Overall, it's good. The parent-child room is reasonably set up and the air conditioning is comfortable. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it's enough. It's close to Montjuic Mountain, and those who like to walk can walk directly to the top of the mountain.

I loved my stay at BCN Montjuic Hotel and Apartments! The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, even allowing me to store my luggage on the morning of my check-in, which was a great help since my check-in time was at 3 PM.

I rented an apartment for my group of five, including kids, and it was very spacious with everything I needed. While I didn’t have the chance to explore the amenities—though they looked beautiful in the pictures—I was mainly looking for a convenient place closer to the airport for my last night in Barcelona.

Both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. If I ever return to Barcelona, I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and helpful. It's on a good distance of the city so it's not super busy and overcrowded but also doesn't take long to get to sightseeing places. There is a gym with a treadmill, a hometrainer, a crosstrainer, a workout bench, different weights, a yoga mat and one of those machines that let's you train arms, legs and shoulders. There's a pool on the roof with a sunroof and a different seating area to sit outside. Breakfast can be added for 14 euro's per person (we didn't do this so can't say anything about that). There's the option to have your room cleaned every day. We had an apartment room which included a small kitchen with fridge, sink and a small stove with two pits and enough plates and storage. The shower and toilet were included in the room and separated by a glass sliding wall. There was enough closetspace to store both your luggage and hang your clothes or put them on the shelfs. The bed was very comfortable. We had a table with 2 chairs and a TV.

Even though the staff was very nice to us and the room was quite large, the reason for a 3 star review would be the noise. The walls and the doors seem to be mire of a decoration than a noise isolator. We could hear every footstep and every deep breath of the people walking past our door. Let alone the housekeeping staff doing their jobs and seemingly countless people holding conversations just outside of our room. Other than this, the location is quite good and everything is clean, with good facilities and wifi speed. Bring earplugs to enjoy your stay more!

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our holiday. The location is good. Just 5 minutes walk to the Espania metro station for easy access to everything in town. The staff are super friendly and they responded to all our messages prior to arrival. The swimming pool is a nice feature for the kids after a hard day sightseeing. There is a lovely terrace for chilling out and pool table and TV room (for catching up on the Olympics!). Rooms were clean and aircon a god send. Plenty of little supermarkets and cafes close by but better to eat in town.

All in all, great place, highly recommended.
