Pool isn't heated at the top, but the views are great. The gym is small but equipped enough, the bar is lovely and the staff are very organised in cleaning your room.

Often wait more then 30 Min to get served even after trying to get three servers attention. Asked questions about the menu and because we didn't speak their language we were brushed aside

To be clear hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice, front desk was good but the Bar staff and servers are extremely slow and not friendly

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we continue to be impressed. The location is excellent—both peaceful and convenient. The quality of the facilities, especially the gym and the rooms, is top-notch

The pool was more crowded than during our last visit, and we experienced a small water leak in our room

Wonderful place to spend some time and relax! It is quite costly, we spent about 450 eur for two people. The view is incredible, staff is very smiley and respectful. All over recommend this place to visit.

The Hotel Arts - simply stated - is the best hotel in Barcelona. Steps from the Sea and a short distance to the best restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. The lobby and restaurants are truly terrific

The location is moreso the late night/early morning party scene; it's a taxi or a hike to the cultural heart of the city. Barcelona beaches are close, but a little dirty with trash

The hotel has a spa, swimming pools, and a rooftop bar, however, the rooftop was closed due to rain and winds for most of my stay

Beautiful property with a nice location. I especially enjoyed breakfast and a roof top restaurant where the service was great and employees so friendly. Additional charge for in-house SPA was a surprise.

The rooftop pool has a view over the entire city of Barcelona, where you can enjoy a drink or a cigar Which I did both! Amazing value, Stay here if you can, you will not be disappointed

Indoor pool and spa was great,breakfast was soo good! I enjoyed hanging out at the bar having drinks and enjoying the music (chicken tenders taste SO good). Loved the beach literally 20 seconds away

My first stay at W Barcelona has been truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly reception from Patrick, who works at the front desk

He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. Patrick along with the entire staff, made this experience stand out from other W Hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself is spectacular

And let's not even start on those massages – they were simply heavenly! On our last day, after checking out, we ventured into the city for one final excursion, only to be caught in a torrential downpour

The location is perfect, with breathtaking views from the rooms. Every detail, from the room to the service, has exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

They are so slow and disorganised. Even for the most trivial things we waited a minimum of 15 minutes. The peak was after calling the reception desk four times and waiting 45 minutes for some towels

The pool is smallish but perfect for relaxing when the sun is out. The food at the rooftop bar was pricey but delicious

The only feedback we would give to the hotel was that the balconies would benefit from a couple of chairs and six or eight more loungers near the pool would mean fewer people needing to wait

There's a place across the road that does takeaway pizza and a bakery nearby if you need a budget meal! Rooms have small fridges, which we used to store food for packed lunches

The hotel is close to three Metro stations and a short (15-20min) walk from the Magic Fountain. It's an easy train journey from the airport

Stayed several times before at this hotel. Good value hotel with very convenient location. We had a nice view of Montjiuc this time. Disappointed though to find that they had done away with their bar/cafe

My room was clean, tidy with a gorgeous bathroom. The view was lacking but this did not affect my review as I wasn't in the room enough to worry about it, due to being out for most of the daylight hours

The hotel with a gorgeous garden, there is a pond with a Swan. There is a Spa, small but cozy. You can enjoy different treatments, massages. The hotel is convenient for business trips, and business trips

What a wonderful hotel and business center. The gym was one of the best equipped facilities that I have ever seen. All the machines where top of the line and new. The open hotel layout was wonderful

Also tram and underground were close by, just behind the mall. Restaurants and quick bites close by, so even when you need food, everything was easy

On October 23, 2024, I had the opportunity to stay at your hotel for one night. During the check-in process, I was surprised to see that the front desk was seated while assisting me

It is worth noting that I have had the chance to check in to numerous hotels around the world, and this was the first time I encountered a seated front desk , During breakfast at the lounge, I was taken aback when I observed one of your team members name Zara, replenishing the croissants for the buffet with her bare hands

