We were very pleased with the hotel and the first all-inclusive we have booked. Couldn't fault the food and the freshness of it. A plate to please most people.
The staff were great from reception to all of the staff at the hotel.
Great facilities with super pools.
We spent all of our time out of the hotel stopping by for a drink before going to our room, but clearly, the facilities were very nice. We are beach people, that being the only reason for not using them
The beach is a short walk, 3 mins from the hotel - a lovely safe beach.
Overall. We were delighted and will definitely go back and have already recommended it to others.

A nice clean hotel in the very heart of Santa Ponsa. Staff are attentive welcoming and knowledgeable however it’s is situated facing a very busy restaurant.
We asked for an upgrade which was accommodated with minimal disruption and the staff were more than happy to help us.
Food was incredible

Lovely hotel , wonderful staff, 3 minute walk from an idyllic beach, we went all-inclusive and fyi it does not mean that you can have endless alcohol they have a list that you choose from anything else you pay for ( IE the nicer cocktails etc) the food is beautiful and there is plenty to choose from. If you want a sunbed you might have a fight on your hands cos the towel brigade are out in force even tho there are notices all over the hotel about towels being removed. The hotel echoes and you will get noise late at night from those inconsiderate guests going to bed later than you and even tho it was during the school term there were still quite a few kids at the hotel which is fine as long as they have parents that actually want to look after them! Overall tho a lovely week away and I am sure we will be back soon!

Very good variety of food, buffet style. Rooms not huge, but have all essentials and air con works when you close the patio door. Service great, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Situated 4 minutes from the beach, which is sandy and beautiful. Lovely hilly scenery. Touristy. Nice and relaxing on the beach. Town on the doorstep of the hotel, very convenient not loud.
If you want a relaxing time with everything close by and good variety of food, this is worth going to.

The hotel a 3star & is good value for money - we didn't pay 5-star prices, so unlike other reviewers (especially in other sites), I'm judging the hotel based on what it promises, not on what people wished they paid for! It is a comfortable, friendly hotel, it is not too large, so that you quickly get to know the staff, and other guests. I found the sister hotels (4star) over the road much busier and less personal. It lacks the shine and gloss of the sister hotels, and does show signs of age, but this didn't impact on our stay.

The bathroom can be small, our shower was a tight fit as the curtains bulged inwards, if you're a bit on the heavier side (as many people around the pool seem to be, must be the buffet food...:-) ), you'll want to ask for a room with a larger shower like our kids had.

I would wish for a larger bed, but got used to it after a few nights (or did I just drink more of the generously portioned rum and cokes...)

The in room safe was €32 per week, but for piece of mind I was happy to pay. If it was a 4 star hotel I'd have expected it to be free, but for a 3 star I find this OK.

The food was much better than some reviews led me to believe, there was plenty of choice, and fresh ingredients - we noticed freshly made pesto, and a good range of herbs and spices in the food. I especially liked the "specials corner" with daily changing local meat, cheese and fish dishes (or chocolate fountains!)

The animation team were really friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work and performances.

A great family holiday last year. Central located, clean , good food choice and nice drinks . Good entertainment staff .

Excellent family hotel! Very friendly staff, good variety of meals for all inclusive! Would come back again. Highly recommended
