Indoor pool and spa was great,breakfast was soo good! I enjoyed hanging out at the bar having drinks and enjoying the music (chicken tenders taste SO good). Loved the beach literally 20 seconds away

My first stay at W Barcelona has been truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly reception from Patrick, who works at the front desk

He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. Patrick along with the entire staff, made this experience stand out from other W Hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself is spectacular

The W stands tall as the only ocean front luxury hotel on this Barcelona Beach area. Red walls, hallway, carpet and elevator. The bed is located in the center of the room and it’s very clean

And let's not even start on those massages – they were simply heavenly! On our last day, after checking out, we ventured into the city for one final excursion, only to be caught in a torrential downpour

The location is perfect, with breathtaking views from the rooms. Every detail, from the room to the service, has exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

The location is also really good with the beach, casino, boardwalk and many night life and food places near by

Wonderful place to spend some time and relax! It is quite costly, we spent about 450 eur for two people. The view is incredible, staff is very smiley and respectful. All over recommend this place to visit.

The Hotel Arts - simply stated - is the best hotel in Barcelona. Steps from the Sea and a short distance to the best restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. The lobby and restaurants are truly terrific

I recommend a room with a Sea view - the water, boats, etc - make it incredibly relaxing to watch. Lastly - the staff members are the best. Everyone goes "above & beyond" to assist and be helpful

And the pools are amazing - such a relaxing setting to be in while on vacation. you truly feel like you are in a 5-star resort

Great experience all around! I went for a package deal including spa, massage and dinner for my partner and myself. We were very happy with our experience. The staff were all very nice and went above and beyond

The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 min ealk from a sandy beach, right by a taxi ramp, opposite restaurants and a shopping mall and a 30 minutes drive from the airport or city centre

On October 23, 2024, I had the opportunity to stay at your hotel for one night. During the check-in process, I was surprised to see that the front desk was seated while assisting me

It is worth noting that I have had the chance to check in to numerous hotels around the world, and this was the first time I encountered a seated front desk , During breakfast at the lounge, I was taken aback when I observed one of your team members name Zara, replenishing the croissants for the buffet with her bare hands

She did not wear gloves or use a stool to pick up the croissants and place them on the display plates. This practice is highly unhygienic and disrupted my breakfast experience

Furthermore, I noticed that after handling the croissants, Zara proceeded to push a trolley for cleaning and wiping tables. This raises concerns about cross-contamination and the overall cleanliness of your establishment

Location was pretty good, with a huge mall in walking distance, same as the beach. Also tram and underground were close by, just behind the mall

Everything about this hotel was top notch! Food at the restaurant was amazing! Heated pool outside was so nice! Room was perfect with great view! Can’t recommend this location enough

The hotel is uniquely placed in the immediate location of Barcelona to the shopping mall, convention centre, natural history museum (worth a visit) beach and city

Pro: Amazing view from the room and balcony. The rooftop outdoor Pool is heated! loved it! for discounted price definitely worth it. Cons: WiFi does not work for all of our devices. Sound isolation is just so so

The room we had was a 2 single bed room it was clean, quiet, nice, they was so polite and service of the room was excellent i really appreciate this hotel and how easy it was to get to the station and bus stops to get you to your destinations and its less than a 1min walk to diagonal mar which is a excellent mall as its not touristic so its locals (nice and quiet) absolutely perfect

This place is perfect as always. I come to this hotel anytime I visit Barcelona. I guess everything was okay so far. Views is amazing! Thank you for your service

This hotel was excellent stayed late September just remembered now to do the review if it was bad i will have not bothered to do this - the stay was fantastic

The good thing about this hotel is it’s in the middle of the city near the beach and 10 minutes walking. You can be anywhere you want in Barcelona the rooms are spacious and super clean

Stayed 1 night here: absolutely good experience! Room is so spacious, corridor walls are lined with wood like planks, which made us feel that we were walking on a luxurious yacht

