Had a lovely stay here, though it’s a nice hotel i wouldn’t say it 4 stars but the location is perfect, everywhere is very clean, and good variety of food

The best thing about the hotel is the service provided, everyone in reception are very friendly and nice but specially Tony, so friendly and funny thank you!

We bought our holiday from Loveholidays.com and paid them an additional amount for a balcony.

When we arrived, we were put on the ground floor with a terrace. The manager has explained this is agreed in the contract they have with Loveholidays.

By definition a terrace and balcony are different.

I emailed Loveholidays.com 6 times. It has now been corrected and we now have a balcony courtesy of the hotel, we would not have paid Loveholidays for this if we didn't want it. The manager also gave us a bottle of Cava.

The hotel and head office have said that they have done this as a gesture of good will. Loveholidays at no time, took control and said you've paid for this and will get it. Be warned!

The hotel manager has been polite, professional and friendly at all times, as are the rest of the staff.

The hotel is clean and modern, the food is good. We can recommend the hotel.

Edit: Loveholidays have now put this right too. They have resolved this professionally.

Fantastic venue, food and facilities were great and would recommend to family and friends.

The gentleman working reception on Wednesday 31/07/24 was extremely friendly and pleasure taking to, very knowledgeable and regularly helped with directions.

Highly recommend! Such a lovely place with very kind staff and amazing food. We were suprised with the variety and quality of food, fresh ingredients and local cuisine, what else could you wish for? The room service was very discrete and they did a great job, our room was clean and we had a fresh towels every 2 days. Hotel's location is great if you don't mind short walks - 15 minutes to Calla Agulla beach (really nice), 10 minutes to a seaside with a number of restaurants and clubs, 5/10 minutes to a nearby shops (Eroski). We are really happy that we picked this hotel, looking forward to our next trip to Mallorca - this Island is one of a kind!! Best regards from Poland :)

We were staying in this hotel for about a week and we would recommend it to anyone. It is located nearby woods and is a very good starting point to explore the nearby beaches - Son Mol and Cala Agulla. It is located only 5 minutes from the bus stop so we could explore other beautiful beaches and locations as well. It took me some time to get used to food as I was hoping for a bit more of local meals (paella for dinner was simply great!), and as a vegetarian I would really love a clear indication which of the meals are suitable for me (sauces especially) and which are not, but the staff was always extremely helpful :) As to the rooms, they were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were spending most of our time outdoors anyway but when we were back, we always had clean towels and our beds were made. The shower is not perfectly isolated and the water is coming out of it, and thus we had to use more towels than we would like.
We didn't use the pools so I cannot say if they were adequate, but who is coming to Mallorca to stay in the hotel?
To sum up, the hotel is not located very close to the beach, but is in an equal walking distance from all surrounding beaches and you can make a different choice every morning. If you have a good attitude towards people at all, you will notice immediately that the staff is helpful and friendly. A huge plus for no kids during our stay ;)

The hotel has all services, canteen, spa with sauna, swimming pool. it is located a little far from the sea (15 minutes) and from the center (5 minutes) but easily reachable. great if you have a car available and want to visit all the nearby coves. the staff are very nice and the canteen has food for all tastes. in my opinion it has a fair price for what it offers.
