I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and the location was amazing directly next to the beach. Bike rental was good as well and the routes along the beach are perfect for cycling. The only thing was that the beds seemed a bit used/old as the mattress wasn't the best. Although the bathroom was clean it was still a bit out of shape, e.g. the toilet. However that wasn't too problematic considering that the rest of the hotel was super new and clean and that the dinner/breakfast was very nice and varied every day. Would definitely recommend this and come again!

I stayed at Hotel Eden Palma Playa (formerly Playa) in 2018 with my girlfriend, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options for every meal. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was one of the best we’ve ever experienced, spacious and with an incredible sea view that made our mornings special. The location is perfect, especially for those who love to go out and party, there’s always something happening at night, and you’re right in the heart of it all. Plus, the beach is just steps away from the hotel. Being an 18+ only hotel means no kids, which made it ideal for a relaxing and fun getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Mallorca to the fullest!

We had a lovely time at the Hotel Eden Palma Playa, the hotel is lovely, we had great breakfast and dinner. The location is great, quite area, and the bar facing the sea make it more special. It's true, maybe the rooms need some renovation, but it is a 3 star hotel and would not expect more, and actually was very clean, also the public areas were very clean. What make the difference is the team, all of them were lovely and kind, after few days we felt like home, and that is what leave you with a good memory. The hotel does not have a parking, but we did not have any issue to find a space for our rented car. On the day we left, after the check out, they let us use the jacuzzi, and even allow us to have showers before going to the Airport. We would definitely go back if we decide to return to Mallorca.

Nice hotel but too expensive for how basic the rooms are.
You can hear literally everything from the rooms around you. The bathrooms have those very old hairdryer on the walls that can't even dry a piece of paper.
The bathroom only has hands soap bar which leaves your hands oily.
The room is pretty basic and the duvet is not inside a cover but on top of the sheets which is not very pleasant.
The restaurant is decent, they have a lot of things so you can probably find something you like but most of the things don't taste good. All of the coffee is terrible and vegan options are very limited, unless you like eating fruits for breakfast.
The bread was very nice tho and the staff tried to be helpful but still not a nice experience. They gave me some mushrooms one day, and a plain piece of tofu another day, but yeah they tried!
The cocktails at the bar were also not good, but all the staff members of the restaurant and bar were very nice, especially the lady Simona.
Overall decent experience but not meeting the expectations and could be way more vegan friendly :)

Staff was very kind and helpful.
Rooms are recently renovated.

The hotel and rooms are clean, but it's true you can hear a bit what's happening in the room next door. The hotel is very well located near the airport and right in front of the beach. The food is varied and good. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. I particularly recommend Miguel and the gentleman at the reception (I can't remember his name). They do everything to make your stay pleasant and it's easy to chat with them. Really nice people. Thanks again for the stay! We really enjoyed it.

I opted for half board, breakfasts and evening meals from the buffet, good selection to cater for everyone.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, but the rooms fairly basic.
(a small kettle and mini fridge would have made it better)
Brilliant facilities for cyclists, and a fabulous safe and secure massive storage area with full workshop and bike cleaning area.
The front terrace is a great place to soak up the rays and watch the world go by.
I opted for half board, breakfasts and evening meals from the buffet, good selection to cater for everyone.

We had an incredible stay thanks to the beautiful staff (especially receptionist Rosanna) and service at Eden Playa, not to mention, perfect location and everything you need within walking distance. We will be back!

Had a fantastic time.
The receptionists, bar staff, restaurant staff, the cleaners and the manager couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food was excellent as we're the rooms. The bathroom could have done with a little attention but didn't spoil our stay. The location is amazing. Thank you all so much for a special few days.

Convenient place as all of the coast is on the palm of the hand. Breakfast was good. There was a bit of noise until midnight coming from the lobby/bar where an event was happening which intervened with our sleep in the room because our room was on the first floor, but it was manageable. Everything else - usual hotel experience.