The staff are amazing very helpful and you can order anything in the middle of the night and they can just give you whatever you want. And The breakfast is basic and nice

Roof top swimming pool is not large, but there's great view of the harbor up there: it's easy to hang out up there getting a gym workout, reading a book in the Catalonia breeze

We stayed at EL Palace for five days. We’ve had an opportunity to travel throughout Europe. I do research before selecting a hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was outstanding

Amazing hotel! This is what you expect from a 4/5 star hotel. The swimming pool and sunbathing area on the 6th floor is amazing and very chill vibe. The food bar on the ground floor as the whole hotel looks stunning

I'd recommend a room on one of the higher floors (14-24) with seaside view, that's absolutely priceless! Rooms are super clean and comfortable, soap and shampoo from Rituals, beds and pillows very comfortable

The room was on the 14th floor overlooking the sea. Of the minuses: the windows did not open and the breakfast was not particularly varied. Overall positive emotions.

Lovely hotel with great staff! My room was large and very clean and the bed was really comfy. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Perfect. very well situated if you want to be next to the sea. Otherwise, 15 minutes walk to get to the Rambla.

Great location for a short walk to the beach

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Excellent service, neat, beautiful and very clean room, the bathroom is amazing with all the essentials you would require while on a trip, lovely pool area

The hotel has lots of little seating areas and bars and it's easy to get a little lost with all the stairs, elevators, and hallways

Each and every one of the staff is warm, kind and there were so helpful especially considering that I was traveling alone with my infant. I would definitely stay here on several other occasions

After we received poor treatment and an unacceptable room at the Catalonia Plaza Catalunya, we canceled our last three nights there and did a next-day booking at the Catalonia Ramblas

Lots of decent restaurants nearby. It is more mellow than in the Gothic district, a lot more quiet. Has a nice pool on the roof top you can see the view of the city and the sea

Great time at this hotel this weekend. Clean, spacious, close to everything you could need but not too busy outside. great pool & views. staff were friendly & helpful. Would love to come back.

The hotel is clean and in a good location, you could walk to the beach (about 8 minutes), they do have taxis out front all day and bikes for rent (find the apps for it by looking at the label on the bikes)

The place is really awesome! A metro ride away from tourist attractions although we preferred to stay among the locals! Lots of restarants nearby! The staff is amazing and helpful! I would definitely go there again and stay

Fine hotel at city center near from the attractios. Noisy at mornings weekdays, near a school I guess. Service was great only didn't got an iron when I asked first time. And I didn't check at morning as they told

Haven’t completed my stay here yet but felt compelled to write a review. The hotel is gorgeous with a cute barbie theme. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the showers have great heat & water pressure

Bed was super comfy, room was spacious and very clean. I was initially concerned about our stay due to reading the reviews on the area of the hotel prior to our trip, however this was nothing to worry about

I gave some feedback that there weren’t wash cloths and they brought something similar a few hours later. The 360 rooftop view is breathtaking and the bartenders craft amazing cocktails on the top floor

Chamomile tea was offered our first night as a gift to help us rest after traveling. The staff at the front desk, the staff cleaning and even the bartenders have all been extremely kind and friendly

Not in the city center, but a good walk if you’re able and an easy cab ride if you’re not. Easy walk to very nice beach. Only issue was that nothing seemed to charge with my American converter

It’s a “cool off” pool and not a “leave your kids in there all day to play” pool

Good experience overall but some improvement could be done. Cleaning of the room during the stay was definitely not up to a 4 stars hotel standards. Sea view from the roof top is ridiculously exaggerated

Swimming pool always crowded and access/sun chairs can't be booked. Also, location isn't very central. However, the staff is very professional and welcoming

We weren't lucky with the weather and couldn't enjoy the bar and the swimming pool on the terrace. But the rest of the activities were absolutely amazing

A good stay overall, the location is great and has the metro station just 10 minutes away and is just in front of the beach, the breakfast was pretty good, towels were changed every day and the bed was made which is nice to come after a long day

Some improvements I can suggest is to install ventilation in the bathroom, the water bottle we found in the mini bar had the cap already open so we thought it’s been open and maybe the water was from the tap so we haven’t touched it, we also didn’t knew about the city tax and was a surprise, also when we asked to change for a front view room the receptionist said yes at first, he then made a pause...

