They are so slow and disorganised. Endless waiting times. Even for the most trivial things we waited a minimum of 15 minutes. The peak was after calling the reception desk four times and waiting 45 minutes for some towels.... The quality is not high. I am Italian and I am used to a certain level of service and quality. This is the best hotel to stay at, if you are a FC Barcelona fan, I stayed at it when it was not renovated back in 2012 it was very overpriced compared to the hotel, but now it's acceptable price regarding the new renovation that happened.

This is a brand new luxury proposal to the city of Barcelona. This hotel is absolutely refurbished to the highest standards of decoration and comfort. Strategically located in Diagonal avenue, you will be able to reach downtown in 10 minutes or exit the city very quickly. It us located 20 minutes away from the airport. The bars, restaurants are just superb and the room really invite you to rest.

Great experience all around! I went for a package deal including spa, massage and dinner for my partner and myself. We were very happy with our experience. The staff were all very nice and went above and beyond. The spa was in a private space on the 43rd floor with amazing views of the city. The massage was superb. The dinner was absolutely delicious. Ended up upgrading to some of the penthouse suites with some extended family, which were absurdly beautiful with wonderful views. The good thing about this hotel is it’s in the middle of the city near the beach and 10 minutes walking. You can be anywhere you want in Barcelona the rooms are spacious and super clean. Loved the stay in the hotel, the view from the 14th floor, outdoor pool area is breathtaking to say the least. Rooms were nice and clean too. Location is amazing, opp the mall, walking distance to the beach close by. Service was good with a smile. Great hotel. Good location with the bus and a metro stop right in front of it. Few food shops are located nearby. La Rambla is also very close. Rooms are very nice and clean, especially the bathroom.
