Nice refurbished rooms and helpful staff, but adjacent rooms are not soundproofed and that can be annoying if the people in the next room are not mindful of that

Nice hotel with comfy rooms, although you could hear a bit of noise coming from the street. Hot water runs perfectly and cleaning service was good too. People at the front desk was kind.
Location is perfect. Parking nearby is possible if you drive around a bit. Blue area parking.

Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful.
Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. We are very satisfied with the services provided. Will stay here again

Went on a girls holiday hotel lovely and clean food was fabulous couldn’t complain for what we paid staff was great room cleaned every day would definitely return drinks where good to plenty of choice look forward to returning in the summer 😄

The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from Parque Principal Francisco Cantón Rosado. Within a mere two minutes, you'll discover one of Mexico's most charming streets, Calzada de los Frailes. This picturesque lane boasts vibrant walls and doorways that practically beg for a photographer's attention. Along the way, you'll encounter a delightful array of restaurants and cafes, as well as trendy boutique shops offering stylish clothing, accessories, and more.

I flew from Mexico City to Cancún. After a few days in Cancún, I took an Ado bus from Cancún to Valladolid. Right by the exit of the bus station in Valladolid, you have a taxi stand with the nicest taxis I've seen so far, it's a three minute ride to Olbil Hotel.
