We just had 4 nights here , 14th June 25 I can honestly say I have only the best to say about this hotel .. the bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch The breakfast was amazing .. so much choice .. the drinks so reasonably priced I do like to try different areas , but we wil definitely be coming back .. Thank you

Where do I begin .... an amazing friendly hotel. The rooms are wonderful and cleaned everyday and the whole hotel smells divine . The breakfast 😋 is beautiful to full English, pastries and fresh fruit. The pool area is beautiful and tranquil. The staff are all amazing. luca is an absolute 💯 star to the hotel he can not do enough as all the staff aswell as the manger who I think was Tony they all can not do enough for you. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel. Thank you for a great stay Angela & Brad

Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean, although a bit noisy during the night due to noise from the street, but we could sleep fairly well.
Breakfast was decent. The quality of the food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price.
Highly recommended overall.

Very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I sustained an injury whilst on holiday and the staff provided me with ice packs and the use of a wheelchair free of charge - very helpful. The food was lovely, always fresh and hot. Great location, short walk to shops, beach and bus stops. Hotel is exactly like the photos on it's website. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here such a lovely hotel. The staff very helpful. Used the buses to travel around which was fab. Food lovely. Overall awesome time Good choice at breakfast. Bar sold good value beer and wine. I did have the odd cocktail 🍸 as well. Also great for people watching

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, great comfy rooms with modern amenities. Bar area is lovely, proper sun trap on the front of you want to people watch. Staff were great, could not fault them, plenty choice for breakfast too. Even doen to complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival. Stayed in the 2nd floor above the taxi tank which did mean that a few of the drivers used to chat late on but, unless you're a light sleeper, shouldn't really bother you. Didn't get to use the pool as it the weather was generally poor but looked good. Provided with pool towels too which you just hand in at reception to replace each day. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be staying again.

Unfortunately l had an accident at airport on arrival Had broken nose and fractured arm
From the evening we stepped in the door of the hotel the staff were marvellous Tony and Mell as well as all other staff were so caring towards me and l cannot thank them enough for making our stay as good as it was under my circumstances Even giving us a lunch on the day of our Anniversary

Would recommend this hotel to anyone it is

As well cutting up food for me
Food is excellent
We really had a lovely stay
Could not find one fault in this hotel

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025, on a short 6 day break. The rooms were always clean, great breakfast, lovely to sit around the pool. On arrival I found the air conditioning control panel in the room was broken, I could not turn off the cold air at night. I reported it to reception, not hopeful it would be repaired before we left. But the replacement panel was ordered, and fitted the next morning! The ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient if you want to travel into Palma, or surrounding resorts, with very good bus services, with the bus stops just outside the hotel. I was woken a couple of times in the early hours by men talking loud and other sounds outside the hotel (the taxi rank is close to the front of the hotel) but you can get that anywhere on holiday. I read a couple of negative reviews on here after returning home, but I am certain that they refer to when a previous manager was at the hotel. The manager during our stay was Melanie, and she certainly worked very hard to ensure that the hotel was well run for the benefit of the guests. We certainly thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel and excellent location for everything we were on 9th floor great views over the bay 3 lifts up to the level but once your used of it no bother at all dont understand how its rated as 2 stars as its a lot better than this rooms are very clean and spacious and everything you need for sc