She did not wear gloves or use a stool to pick up the croissants and place them on the display plates. This practice is highly unhygienic and disrupted my breakfast experience

Furthermore, I noticed that after handling the croissants, Zara proceeded to push a trolley for cleaning and wiping tables. This raises concerns about cross-contamination and the overall cleanliness of your establishment

The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 min ealk from a sandy beach, right by a taxi ramp, opposite restaurants and a shopping mall and a 30 minutes drive from the airport or city centre

Everything about this hotel was top notch! Food at the restaurant was amazing! Heated pool outside was so nice! Room was perfect with great view! Can’t recommend this location enough

The room we had was a 2 single bed room it was clean, quiet, nice, they was so polite and service of the room was excellent i really appreciate this hotel and how easy it was to get to the station and bus stops to get you to your destinations and its less than a 1min walk to diagonal mar which is a excellent mall as its not touristic so its locals (nice and quiet) absolutely perfect

Only two minor topics of improvement, I missed a place the hang the towel after shower and I would prefer to have extra pillows as well, but this didn’t impacted the great experience I had here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Modern hotel at a great location. Rooms are absolutely clean and new but a bit small. The lounge area in the basement is great as it's the rooftop area. Breakfast was very good. Overall a very good stay.

We stayed in room 801 which has a MASSIVE balcony that overlooks pretty much all of Barcelona, highly highly recommend requesting this room). The only drawback about this hotel would be the rooftop bar service

Great hotel to stay. The rooms are comfortable and good size. The breakfast is great. Location is in the center. Nice rooftop bar. Small remarks walls are thin so you can hear you neighbors or outside noises.

The breakfast overall was amazing, huge spread of food, freshly made juices, great coffee, and decent price (try to get this included on your hotel/vacation package, if not it’s still well worth the cost)

The good thing about this hotel is it’s in the middle of the city near the beach and 10 minutes walking. You can be anywhere you want in Barcelona the rooms are spacious and super clean

Roof top swimming pool is not large, but there's great view of the harbor up there: it's easy to hang out up there getting a gym workout, reading a book in the Catalonia breeze

Immediately, "Manuel the Magician" upgraded us to a far better room and we had no problems except for a slight plumbing issue with the bidet, but Manuel had that taken care of just moments after we informed him

Stayed 1 night here: absolutely good experience! Room is so spacious, corridor walls are lined with wood like planks, which made us feel that we were walking on a luxurious yacht

Room was OK - major stain on the bathroom floor. Rooftop pool barely has any seating. Arrived 10 min past the pool opening and all the seats were taken

A true 5 star hotel with modern rooms, attentive service, helpful and professional concierge. Located in the upscale section of Barcelona and a 10 minute walk to other interesting areas (With taxis daily obtained)

My favorite part of the hotel is that it's walking distance to everything literally. And the bathroom is all surround marble and with a deep tub for a nice bubble bath that I had within minutes of entering

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

We could not have been happier! We booked a Superior room, but were silently upgraded to a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the courtyard. The room was quite large, beautifully renovated, with a great bathroom

The hotel lobby and restaurant is being renovated, but the only thing that dampened our stay was the weather. The restaurant remained open for both breakfast and dinner

We enjoyed the food as well as the view of Barcelona. Major train station and hop on hop off tour bus stop across the street. We had a corner room (which I would suggest) that had an eastern and southern view of the city

The train station was really close. The hop on hop off bus stop was just around the corner and the airport couch stop was about a 10 minute walk from the place. The staff were very helpful and friendly in this hotel

I didn't stay overnight, I only went for a training course at the conference room. During lunch we were meet by Jaime Domingo at the restaurant who gave us an amazing custumer service

Very nice hotel in a quiet non-touristy part of Barcelona. It is a bit far from the tourist high lights but very close to public transport and, for some reason, a lot of taxis around

The spa was a great addition to the stay, not large but perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooftop offers a fantastic view as well
