The AC didnt work for a whole week while we were there.
There is no fridge in the room, so can't keep our own drinks cold.
Other wise the staff was friendly, the food was great.

Need to pay for WiFi in your room, no fridge or kettle, very noisy air-conditioning had to turn off.. otherwise it was OK, but felt an outcast as no other uk visitors...

We arrived late Monday 20th August after travelling for around 12 hours. As we entered the hotel & checked in the lady working wasnt very welcoming & told us to send our holiday voucher to them by email . No offer of a cold drink or anything! Ive never heard of this before & thought they should have all our details! As we got into our room it was clear the A/C wasn't working which the reception person lady failed to mention.
There is also no fridge in the room, its 1.20am at the moment and it is 26c and impossible to sleep. We have not been offered a fan or a room swap we are on the 4th floor & apparently none of the A/C is working on the 4th or 5th floor. We was offered €100 bar credit, free wifi which we dont need & beach towels & 2 free lunches. We work hard all year to be afford this holiday & it just feels ruined by not having a fan or any A/C i wouldnt of booked this hotel had i known the A/C wasnt working. The food was really bad I didnt eat breakfast once the bacon was 80% fat 20% meat, no real sausages just frankfurters & the lunch was inedible. The meat was tough as an old pair of socks & dry & a real lack of choice. If you are a smoker there is no smoking area at all in the hotel you have to go outside the front of the hotel. The drinks are also watered down & they use all the cheap spirits & charge premium prices. This hotel seems to be catered to German & Spanish people only & it seems they have a problem with English people which I could tell by the staff’s attitude towards me & my partner. On our last day we asked if we could keep the room longer to shower etc as we had a late flight which we was told No. I thought this could be the least they could do seeing as they stuck us in a room with no AC the entire stay. I would definitely not come back to this place & for me this gets a 2 out of 10. AVOID !!

Amazing place to stay for holidays. Food was absolutely delicious and so much variety ! When it comes to staff I am speechless Jose, Sergio and Nestor were so so so wonderful. Always positive and smiling and they were engaging the conversation.

We were Family of 5 in April.
Fantastic location next to the beach and sea, lot's of bars, restaurants and attractions. Fenomenal view from balcony, I could watch sunrise over the sea every day. Very friendly and helpful staff (however check in/out takes forever)
Only 3 stars due to 3 reasons:
1. Non working elevator, with small baby and the stroller, was really annoying. They kept trying to fix it, but it kept breaking every day. (Only one very tiny elevator in the building and narrow stairs)
2. Cockroach welcomed us in the main hall and one in the room. Was only x2 over 5 days, but local cockroaches are really large, only seen in tv before, maked my wife sleepless that night.
3. We have been put in separate building across the road, so for breakfast, reception, swimming pool, bar, we had to cross the road to main hotel. It's not a big issue, but I would rather know beforehand. Luckily, it wasn't raining

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and always tries their best despite the fact alot of tourists speak to them in their native languages (not even a bit in english) from what we saw/heard. The food service was the biggest surprise - i have never experienced such nicely prepared buffet food with so many variations each day with some twists and changes. Bar was perfect aswell - even though the cocktails were premade - i dont think there is a way for them not to be because there are so many customers that its impossible to make it in short time. If we will ever have a chance , we will stay in this hotel! Cheers from Czech republic.

What comes to my mind first is that the staff in all departments is very friendly. For 3*hotel they have a surprisingly big breakfast buffet. In general the hotel looks very nice and clean and the rooms are cute and clean as well. Especially the bathroom is really nice. The pool offers a view to the sea and is great and there is a bar next to the pool so you can relax with a delicious cocktail at the pool area. Also a billard table is available. Can recommend this place :)

It was very good and tidy,staff was very friendly and the pool is very good.the only thing I would say is the wifi you have to pay for other than the lobby wifi which is free,it’s okay thought because the area is so great you don’t really need to be on your phone al the time,great location

Perfect for couple, small family and people that want a quiet hotel to chill at the pool and enjoy the nice beach.
Food buffet is okeish. I find more myself at the breakfast than for the diner buffet.
Waiter and waitress are at your care and make your stay nice.
Room is well cleaned and we have not much to complain at all of our stay.
Thanks to your omelette at breakfast I loved it. Unfortunately tomorrow is the last one 🙃
