Great location, mostly great hotel
This was a lovely hotel with a decent pool - it wasn’t too busy and we were able to get a pair of sun loungers whenever we needed to (visiting mid-July).
The bar wasn’t too expensive: 4.20€ for 500ml of beer. It’s not cheap but for a hotel bar by the pool is totally fine.
The staff are really friendly and accommodating - we arrived 3 hours before check in and they allowed us to use the room as it was already cleaned so I’m very impressed.
They also let me change a 20€ note for smaller denominations for bus usage, as the local bus only accepts a maximum of a 10€ note.
Loud music by the pool was very quickly shut down by staff members.
I was a bit disappointed as the safe is 3.50€ per day, and towels are 10€ deposit + 2€ per day. This feels a bit money-grabbing given that the hotel is supposed to be 4 star. The safe should be free and the 10€ deposit is fair but there shouldn’t be a fee for extra towel usage in a 4 star hotel.
Location is good - very close to the beach but it’s very close to a party ‘strip’ so do your own research as to whether this is for you!
Overall I’m very pleased with the hotel, though I’m not sure I’d say it’s 4star as advertised.

Modern hotel, spacious room, good air con, walk in shower, balcony, good breakfast, accommodating and nice staff. Close to beach and Lidl. It is in an area where there are a lot of young German guys out to party but they are respectful and considerate.
Cons- the shower door was difficult to slide open and close - would suggest that is improved and to add some English tv channels and maybe some hair conditioner.

BQ was definitely a positive surprise, also given the prices. The staff is very nice, helpful and also very proficient in many languages, the rooms and structure are nice, modern and very clean.
Very quiet also at night, which is not granted. The breakfast buffet is also richer than usual.
The position is far from the city center but 2 blocks away from the beach.
Recommended.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warmest and most welcoming receptionist who made sure my check-in process was seamless and stress-free.

Throughout my stay, I couldn't help but notice the hotel's staff members' professionalism and dedication to their work. Not only were they incredibly sociable, making me feel at home, but they were also well-prepared to handle any situation that arose.

What impressed me the most was how they went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible. Whether it was providing me with information about the local area or recommending the best places to eat, their knowledge and expertise were second to none.

The hotel itself was also top-notch. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The reception service was outstanding, and the staff was professional, sociable, and prepared. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend this one.

Good accommodations however that whole Coastline of Spain is, at least for me, way too crowded and I doubt whether I will return

Lage ist relativ nah am partyleben. Essen ist ungewöhnlich gut und lecker. Personal mega freundlich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Sehr schönes Hotel für 3 Sterne. Wurde komplett renoviert. Frühstück ist gut. Abendessen nicht so gut. Lage ist super. Nah am Strand und an allen Möglichkeiten zum feiern.

Very nice hotel. 400m from the beach away :) good and healthy food. I was there with my girls.
