Overall, I won't stay here next time. It's next to ******, and there are parties nearby at night. Although it's Marriott Ritz, the overall service doesn't feel sincere

Someone would help call a taxi and there was a wake-up service. We noted that it was our anniversary and they decorated the room for us, put a small cake and champagne in it

The hotel is very close to the beach, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient. The Sagrada Familia can also be reached on foot, about 3 kilometers

Super good hotel, service, facilities, ingredients are worthy of its star rating ~ There is also a Michelin two-star restaurant in the hotel, the hotel front desk can help to make reservations! The 11th floor where I stayed was newly renovated

Great experience all around! I went for a package deal including spa, massage and dinner for my partner and myself. We were very happy with our experience. The staff were all very nice and went above and beyond

We even had a small attention for Valentine's Day, it was a nice surprise ! The hotel is not in the city center but the location is easy to reach by walk or public transport. I had a lovely stay and totally recommend it

Pool isn't heated at the top, but the views are great. The gym is small but equipped enough, the bar is lovely and the staff are very organised in cleaning your room.

Always like to start with the positive! Hotel really nice with fresh/modern interiors. Rooms were a good size and we even had a small balcony. However… we went to check in at approx 240pm and our room wasn’t ready

Every detail was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas and the overall atmosphere of refined luxury. However, despite the wide variety of options, we weren't impressed with breakfast

Many dishes were overly salty—the chef should pay more attention to this aspect. It's a small but noticeable detail in an otherwise excellent experience

There is no iron in the room, no slippers, and it is impossible to coordinate a twin room

Location is close to a metro and tram station which is good, but otherwise its not very central so if you are here purely for tourism its a bit further away from most tourist places

This hotel is not far away from the beach, from our room we can see the mediterranean sea. It is a bit far from the city center, about 20-30 mins by metro, but it is still acceptable for us

We spent a lovely weekend in Barcelona

The hotel was wonderful and the staff friendly and second to none in terms of customer service. I left behind some articles of clothing in a drawer and realized it as I was unpacking aboard the Viking Sky

This was our first time staying at a Nobu property, but if the service is consistently as excellent as what Justice provided, it will definitely become our go-to destination in the future

I call the hotel, they checked with housekeeping and sure enough they found them and had them ready when I Ubered back to pick them up. Kudos to the all the staff who made this happen

Our stay at Nobu was absolutely amazing, and Justice made it even better! He was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions with patience and care

During our visit, I unfortunately got sick, and Justice went above and beyond to help, even showing us where the nearest pharmacy was

His exceptional customer service truly stood out and made our experience unforgettable

While the overall experience was excellent, one small suggestion would be for the wait staff to serve coffee at the table, similar to the NH Collection Hotel Abascal in Madrid, rather than relying solely on self-serve machines

The hotel is close to the mall and many restaurants. Its also closer to the port which was convenient since we were headed for a cruise in 2 days. The staff was nice and friendly

This was booked for my birthday and I had left my birthday cards out in the morning, I came back to a complimentary bottle of cava and a brownie with a candle which was a lovely touch

Along with having a free mini bar in your room which was restocked daily. Only downside is having to go all the way downstairs and outside of the hotel to smoke, which took even longer because of how slow the lifts were

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

We could not have been happier! We booked a Superior room, but were silently upgraded to a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the courtyard. The room was quite large, beautifully renovated, with a great bathroom

Right in the center of action and tourist sites of Barcelona-Passeig De Gracia, High End Shops and Top Tapas restaurants are everywhere-- all around is high end, modern and has fashion-forward vibe! There are also so many affordable places to go too and really has a safe feel everywhere especially for tourists

A very good hotel, exceeded expectations, I will stay there next time. The room size is appropriate, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has relatively complete facilities

During the power outage in Spain, the hotel has backup generators and I was still able to use wifi and lights

The hotel lobby and restaurant is being renovated, but the only thing that dampened our stay was the weather. The restaurant remained open for both breakfast and dinner

We enjoyed the food as well as the view of Barcelona. Major train station and hop on hop off tour bus stop across the street. We had a corner room (which I would suggest) that had an eastern and southern view of the city

The train station was really close. The hop on hop off bus stop was just around the corner and the airport couch stop was about a 10 minute walk from the place. The staff were very helpful and friendly in this hotel

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The only thing I would like is some type of coffee setup in the room

The views were just as beautiful at night as during the day. Lots of different food options on the buffet for breakfasts to suit everyone. The good at dinner time was also really tasty and reasonably priced

I stayed at the SB Diagonal Zero 4-star Superior Hotel from Thursday, August 21, until August 28. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the venue where I attended my conference

The Forum tram stop is literally at the doorstep, and the metro station is only about 50 meters away, making transportation extremely convenient

Great terasse on a rooftop, but the swimming pool on it was not heated. If you stay in a suite, replenishment of the mini-bar is free. Very good shopping mall Westfield is located in front of this hotel

We rented one of the rooms with the outside patio and took advantage of sitting out during the early evening to eat and drink. We had dinner in the room for New Year's Eve and the service for dinner was excellent

I had a great stay here, very family friendly for me. Used an upgrade cert for one night and then they upgraded my second night for free to a family suite. Pull out bed was nice (it's 2 separate twin beds)

They were so kind to my two daughters. They would bring them things to play with in the lobby and would bring my toddler treats at night. The rooms were phenomenal, and you are centrally located
