro is just a few steps away and there are bus stops near by too. The apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable and met our needs. It's a nice hotel, clean and tidy, the waiters are nice, the room is just so-so, with the basic standard of European hotels, it has everything you need, and it's not far from the main attractions.

The location is close to some of the main tourist’s attractions. There are various restaurants and shops  nearby. The environment seems very safe and quiet!

The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean and equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen supplies, including disposable oil and seasonings. The kitchen cleaning kit even included laundry detergent, which was very thoughtful! It's said to be a king-size bed, but there's also a 1.6-meter sofa bed outside, which is perfectly spacious for four adults. The location is excellent...

The room is not as big as expected, with two bedrooms and a two-person bathroom, but the layout is unreasonable, not as good as an ordinary two-bedroom room. The terrace is not big, and the sofa and recliner on it are too dirty. Kitchenware and laundry equipment are complete. The location is good, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around, and it is close to many attractions and subway stations...

This is an apartment-style hotel, and some guests booked and stayed at Airbnb. It is relatively simple compared to hotels, but the overall service and facilities are good. The price/performance ratio is OK. The location is very good, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.

The lighting is a bit dim, the furniture is a bit old, but the location is impeccable.

Beautiful apartment in a super central location. We were a group of 11 ladies and loved our stay. Well-equipped and comfortable, with a spacious living and dining areas, generous kitchen and comfortable beds and bedding, in a lovely historical building. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful apartment with the gaudi to look onto from the balcony. The building is like something straight out of the movie delicatessen. Modern and very tastefully decorated. Perfectly located in the centre of Barcelona amongst all major labels at your shopping fingertips. A complete win. We will be back!

Amazing apartment!! Very clean and has everything you could ask for. Each bedroom is en suite with beautiful decor. A very relaxing and homely environment, situated in the centre of Barcelona. All the necessary shops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and all designer shops as we'll as the Cathedral which is about a 10 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

My family recently stayed in this apartment for 4 days. Their rooms are very elegant and tidy with spacious public living room and kitchen. I think every detail is considerate. Besides, the location is very nice, you can go most of attraction points by cab without experiencing their public transportation, which is conventient for short-stay visitor. lastly, the staff is really kind and show his hospitality...

I stayed in this guest house in November 2015. It is one of the best guest house in Barcelona. Neat and clean room with all the required facilities. Very good and co oprative staff provide all the required information about the near by area. I wish to stay here again for my next trip...

Great place in the heart of the city in a nice area. Sagrada Familia is really close by, also lots of supermarkets. The beach is also in walking distance if you like walking. There’s also two metro stations nearby. Checking in was a bit difficult, when we rang the reception, we didn’t get an answer, we had to wait until somebody living there opened the door and we slipped in to use the automatic check...

I was going to rate 3.5 stars, but I'm leaning closer to 4. The room itself was huge for the price. Living with someone who snores, the amount of space was a big plus. Our suite came with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living/dining room. It also had a nice balcony with tons of natural light coming in. Despite the bad reviews, we found the place quite lovely and very spacious. Everything was clean. There are new towels and lines, and many cooking staff and dishes. (The only that was not clean was the dishwasher, I guess nobody paid attention to it). The bed is big and comfortable. Many spots to store clothes. Big windows, a lot of light. Stayed here from the 17-18 of June. Great spacious apartment with a nice view. Few mins from the metro. Needs more amenities in the washroom but overall no complaints. The guy who runs it was very friendly. Needs an easier check-in process though and bigger sign on the road to find it easily. Umair and Nazia

Wide and comfortable apartment, very clean and provided with everything you need for leisure or while attending a professional event... The check-in process wasn't too easy but a guy from the staff made every effort to help me. Shame that there were works on the road and I had some trouble in getting there with my car...but the overall experience was very satisfying.

Good place to stay in Barcelona. Very close to metro, our apartment was large and well furnished. Sagrada Familia within waking distance. Wi-fi signal was weak, cleaning can be improved.

The lication was not bad, although the room was clean, the silicon in the toilet had mould. Could be better Enough towels were provided A welcome bottle of water.

Good hotel. Very clean. Close to several metro stations and buses. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed. Overall good experience.

We came in the high season so hotel prices were outrageous. We booked this place outside the city center and we are so happy. We had a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Plenty of room for all of us and our suitcases. Grocery nearby and laundromat downstairs. More residential than Touristy so we lived like locals. Moro park was nearby for the kids to play. Excellent value, clean, good WiFi, full kitchen...

We use this for groups and have had a great experience, great concierge. The competition must be leaving the bed bug comments because we've done very detailed checks and never found anything, very clean, nice neighborhood, great place to connect to the metro etc. Great location and good value.

Very strategic location, less than 10 mins walk to nearest Metro station (Espany Station). Rooms of the apartment are clean and good size. The checkin receptionist is efficient and helpful though the counter is located further down the road.

I really like the location of the hotel. It’s nearby to all the shops, restaurants, and all the tourist spots esp the Sagrada Familia church. The room is tidy and everyone is accommodating. I’d like to thank Cris and the other guy (who is usually in at night and dawn), great service from my check in time until I checked out. Really recommendable.

A good apartment. Very close to metro and bakeries, so location is great. The apartment is big with plenty of space. however the sink is very tiny, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the lift is small. Also there is only one mirror so it is difficult for a group of ladies to get ready. There are a lots of items like cutlery’s, iron, hair dryer given to us which was helpful. Stayed here with family in Room 61. It was easy to find and only a few minutes walk from the hotel. It has free WiFi and many amemtiies inside such as a microwave, fridge & freezer, kettle etc. There is no oven though. The apartment is also very compact but okay for a night or two. The decor is nice and it's a combination of modern and rustic. The place was nice and clean, the shower was lovely and...

Nice apartments with all you need for a short stay, but the walls are thin and there are no pads on the chairs, so...you either get lucky with the neighbors...or you don't. If there's a party at 3am, that's your problem; the hotel don't want to know.

Nice and cheap places near to Sagrada de familia

Be prepared for the lift more especially if you have kids and luggage. There lift is just big enough for 1 obese person or a slender family of four either way you'd better hope no one farts in there. Apartment is very nice though and very centrally located.
