Boutique Hotel H10 Blue Mar - Adults Only

I've never in my life stayed in a so-called four-star hotel where there's no drinking water unless you pay for it. And the real joke? They charge €5 for a glass bottle they just refill from a tap. Sure, nice-looking bottle — thought I’d reuse it for the beach? Nope. Not allowed. The cleaners are told to remove them from your room so the hotel can keep refilling and reselling them. Over and over. As if the bottle was never included in your purchase to begin with. What a scam. Approx. 150 rooms (not even counting the double ones) 30 loungers at most by the miniature pool that is waist height for an adults only hotel very bizarre. Local beach is lovely but not at all associated with the hotel and can get very crowded €16 for a parasol and crappy lounger that dips so far in the support bar is crippling your back. Evening staff at check in has very basic skills, no assistance at all pretty much just give you a printed A4 give you some inaccurate information like you have two complimentary water bottles in your room - which we didn’t. You can refill your water bottle up at the bar - which you can’t. Complained about the AC which randomly comes on / off sounding like a tractor sod all was done about it and apparently all the rooms are full so we can’t be transferred to another. Breakfast pretty basic nothing special, dinner is decent and worth a visit. 4 car parking spaces at the front of the hotel, the nearby roads is packed with cars due to everyone coming down to the area for golf and the beach.
