Predominantly German guests, bar closes and lights off at midnight, very clean throughout, room was nice albeit a little snug for two people it was fine and clean. Most of the staff were pretty friendly and helpful, they all spoke various languages. Great location and roof sunbathing area with unrivalled views. Pools need more of a clean. Entertainment on each night including a bee gees tribute, bingo, drag act, flamenco dancing, a cinema film etc..

Hotel room was cleaned only once in the whole week we stayed. The Air conditioning in the room was awful and not clean. Something wrong with the hot tub and pool and because of these, combined, both me and my friend ended up contracting Legionnaires disease and becoming seriously ill. Entertainment was boring. Food was the same everyday, (breakfast) all we had. Good location however and beach is a 1 min walk if that. Couple of staff members rude, but apart from them, the rest was ok.

Great hotel! Would have been lovely to be able to spend a week here. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and you can’t hear your neighbors. The pool is refreshing and there are a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. People working here are incredibly nice, they all spoke *at least* Spanish, German, and English. They were always happy to help us with everything and provide suggestions on what to do on this beautiful island.

The hotel is right on the beach, on a very beautiful beach, you can almost jump from the pool into the sea! The rooms are modern and very clean, overall the hotel is very clean! The food is very well prepared, varied and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The buffet is amazing! everything you could want, in abundance, is available on a rotating basis! White sandy beach and sea in front of the door - a dream!! I wholeheartedly recommend this! Big! This is pure rest and relaxation 😍❤️

Overall, the hotel itself is very nice and has a nice location right on the beach. The rooms are nothing special and will get the job done. The food is good and there is plenty of it. At first I thought, wow, this hotel is great! And then I saw the flaws. First, there is no onsight parking. You would expect a 4 star hotel to have onsight parking. The closest parking is about 200 meters away, that's not horrible but more of an inconvenience.
The real problem with this hotel is the other guests. The vast majority of people here are Germans, very old Germans. I live in Germany, and when I go on vacation, I would like to not feel like I'm back at home. The thing with the guests are that since they are so old, and so many of them, it's like walking through a hoard of zombies shuffling their feet's around, coughing everywhere and constantly blowing their noses at the table. Here's the main reason why I would not recommend this hotel to younger (40 and below). The old German guests constantly stare at you and literally bad talk about the younger guests just because they have tattoos or they don't like the way they dress. It makes for an extremely uncomfortable environment. The older guests here simply can not mind their own business and enjoy their food. Instead, they have to project their miserable lives on to others to make other people feel bad for merely existing.
In conclusion, the hotel, staff, and food were great, but the guests that come here are very toxic.

The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The reception staff were really helpful. The main languages are German and Spanish, but the reception and some service staff in the dining hall spoke English.
I went when it was probably quiet after Easter break for schools.
The hotel is right on the beach. Your room card gives you access to the roof top pool and lounge areas and the spa and indoor pool. I really enjoyed having the pool to myself on a couple of days.
All shops and restaurants are also right on the door step.
Transport is great. The bus links along the coast are very efficient.
Update: just visited with my son for autumn school break.
It was great to have a different experience. And solidified my thoughts that there really is something for all the family.

I am very glad that I spent my stay in this hotel. The food was unique and the price was very affordable. It is a very pleasant hotel and I recommend it even to more demanding clients.

Great location! Easy beach access. Excellent service at the pool. A couple of restaurants within minutes walking distance with great food! Breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods. Overall we had a pleasant experience. The room was okay. Double bed with a couch and balcony. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room so we didn't mind.

German only! German food, german music and entertainment! Staff speaks better german than english. Not recommended for non Germans or those Germans who would actually like to feel they are on vacation abroad 😉 room plain and boring, but clean… originally we booked for 4 nights but we were allowed to shorten it to 2 nights… another big minus for the staff was that they would refuse to give us ice cubes for the room, and not in a kind manner but literally shouting at me 🤣 We had a drink in our room as we didn’t really fancy staying at the bar listening to German ski music and entertainment… We stayed in Mallorca for at least 12 nights before in 3 different hotels and not once did they refuse us ice cubes for the room…
