Hotel Arts Barcelona lobby had great service. The spa and sauna had an extra charge of 40 euro not worthy. The hotel was nice but over priced.

The room was clean and tidy. The location was good. Someone would help call a taxi and there was a wake-up service. We noted that it was our anniversary and they decorated the room for us, put a small cake and champagne in it.

The overall should have been great but how disappointed that the hotel charged my credit card with extra 10% without reasonable explanation. After raising my query for 15 mins, they finally admitted that it was their mistake but still saying ‘don’t know why’. End up they agreed to refund the over charge to my credit card account. Great place. Location is very convenient- quiet area but close to metro station (just 2 stops to touristic city center). View from the terrace is spectacular! Overall very high standard. For tourists, the location is very good, very convenient for travel, shopping and dining. Old house, very small elevator, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently. When booking, I requested a twin room, but the actual two single beds placed side by side were not ideal. The hotel said there were no twin rooms with separate beds.

Pool isn't heated at the top, but the views are great. The gym is small but equipped enough, the bar is lovely and the staff are very organised in cleaning your room.

To be clear hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice, front desk was good but the Bar staff and servers are extremely slow and not friendly. Often wait more then 30 Min to get served even after trying to get three servers attention. Asked questions about the menu and because we didn't speak their language we were brushed aside. Although in an excellent location, the hotel does require some love and care, and several pieces of furniture need replacement. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is not far away from the beach, from our room we can see the mediterranean sea. It is a bit far from the city center, about 20-30 mins by metro, but it is still acceptable for us. We spent a lovely weekend in Barcelona.

This hotel is stunning, 3-5 min walk to the metro which was so helpful with getting around. The rooms were a good size, considering we got the standard. Along with having a free mini bar in your room which was restocked daily. Only downside is having to go all the way downstairs and outside of the hotel to smoke, which took even longer because of how slow the lifts were.

Beautiful hotel located in the very center of Barcelona at Catalonia Square.

I had booked the Catalonia Ramblas Hotel of the same group, but it was overbooked, so I was moved to the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza. It was a bit annoying at first because it was far from the main streets, but the follow-up service was good, and the room was upgraded, so I had a pleasant stay.

Sabrina and Jacobo were very kind and helpful for me and my friend. Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool. The dinner and breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location, right by the bay, with a bus at the door and a sea view. The front desk was very friendly and gave me a room with a sea view. The hotel room comes with toiletries and disposable slippers, so you don't need to prepare them yourself.

The good thing about this hotel is it’s in the middle of the city near the beach and 10 minutes walking. You can be anywhere you want in Barcelona the rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff are amazing very helpful and you can order anything in the middle of the night and they can just give you whatever you want. And The breakfast is basic and nice.

Very good location and hotel staff are helpful and friendly. When it rains, the staff will prepare umbrellas station at hotel lobby for hotel guest to use and collect them when you are back. During the power outage in Spain, the hotel has backup generators and I was still able to use wifi and lights. Thankful for this.
