They are so slow and disorganised. Endless waiting times. Even for the most trivial things we waited a minimum of 15 minutes. The peak was after calling the reception desk four times and waiting 45 minutes for some towels.... The quality is not high. I am Italian and I am used to a certain level of service and quality. This hotel is 5 stars only because it has a spa and a gym. Service is 3 stars poor...

Absolutely exquisite. Maybe try to get a room on a lower floor if you’re afraid of heights, since the building is approximately 100 m tall. Rooms was fantastic and so was the entire lobby. Spa is small but offers a lot of facilities. There‘s also a gym and lots of shops in the area. Most surprisingly - there‘s a tattoo studio!?

We started off at the wrong foot as we had to wait two hours for our room. But everything from there on was purely amazing. It truly lives up to its reputation. We would love to visit again. Big thanks to the amazing staff who gave the place a warm, human touch!

I've stayed here two years ago and totally loved it ! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the view is incredible. The breakfast was delicious and the spa facilities are great. We even had a small attention for Valentine's Day, it was a nice surprise ! The hotel is not in the city center but the location is easy to reach by walk or public transport. I stayed here in July 2015. It was called as Gran Hotel Torre. I had a pleasant stay and I liked the room so much. Room was clean and spacious.

Everything you expect from Nobu. An upscale, well thought out marriage of Japanese naturalism/minimalism + local design sense. Wonderful.

Pretty expensive but one of the best views in Barcelona and definitely the best tuna sashimi I tried in Barcelona. Rest of the food was decent but price quality is 7/10. Service is great. This is absolutely a worthy 5 star hotel. We stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon. The location is great for exploring all of the city. It was clean, the rooftop lounge area was cozy and enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff and service were exceptional and they extremely helpful.

Definitely go for the city view rooms, and try to take a high floor. The view is epic and the windows are huge. Very techy room. I will always stay at that hotel on future visits. Highly recommended.

Exceptional hotel. Rooms are big and luxurious. Lights, curtains and air conditioning have an elegant controller. Free mini bar which was refreshed every day. Staff very friendly, and provided a complimentary late checkout. Breakfast is rich and super tasty. Best cappuccino I had in a while. The looks of the rooftop bar somewhat disappointing. There is no better place to stay while in Barcelona. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the Terraceview that I had of the city and ocean was stunning. The staff is extremely friendly, rooms are quiet and room service was excellent. The only thing bad about this place is having to leave.

Regular hotel and in urgent need of renovation. In spite of everything you eat well, although it is expensive, unpleasant and slow service. Great cleanliness, environment and communication with the city correct.

Good location in the Montjuic hill, quiet accommodation, excellent cleanliness in our room daily, tidy and big terrace in the room, fifth floor sea view.. Negative: slow bar waiters, poor restaurant offering and very rude staff in the spa and water area.

Very clean, a great breakfast choice, good location. Room was comfortable although long and narrow. On the downside the whole neighborhood is a bit (not terrible) smelly , not sure where the smell comes from. Rooftop is a great for the end of the day drinks or even dinner. We have spent three nights at the Hotel Salles Pere IV. Very descent hotel with quite nice quality - price ratio. It seems that the hotel is not so new, and you can observe that in the room. Very good location, 10 min. to the beach, 30 min. to the city center (old town) by walk. Very descent breakfast, but the same each day. Great view from the rooftop !

I loved the food at this hotel! The reception staff was available and attentive. The rooftop terrace and the sauna are nice. The pool was small though. I'm not giving 5 ⭐ because of the bad smell in the room we were initially in. We had the room changed the next day though.

Jacobo the receptionist was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area, recommended great places, and helped us with anything we needed! This was the perfect place to stay for our family! Everybody was able to have an individual bed and the beds were super comfortable! It is centrally located near a lot of great sites and we always felt safe. The hotel staff was very nice and they worked hard to have our room ready before check in.

The air conditioning did not work well in our room, and the motion activated shelving lights were very distracting at night. The breakfast has a lot of options and the food at the terrace restaurant was nice. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable apart from the room temperature which never got beneath 23C.

The hotel is amazing really but our room was never cleaned properly. They only fixed the bad sheets and changed (not always) towels.

Fantastic stay, Salvador Dali suite which we were upgraded to was stunning. Service from all staff was very good, location of hotel was perfect for our stay. Everything was in within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Perhaps the pool and gym could be upgraded. That’s the only slight criticism.

The entire hotel has intense perfume/scent smell throughout. I had to wear a mask when I was in the hotel. Do not stay here if you have any reaction to manufactured scents. We will not be returning.

We had a great stay. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great as well. The hotel is well-located. We enjoyed being in a neighbourhood that wasn’t completely full of other tourists. Yet the Latin Quarter and other incredible sites are very accessible. We discovered some amazing restaurants nearby in El Clot and Poblenou. The local Ramblas is also delightful.

Our stay (family room), 2 adults and two small children was very comfortable. Especially our visit in the restaurant was incredible enjoyable due to the great Service of the waitresses Carol, Emerson and Luis who played with our Kids so that we had more eating time! :-)) thank you so much! I usually travel only to hotels from the Accor group but I was seriously disappointed this time. This hotel’s location is great and staff is friendly. We however booked it for its rooftop bar. We have two young children and we enjoy spending the evening there when the kids are in bed. Due to a leak, they had to plan maintenance works to the rooftop bar and closed it. This was not mentioned anywhere...

I had a lovely experience at Catalonia 505! The front desk staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The rooms that I stayed were extremely comfortable and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. It was a very friendly atmosphere and the location was great. Small hotel with very personal service.

The hotel was a great location, to dip and out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Small tight hotel. Make sure u stay at 3rd floor or higher to get some sunlight in your room. Or else it's gonna be pretty dark and gloomy.

I stayed there for 6 nights and it was lovely, the receptionists are super friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfy. The location of this hotel is very convient, by metro stop, taxi stop, close to gothic quarter etc. The rooftop bar is a highlight! For the price in this location, it is a decent option. Ok. Cheap. The location is decent with Bus connections around. The room, was much smaller than expected, the lobby much more sales convention looking with all the posters up, but the staff were professionals even if I couldn't procure an iPhone charger (cable or adapter). Disappointing from a hotel that has even a business center.

Nice city hotel to stay in and it was in the centre of city so perfect for exploring everything. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. There was a good selection for breakfast and came back to room having been cleaned every day.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean & very comfortable with quality amenities. They have a wonderful rooftop bar & restaurant that provides excellent food & delightful service. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience than Gran Hotel Havana. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes we were up on the rooftop bar and pool area soaking in the atmosphere. The staff were exceptional! I can not say enough good things about the care they showed me, my husband and girls. Gabby at the front desk, Manuel, Jesus, everyone ( I am sorry for forgetting the rest of the names, but they were all great!) The rooms were clean. My room was very clean, and had a lovely smell, even the sheets smelled great. The bed was comfortable. House keeping seemed very attentive, all consumed coffee and bottled water was walways refilled. Hotel is very central, close to metro stations and walking distance to major sights like the Gaudi house or Sagrada Familia.

Lovely central place to stay. Staff are very accomodating and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the city sights and travel. Our only recommendation would be for tea making facilities available in the rooms. (But we are British ?).