They explained that, since it was Saturday, neither the manager nor the conference group was available, so they couldn’t do anything and apologized. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed

I asked the receptionist if I could check in for the first night, as I had paid for one day, and then pay the rest once I received the transferred money, likely by the next day

I then asked if I could modify my reservation to three days until Monday, when the transfer would go through and I could pay for the remaining days

The first impression was bad, honestly. I came for a conference and made a reservation for five days, arriving on a Saturday night

The room is pretty big, the bed is ok. They serve a breakfast for just 10€ it's a buffet. Near to metro station (5 minutes walking) you can travel around the city without problems, some busses pass there

The customer service is spectacular, and they speak English very well. If you're looking for a place to spend a weekend, this is a good choice

The given room was for disabled people which made us feel uncomfortable. Also there was moisture in the bathroom.

Carpets and decor on lower floors need an update. €10 euros for breakfast is amazing value. We booked a double instead of a twin and the staff swapped our room in just a couple of minutes

It has good links to public transport being very close to the metro, and not a far walk from the beach either. We had a meal from the restaurant too, was a good meal and good value

The neighborhood it's in is fairly quiet, which could be a good or bad thing depending on what you're looking for. The nice thing about this is that I didn't hear a lot of street noise, even from our second story room

The experience at this hotel was amazing!! Right in the heart of the city so was easy to get around and see the sites. Our room was a great size, had an amazing view, and they even left cake for us

The hotel itself has a ground level and rooftop bar, but the rooftop bar is only open during summer months. Breakfast isn't free but this seems to be a standard practice among Spanish hotels

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay as there was lots of amazingly good tasting food and a large selection of items. Staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed

The downside is that if you're looking for directly adjacent nightlife, you're going to be disappointed. However, a lively bar or restaurant is only a 5 minute walk away

They have a beautiful terrace and patio adjoining their sister hotel’s pool. It’s a 40 min- 1hr walk on foot to the popular attractions but with so many transit options it’s really no problem

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service at the restaurant during breakfast. The staff were delightful, friendly, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a lovely dining experience

The pillows were a bit unusual but were still useable and not an issue. The lift made some very strange noises, never felt like it was going to crash but was just weird

The location of the hotel is good, close to the beach. The food at breakfast is very poor, you don't have much to choose from. The rooms are as in the pictures, very ok and the staff very kind and nice

Stayed here with a few friends on a stag do, hotel was good, clean, service was great. Helped source a taxi for the return travel to the airport which was quick and easy to sort with reception

Only annoying part was the shower, it would constantly change from hot to cold water whilst in use (was the same in all 3 rooms we had)

Homeless guy was sleeping outside the hotel but again he never said a word to us so we never had an issue with him

However, the walls are thin, so you can hear everything at night. There was also mould in the shower. The swimming pool is quite small only 1 meter deep and bar wasn't even open. Overall, I think it's too pricey

Friendly & helpful staff with good english, clean room with good matelas, big lobby to rest if you arrive before check in. Location is good, close from supermarket and 30 min walk from the famous traditional market.

Metro station L3 line in front of the hotel. 50 minutes from the airport (S9s + L3 lines). Lidl 5 min walk same for carrefour express. Buffet in hotel for breakfast

Stayed in June 2024 for the Rammstein concert at Estadi Olimpic stadium. Shower was as hot as you like and powerful. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 star review was the bed. It was noisy and felt like it might break

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Metro station is just across the street. Many good cafes and restaurants are nearby. The room itself is okay, big with AC and the possibility of making a cup of tee or coffee
