We are here for two weeks. We love 💗 our stay. Much better than Airbnb’s. Very Clean. Friendly. Coffee available 24/7. They clean our room once a week which is fantastic - I never liked someone coming in my room every day - I love the new policies with hotels.

Stayed for one month as temporary housing when I first got to the city. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. However, it's a rather no frills place so expect nothing more. No complains overall.

The room was, as it said on the tin, a serviced apartment. It's located pretty close to the chruch of never done, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are not to hard but not to soft either. Overall a great place to stay if your doing business meetings in the city.

As a budget hotel goes, it was well priced. Rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. Hotel is located is a decent location with good access to transport and local sights. Staff looked after our luggage until our evening flight. They were friendly and spoke good English. Would stay again!

It's 5min walk from the closest subway station(Rocafort), closed to almost anything actually. Very convenient location but, we find the room dirty. It wasn't cleaned properly. The room was dusty and lots of hair. The water in the washroom stinks. It has a off smell like drainage like smell. Perhaps because they don't have a air vent that's why everything stays inside making everything smells musky...

We had a pleasant stay during our short visit to Barcelona. The room was spacious and had everything we needed! In addition, the apartments was located in a great area close to the metro station and several supermarkets! One thing that could be improved would be the cleaning.

Stayed 3 nights. Could not fault the front desk staff one bit. The rooms were outstandingly clean and included a double bed as well as a bunk bed and balcony. It also had a shower/bath and a decent sized kitchen. Located in a decent area next to all amenities. Would go back again if visiting Barcelona.

Nice relatively cheap accommodation in Barcelona. Has a nice rooftop area with a pool which is 0.8m deep, so child can swim in it. Quite big apartments with queen sized beds. For cooking you have two hobs and a microwave and two sets of everything. You are really close to a metro stop (about 150m), which makes it easy to get to other places in Barcelona. The rooms were elegant, clean, and spacious. They were perfect for my large family. The service was excellent and knowledgeable, especially when it came to restaurant recommendations.

This was a nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and the rooms were comfortable (although they could do with a bit of an uplift). Booked 2 apartments here for family of 6. Arrived to welcoming, friendly staff at reception. Very helpful to assist with making our stay great and stress free. Apartments were very clean, spacious and modern with amazing views of the sea and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at a Lugaris beach apartment. It's nicely appointed with a comfy bed, good sized space, and a washer/dryer combo. Kitchen is small but handy if you're staying a bit longer and dont want to eat out every meal. We went in the off season, so the hot tub wasn't heated. I'm sure in the summer the rooftop pool is popular.

Great place, very close to beach, very spacious and equipped with all you need to feel at home. amazing view over sea! there is a bus stop very close and it takes about 10 min to get to metro stop. The stuff was really nice. Bed was cery comfortable too.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room & toilet was clean which is reasonable for the price as it was also close to train station. Staff Xavi was friendly and went an extra mile to provide us informations on where to find good & non-pricey food, places to visits and Barcelona’s attractions history (you will never know what you will learn next; which we enjoyed) Definitely recommend this place :)

Very good quality for a very reasonable price. Its in the center of the city and very well equiped, with fridge and even a dishwasher, all new furniture. In the other hand, dificult to see a employee in the reception and you have to be carefull with the extra costs for extra services.

Great location, the staff is super friendly, apartment is clean, cozy, well equipped. They have a secured closet for luggage if you want to leave them after check out. Internet is super fast. Mai 2021 - We stayed 15 days at one of these apartment and I must say it was perfect. The next time we will come to Barcelona we will stay here but we will take one flat with terrass. Excellent location in heart of City. Apartments are beautiful, spacious and kept spotlessly clean, every possible need of guests is catered for. The staff are very welcoming without being intrusive and ensuring we had telephone numbers to call 24/7 should we require help/advice or services. We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. It was huge with 3 toilets 2 showers. 3 of the bedrooms led onto large balcony. There was also a balcony off of the 2 lounge windows. 2 seating areas and 2 large sofas and a chaise long so loads of places to sit and relax. Kitchen was very well equipped too. The people of Aspasios are really great! They made the check-in process very easy and allowed us to put our things in the lockers before we were able to check in. I came along with my wife and the in-laws to stay at the Rambla Catalunya location. The complimentary shuttle was a thoughtful touch, automated late-night check-in was a breeze, the apartment was spacious, modern, and very functional. Location on Rambla was very convenient and easy to walk everywhere, while not being too noisy. Very likely we will use this company if we visit Barcelona again.

Don,t know how to rate this. People there are super nice and helpful but the hotel has some issues. You can hear with ease your neighbours talking rooms are small. No do not disturb sign if you sleep in. Etc. A few small issues that creates discomfort during stay.

I have to say that is is a budget hotel that meets its expectations but goes above them for a budget hotel. The room is small but it is clean, the water is hot and the staff are friendly and helpful
