It a small, cozy, modern hotel .cute breakfast space, good food. Friendly staff, However, AC didn't work the whole entire day and at night. Which was extremely uncomfortable, hot, and humid and we were all unable to sleep. This made our whole experience with this hotel unpleasant.
AC should of been fixed right away, as oppose to what I was told by the receptionist that the technician will only come The next day… In the meantime, we had to suffer …

I love this small hotel. Quiet and super easy to navigate to and from all our destinations in Barcelona. They are great at communicating and helping you out if you need it. Air conditioning great, and breakfast wonderful.
So if you are looking for a smaller boutique hotel I would say go with them! Felt very taken care of, and would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I stayed at Hotel Rekord Barcelona from May 16 to May 22, 2025. On Monday May 19, 2025 we left our room at 7:00am and close the door to the room for the day. We came back around 11:00am and the door was open, assuming it was the cleaning person who left it open. I had filed complaint to the manager at hotel rekord and she only offered breakfast or 1 night for future stay. This is crazy, more than 15 hrs our room was open. We could have our stuff stolen. The manage didnt even say sorry or have given 1 night refund.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. It is ideally located, which makes travel and visits easy. The staff is professional. The room is pleasant, modern, and above all very spacious. Special mention for the breakfast: plentiful, varied and of quality. I recommend this establishment without hesitation and we will return with pleasure.

Clean hotel and aircon works well. Breakfast was decent, although not much variety (which I guess is expected for a small budget hotel). Some of the yogurt at breakfast was expired and no locks on bathroom door.

A welcoming and convivial place suitable for families where to stay to visit Barcelona at a fair price not too far from the center with a good breakfast and spacious rooms suitable for 4 people with excellent comforts except the bidet for Italians

We were very happy with our room for 3 persons. The room was spacious, clean and even though the windows were situated towards the road, we did not really heard any noise. Breakfast were included in the price and we were very happy with it as well. Personnel was nice and friendly. Location was also good, the metro/train station is located about 50 m from the hotel. Super recommended!

It is the third time we have stayed, in this hotel 4 years ago we already stayed twice so I had surgery at the Barraquer clinic and we looked for a hotel near the clinic since we are from another town and since we liked it in the first operation we stayed in the second operation, this month of February I had to have eye surgery again so we have returned to that same hotel and the truth is, like every time, we have been delighted, the staff very pleasant and attentive, the lady at the reception very The cleaning staff is also attentive and professional, the rooms have a coffee maker and kettle, also 4 coffee capsules, infusion and sugar sachets, 2 bottles of water, there are all the comforts you could wish for, a refrigerator, very nice room. nice, very comfortable bed.
