Pool isn't heated at the top, but the views are great. The gym is small but equipped enough, the bar is lovely and the staff are very organised in cleaning your room.

To be clear hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice, front desk was good but the Bar staff and servers are extremely slow and not friendly. Often wait more then 30 Min to get served even after trying to get three servers attention. Asked questions about the menu and because we didn't speak their language we were brushed aside. We stayed for one night only, and we enjoyed it. The room view was spectacular, the bed super comfy, and the service was fast (we requested coffee a couple of times and we got it minutes after). The pool is not big, but the terrace has a magnificent view. Drinks are not cheap though.

Wonderful place to spend some time and relax! It is quite costly, we spent about 450 eur for two people. The view is incredible, staff is very smiley and respectful. All over recommend this place to visit.

Great experience all around! I went for a package deal including spa, massage and dinner for my partner and myself. We were very happy with our experience. The staff were all very nice and went above and beyond. The spa was in a private space on the 43rd floor with amazing views of the city. The massage was superb. The dinner was absolutely delicious. Ended up upgrading to some of the penthouse suites with some extended family, which were absurdly beautiful with wonderful views. The Hotel Arts - simply stated - is the best hotel in Barcelona. First... the location is outstanding. It would have been a 4 until tonight. When we arrived three nights ago there had been a "power issue." Today at noon all rooms lost power, air and one elevator was working. They are so slow and disorganised. Endless waiting times. Even for the most trivial things we waited a minimum of 15 minutes. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Their service is quite good. The smart cards for the room were not very smart. I had to go back to the reception to restore and reactivate them twice but the receptionist was very helpful. Their breakfast is very good, a lot of choices. I was very satisfied.

“Common” There is a park nearby and the ocean is not far away. This is my first time in Barcelona, so I decided to stay in a middle class hotel. is this normal for a 3 star service? Park-facing view was great. A bit small room, but fairly clean as a standard Motel One. Rooftop terrace was fantastic. Location was nice, easy (bus) access to old town and city center. Could potentially hear the noise from adjacent rooms in the middle of the night.

Motel One is fantastic! Everything about this hotel is amazing—from the stylish decor to the friendly staff and excellent service to cleanliness. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit small. However, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Highly recommended! As the location is perfect almost in the middle of everything.

Motel One was clean, the staff was friendly, and facilities seem pretty new/modern. The stay was great and it was easy to sleep because it was quiet. Beautiful hotel with a really lovely view of the whole city if you can get one of the higher floors facing south. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, check in is south and they have great little information packages for tourism in the city. Had a great time at this hotel. Elevators was so efficient, first time I've seen elevators that are this well designed. The staff was extremely friendly, cleaning staff did a great job. Great location by the conference congress. Just a few hundreds meter away from the congress door. In fact, just going across the road. I didn't stay overnight, I only went for a training course at the conference room. During lunch we were meet by Jaime Domingo at the restaurant who gave us an amazing custumer service. Very nice hotel in a quiet non-touristy part of Barcelona. It is a bit far from the tourist high lights but very close to public transport and, for some reason, a lot of taxis around. Comfy bed, great shower, quiet, pool and sauna.
