Hotel Arts Barcelona is an independent brand operated by Ritz-Carlton. It is right next to Barcelona Beach. The rooms are large and the hotel staff are very welcoming

Overall, I won't stay here next time. It's next to ******, and there are parties nearby at night. Although it's Marriott Ritz, the overall service doesn't feel sincere

Someone would help call a taxi and there was a wake-up service. We noted that it was our anniversary and they decorated the room for us, put a small cake and champagne in it

The hotel is very close to the beach, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient. The Sagrada Familia can also be reached on foot, about 3 kilometers

Super good hotel, service, facilities, ingredients are worthy of its star rating ~ There is also a Michelin two-star restaurant in the hotel, the hotel front desk can help to make reservations! The 11th floor where I stayed was newly renovated

Great experience all around! I went for a package deal including spa, massage and dinner for my partner and myself. We were very happy with our experience. The staff were all very nice and went above and beyond

The pool was more crowded than during our last visit, and we experienced a small water leak in our room

Pool isn't heated at the top, but the views are great. The gym is small but equipped enough, the bar is lovely and the staff are very organised in cleaning your room.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed. The location is excellent—both peaceful and convenient. The quality of the facilities, especially the gym and the rooms, is top-notch

Beautiful hotel in a fun spot! Comfy room !Metro station right outside front door. Many shops and eateries within short distance—even laundromats if you pack light and want to refresh your clothes

Upon arrival, we discovered that the room we had booked was unavailable, but we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture

Unfortunately, this issue took longer to resolve than expected, as the maintenance staff was delayed, and we had to follow up with reception a couple of times

Incredible service and reception, the rooms are super spacious and have a good area for working. The only small downside is that the music in the hall is played too loud so important calls cannot be taken from there,

Beautiful property with a nice location. I especially enjoyed breakfast and a roof top restaurant where the service was great and employees so friendly. Additional charge for in-house SPA was a surprise.

Simply amazing! I love this hotel, from the minute, we walked in we were met with smiling happy staff that looked after us from start to finish. We got to our room, which was beautiful

The rooftop pool has a view over the entire city of Barcelona, where you can enjoy a drink or a cigar Which I did both! Amazing value, Stay here if you can, you will not be disappointed

The Lounge managed very well with absolutely great staff - team working in this hotel is the strongest point of this place. We spent there 3 nights and will definitely come back

Location is very convenient- quiet area but close to metro station (just 2 stops to touristic city center). View from the terrace is spectacular! Overall very high standard

The staff are amazing very helpful and you can order anything in the middle of the night and they can just give you whatever you want. And The breakfast is basic and nice

Roof top swimming pool is not large, but there's great view of the harbor up there: it's easy to hang out up there getting a gym workout, reading a book in the Catalonia breeze

Stayed 1 night here: absolutely good experience! Room is so spacious, corridor walls are lined with wood like planks, which made us feel that we were walking on a luxurious yacht

Location wise, it is a walking distance away from the beach. If I visit Barcelona again, I will definitely consider staying here again!

The beds are firm just the way we like, the pillows are soft just the way we like. The walk-in closet feels very luxurious

The hotel room comes with toiletries and disposable slippers, so you don't need to prepare them yourself

They are so slow and disorganised. Even for the most trivial things we waited a minimum of 15 minutes. The peak was after calling the reception desk four times and waiting 45 minutes for some towels

Super service. Attentive staff. Stayed on the 23rd floor facing the city to the left and the med to the right. Amazing view. Excellent access to the beach. And pretty good restaurants and bars. I highly recommend.

It took me from 35 minutes to check by 2:05pm. They said the room wasn’t ready until after 3pm. I am Titanium elite and that line took me from 3:10 to 4:05 waiting (55 more minutes)in line to see if my room was ready

They were flawless in execution (restaurants, where to go, airport transfer). When our trip got off to a bad start due to airline hiccups, the concierge team made life that much easier to ensure a smooth arrival

We will only stay here when we return, phenomenal staff that catered to our needs. I have zero complaints but kudos all around. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable. wait they had my Ron Zacapa XO rum A++

This is a revision of my 1 star review and now I’m changing to a 5 star. Jorge the manager at the front desk spoke with me and rectified the problem

The hotel is literally connected to the high end shops so it is posh and lovely! The staffs especially the reception, ushers, are all helpful and pleasant and really made you feel so special as they made effort to know who you are-- I was greeted with recognition of my name from the bellman to the front plus a note screen in the hotel room-- very personalized! Very good location and hotel staff are helpful and friendly. When it rains, the staff will prepare umbrellas station at hotel lobby for hotel guest to use and collect them when you are back

Right in the center of action and tourist sites of Barcelona-Passeig De Gracia, High End Shops and Top Tapas restaurants are everywhere-- all around is high end, modern and has fashion-forward vibe! There are also so many affordable places to go too and really has a safe feel everywhere especially for tourists

A very good hotel, exceeded expectations, I will stay there next time. The room size is appropriate, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has relatively complete facilities

During the power outage in Spain, the hotel has backup generators and I was still able to use wifi and lights

