I've been here from 5th to 13th October, I flew in from the UK and honestly, best decision my parents made. The weather outside was excellent, the rooms were great, not a single problem. The beds were comfy, when I flew in, I was very tired so at night I fell asleep. As for the views, they were pretty. I loved the fact my stay was all-inclusive, as for the food, they were good. I chilled out in the sun, life is great. A worker I met on my first entry was very nice and funny.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area & it's only a 5 minute walk to a small cove beach & a short walk to the main strip, where there's an abundance of restaurants, bars & shops. The resort is very clean and well looked after, with staff regularly maintaining the green areas. The only issue was the cleaners not cleaning our room often enough. The staff on the front desk are brilliant. Very friendly & accommodating. They upgraded us to a superior apartment free of charge due to us being placed in the wrong room. The hotel offers a great range of activities, 3 pools (pools are deep & salt water) & a splash pad which was great for the kids. I thoroughly enjoyed the adults only pool on the roof terrace 😆. The restaurant is like a stampede when it's peak times, so I would suggest going early. Breakfast is the best meal option, lunch is better at the snack bar & dinner; it was hard to find foods that go together to make a nice meal. But there's some great options for eating out because there's some nice restaurants nearby. I came with my 2 year old twins & found it hard keeping them entertained as there were no suitable contained spaces for them to play. The park was more suited for small & older children. Overall, I would highly recommend for families with children above the age of 3. Big kids will love it, so many options for them; kids club, entertainment, pitches, etc 😀

This place was really big and mostly designed for kids which is good. The rooms were nice and perfect in size.There was an little arcade and the games are addictive. I love how it includes lots of stuff, 1 main pool, 2 children ones, snack bar, bar, restaurant, supermarket,football pitch and tennis court. The pools were really good although I wish the main pool had a shallower end because the shallowest it was was 1,50 meters. The football pitch was nice. Loved the food, it provides all meals, except i wish they had more varieties but everything was awesome.I would defiantly recommend. They also have a beach 5 minutes away and shops 5 minutes away.

We spent 7 nights here in August 2024. The reception staff are fabulous, nothing is to much trouble; they even organised a birthday cake for my twins during the stay.
Location is perfect, 2 min walk to the beach, same distance the opposite way to the resort centre which was filled with lovely bars/restaurants and usual gift shops. Plenty going on. Also the electric train had a pick up point outside the hotel. 15 min walk through to the marina which is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of atmosphere in the evening!

We have 3 children under 8, the pools were good but the main pool is very deep, even the shallow end.

Sunbeds were always gone by 7.30am so you need an alarm !
A negative was the whippy ice cream included in all inclusive was only available in the afternoons by the pool, rather than all day - not a first world problem. All drinks were good.
Good entertainment in the day, the kids team always doing games in the pool and the children loved the foam party.

Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday albeit a bit tired in the bathroom but all worked fine , you get what you pay for. Clean towels everyday.

Food good, again it’s all inclusive … but a change everyday and there is fresh meats being cooked each sitting.

Drinks token system - annoying but understandable and you get used to it after you’ve walked back to the room a few times to get the forgotten cups !

All in all, a great holiday. Would recommend and the location is absolutely spot on.

Great hotel with friendly pleasant staff, the pools were the highlight of our holidays, my kids had hours of endless fun in them. Kids club was good too and they even had the chance to be in a show with the staff for the evening entertainment.

We went all inclusive... apart from the restaurant being too overcrowded at times and the snack bar being a long queue food was great and plenty to offer from fish, chicken, pork, pasta and rice dishes, noodles, pizza, potatoes, chips, vegetables, salad, desserts, fruits, soft drinks, beers, wine.

Breakfast was English breakfast items, bread, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, hot drinks and fruit juices.

You have to buy a plastic beaker each for €1 and keep it all week, the bar staff do clean it out before refilling again but do watch your cups as we witnessed some boys stealing people's cups and taking them to the bar to earn themselves some euros. 😩

Our apparentment was clean and good size, bedding and towels changed every 2 days but could do with sweeping more.
Our shower was also broke.

There's a lovely cove beach just under 5 minutes walk away which you can also go on the Starfish boat from which is a great trip out and loads of shops and restaurants just about a 10 minute walk away.

Absolutely love this place, was sad to come home. We had a fantastic week, came home yesterday. Entertainment team were fantastic and all staff friendly. Pools clean, food was OK. The snack bar was amazing. Rooms were good, cleaned 5 day's out of 7. Will definitely be back.

Don’t be put off by bad reviews, from the minute we came here we do not regret it. The reception staff are amazing we arrived late they provided sandwiches and drinks for the children. Our room is beautiful and close to everything room 1302. The pools are perfect there are two smaller pools with slides and a deeper one. The staff provide clean towels and sheets if you ask for them (however they do clean the rooms). The restaurant is brilliant and there is a change over with food daily. The snack bar through out the day is busy but to be expected however the kids love it. The hotel is close to other restaurants and shops and just the other side of the road is the beach. There is a train right outside of the hotel which takes you to different locations. The staff are amazing and do their best. The kids club is brilliant and professional, the drinks are not weak as first read there are many different choices 1 euro per cup this wasn’t an issue for us as we saved the cups. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with children. Football on site for the boys to and the spa. ❤️

We came and stayed this month, 2 children and 3 adults and we had a wonderful experience. I really felt for the staff having to wear face masks inside and they were ensuring to wear them outside too. You all made us feel safe and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cleaned very frequently and the hotel staff worked tirelessly all day, as did the kitchen staff, pool guards, entertainment etc. Everyone was very professional and friendly yet the environment was still as laid back as ever so it felt like a holiday. The pools are great fun for the children and there's a small games area in the evening and the disco and bingo/quiz night. Nearing the end of our stay there was a lot more guests coming for a holiday (due to gov rules relaxing in the UK I think) and I noticed the entertainment during the day picked up more. The location was perfect right by a small coved beach and the area was so clean and well kept. The only downside is our room was by a road where it seemed people arose from 5am and made a lot of noise every morning. It wouldn't put us off of returning though and we look forward to coming back some time. Thank you very much to you all.
