I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September after a Mediterranean cruise. The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We arrived very early as we'd just gotten off our cruise ship, and the frond desk agent did everything he could to get us a room as soon as possible.
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, tapas bars, and shopping.
Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My only complaint is that the bathroom didn't have a lot of counter space. There was a cool little window sitting room that looked out over the street.

Location is great (plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets) and safe area.
Rooms are spacious.
Cleaning of rooms is almost non existent, despite asking. It is only limited to bed making and towel changes. Very superficial vacuum cleaning and the dust is still there on TV, desk and lamps..disappointing.

The hotel rooms didn't meet our expectations for the price. Room floors and corridor were a bit grimy and the floor had lots of loose boards. The corners were especially the dirtiest ones with the side panels peeling off the wall.
The room was quite small for being the big double bed room.
I would say this is a 3 star rather than 4 star Boutique hotel.
The hotel is in a very nice area close to train stations in Gracia.
The staff was welcoming and great.

Had a spacious room on the first floor. Really nice room. Nice balcony with a view. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy walk to tons of restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

Great Stay for a Great City...
From the moment we checked in, we knew everything was going to be perfect. I believe her name was Maria—she made us feel incredibly comfortable and accommodated us in every way. The kids immediately jumped on the computers in the lobby while we checked in, which was very convenient.
The rooms were immaculate and each came with a laptop, which added a nice modern touch to the hotel. The breakfast they served was excellent, offering a great start to our days.
The location is superb—just step out the front door and you’re ready to explore the beauty of Barcelona.
I've stayed here three times and can't wait to go back.

room was large and very comfortable, great shower and a pamparing balcony with sun bed and jacuzzi bath. breakfast was very satisfying for a boutique hotel.

Family of four very much enjoyed this hotel. Excellent location and a large room. Family room with bunk beds for kids and a queen size bed. As noted elsewhere, bathroom is a bit odd for privacy, but shower is excellent (for our room, wouldn't want to be much more than 6 feet tall for the rain style shower). Staff was helpful and hotel reached out a few times to ensure we were okay given our stay overlapped the recent Barcelona terror tragedy.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. I got a discount on the price so it was very good value for money. There are some little signs that the decor needs to be refreshed (cracked paint etc) but generally I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and slept well in a very comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff is professional and friendly. The cons are the following: 1 - in the room for three guests only two cups and one Cup; 2 - no hanger at the entrance for coats (have to carry her across the room to the wardrobe); 3 - in the bathroom, very poor lighting (a lamp near the mirror it would be better to place on top instead of the left); 4 - a magnifying mirror is not fixed and have all the time to maintain; 5 for three guests, only one towel for feet.

We (2 adults and 3 children) went to the following room: 2 room, or rather bedroom and living room. The bedroom has a double bed and a Jacuzzi are not fenced off in the living room 1 bunk and 1 regular bed. One bathroom with a tiny sink, shower and toilet with glass in many places transparent not lockable doors and a broken wire dangling from the lamp on the wall. But the Breakfast and staff at the highest level. There is also a large plus, if you Park the car in the underground Parking near the hotel give a discount on Parking, 20%.