I've stayed in several other hotels around here, and compared with other hotels of the same price, this one is the best overall. Although the room is a bit old and small, the service and furnishings are OK

The hotel was wonderful and the staff friendly and second to none in terms of customer service. I left behind some articles of clothing in a drawer and realized it as I was unpacking aboard the Viking Sky

This was our first time staying at a Nobu property, but if the service is consistently as excellent as what Justice provided, it will definitely become our go-to destination in the future

Always like to start with the positive! Hotel really nice with fresh/modern interiors. Rooms were a good size and we even had a small balcony. However… we went to check in at approx 240pm and our room wasn’t ready

Every detail was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas and the overall atmosphere of refined luxury. However, despite the wide variety of options, we weren't impressed with breakfast

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Gran Meliá Hotel Torre Melina. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very professional—just what you'd expect from a top-class hotel

Many dishes were overly salty—the chef should pay more attention to this aspect. It's a small but noticeable detail in an otherwise excellent experience

There is no iron in the room, no slippers, and it is impossible to coordinate a twin room

Location is close to a metro and tram station which is good, but otherwise its not very central so if you are here purely for tourism its a bit further away from most tourist places

This hotel is not far away from the beach, from our room we can see the mediterranean sea. It is a bit far from the city center, about 20-30 mins by metro, but it is still acceptable for us

On a separate note the WIFI coverage was superb across the entire hotel

Sabrina and Jacobo were very kind and helpful for me and my friend

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

We could not have been happier! We booked a Superior room, but were silently upgraded to a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the courtyard. The room was quite large, beautifully renovated, with a great bathroom

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Catalonia Ramblas. Great location, very good breakfast buffet, outstanding service. Nice pool and terrace, really good for families with children

Amazing Hotel! Check-in was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Andres’s friendly and professional approach. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices! The rooftop and pool are stunning! Everything was very clean

While the overall experience was excellent, one small suggestion would be for the wait staff to serve coffee at the table, similar to the NH Collection Hotel Abascal in Madrid, rather than relying solely on self-serve machines

Breakfast ends 10:30am and if you are still eating at that time even though you have taken all you need, the staff makes you feel uncomfortable, lurking around and taking any empty plate they see off you while you are still eating maybe because they are looking to close in time

We waited for the food for an hour, after that we called reception back and found that they had completely forgotten about our food! At the end of the phone conversation manager simply hung up on us and could not answer us anything properly

Hotel was clean, close to metro and all the key attractions. Reception staff were very nice as well. The room was really lovely and spacious. Well cleaned every day we stayed

I didn't stay overnight, I only went for a training course at the conference room. During lunch we were meet by Jaime Domingo at the restaurant who gave us an amazing custumer service

The location is not central but convenient, close to the subway, and you can reach many interesting spots by walking. Despite being close to clubs, the neighborhood feels safe and quiet

Great terasse on a rooftop, but the swimming pool on it was not heated. If you stay in a suite, replenishment of the mini-bar is free. Very good shopping mall Westfield is located in front of this hotel

The swimming pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, of course it can't be helped but the staff letting people reserve sun loungers is really annoying

Clean and perfect location to explore Barcelona. The breakfast was complete and aboundant

I was even able to walk to the clubs/ bars late a night right back to my hotel room. They were very helpful with any questions and nice with any request. They found out it was my birthday & brought me nice gifts

We rented one of the rooms with the outside patio and took advantage of sitting out during the early evening to eat and drink. We had dinner in the room for New Year's Eve and the service for dinner was excellent

The hotel's waiters are very good and are very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I will stay in this hotel again next time I come to Barcelona!

I had a great stay here, very family friendly for me. Used an upgrade cert for one night and then they upgraded my second night for free to a family suite. Pull out bed was nice (it's 2 separate twin beds)

They were so kind to my two daughters. They would bring them things to play with in the lobby and would bring my toddler treats at night. The rooms were phenomenal, and you are centrally located

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the market and pedestrian street! The room is of a suitable size and the design is warm and comfortable. It is considered a high-end hotel abroad

The hotel is close to the mall and many restaurants. Its also closer to the port which was convenient since we were headed for a cruise in 2 days. The staff was nice and friendly

Terrace is pretty cool gives panaromic view of the city, the pool is tiny. Watchout for the area would never recommend such area for tourists

Haven’t completed my stay here yet but felt compelled to write a review. The hotel is gorgeous with a cute barbie theme. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the showers have great heat & water pressure

The 360-degree restaurant on the top floor has a wide view. Have a drink, enjoy the view, and enjoy your body and mind! The breakfast restaurant waiter is warm and thoughtful! A bit far from the subway station

Bed was super comfy, room was spacious and very clean. I was initially concerned about our stay due to reading the reviews on the area of the hotel prior to our trip, however this was nothing to worry about

I gave some feedback that there weren’t wash cloths and they brought something similar a few hours later. The 360 rooftop view is breathtaking and the bartenders craft amazing cocktails on the top floor

Chamomile tea was offered our first night as a gift to help us rest after traveling. The staff at the front desk, the staff cleaning and even the bartenders have all been extremely kind and friendly
