One of the best hotels in its category in Magaluf. Situated in a quiet location. Active animation, good food. The center of night life and entertainment the resort is within walking distance. Close to the biggest water Park of Mallorca. Recommended for leisure travellers and also for families with children.

Location: 22 km from airport Palma, 15 km from Palma, 400 m from the center of Magaluf, 400 metres from the beach. Bus stop 10 metres from the hotel.

Consists of one 10-storey building, 2 lifts.

The hotel has 247 rooms (non-Smoking). There are 5 rooms for people with disabilities.

Maybe the hotel is not the newest as the majority in touristic destinations like that, but it's still decent and clean. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Variety of food, everyday something new, they make an effort to satisfy any preference. Good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Don't forget to give some tips in the hotel, you will be certainly rewarded for it 😉

A lovely hotel and just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach. A bus stop is right next to the hotel, here you can go to Palmanova or Palma, further up on the left is another bus stop. Here you can get the bus to Santa Ponca. The hotel was in it's last week of opening, some of the food was a bit hit and miss, cold potatoes now and then. But on the whole it was nice and we had plenty to eat and drink. We booked an all inclusive package but you still had to pay extra for bottles of water. The pool area was very clean with plenty of sun loungers, the pool was cold but you did get used to it. The rooms were vey clean and we had a lovely view over the pool, the shower did tend to go hot and cold without warning. The staff were very helpful and the lady running the bar, Raquel, was lovely. She could not do enough for us and told us how to get around Magaluf. A really enjoyable 5 days spent here.

We spent a holidays here as a family with children. Personnel was polite. Room service cleaned our room every day. There wasn’t a problem with noisy drunk youngsters or any noise from the center of Magaluf. Evening program for adults and music stoped at 23:00. Every evening was a program for the children and after it program for adults. Quality of food was for me quite disaponment. Quantity won against a quality. Wide sandy beach is 5 minutes by the main street. There is many small shops by the way to beach. As a summary i could recomend this hotel as a adequate for a family with children.

For those seeking tranquility in summer you’re not in the right place. The hotel is very noisy because of disrespectful guests who make too much noise and let their children run in the corridors. Plus, the sheets of my bed have never been changed during 9 days. The mopping has never been done during my whole stay. The is ok. Food is good, the swimming pool is good and the receptionists are very kind❤️

Nice enough hotel, located in a good spot, not too far away from all the Magaluf nightlife. Breakfast did the job, rooms were comfy enough. Swimming pool was mostly clean and good temperature. Price wise not too bad either. Staff weren't always the friendliest, however with some of the people they have to deal with at times, it's to be understood. Overall no real issues or complaints, and if needing a hotel with a pool, free WiFi, a safe to store away valuables and with comfy rooms, also not too far from Magaluf nightlife then this hotel is a great option.

Really impressed with nearly every aspect of the hotel. Food is very nice and the snack bar by the pool is very convenient. Rooms are a good size and cleanliness is superb. Pool area is fantastic and all staff (excluding one rude barman) are wonderful. The only fault we found, being on a girls holiday, is that it's slightly far from the strip. It takes 10 minutes once you know the way but it's hard to get to grips with directions at first. Otherwise I totally recommend!

Really nice hotel! We have had an amazing holiday here. We've spent 12 days with the all inclusive package and everything has been perfect.
The animation team was the best thing! Clara and Tony are legends! They definitely made our holiday and made us feel so welcome! And also Ali from the snack bar!

The hotel is not 4 stars. In the fast-food restaurant. The rooms are small family room sofa adds just a little uncomfortable. The Hairdryer in the bathroom fat, zalabany. Bodices are constantly broken. The pool is small. In the evening of the concert program is terrible. Unprofessional.
Everywhere guests leave trash, cups, dirty. Pool has no lifeguards. Throw balls and play hazardous games in the pool.
If not the system "all inclusive" at the bar tasteless and overpriced juice.

A great place for young people,children are noisy,but we were warned in advance.all inclusive is very decent and the food and drinks!
