Nice hotel with comfy rooms, although you could hear a bit of noise coming from the street. Hot water runs perfectly and cleaning service was good too. People at the front desk was kind.
Location is perfect. Parking nearby is possible if you drive around a bit. Blue area parking.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from Parque Principal Francisco Cantón Rosado. Within a mere two minutes, you'll discover one of Mexico's most charming streets, Calzada de los Frailes. This picturesque lane boasts vibrant walls and doorways that practically beg for a photographer's attention. Along the way, you'll encounter a delightful array of restaurants and cafes, as well as trendy boutique shops offering stylish clothing, accessories, and more.

I flew from Mexico City to Cancún. After a few days in Cancún, I took an Ado bus from Cancún to Valladolid. Right by the exit of the bus station in Valladolid, you have a taxi stand with the nicest taxis I've seen so far, it's a three minute ride to Olbil Hotel.

Very friendly staff, good cleanliness, excellent position, Great price quality, only note is that the structure is a bit old for a 4* hotel

If you want to be close to the city centre is a good option. The room was ok, while the price was reasonable. Breakfast was however mediocre.
